Wish.com a order not submitted but charged for regardless without my knowledge

Hi about two nights ago I downloaded the wish app and was looking online and added about four things to my cart before my partner talked me out of making the purchase, so I deleted the app.

The following day I went to check my account and I had been charged 30NZD for an order I had not completed or committed to.

I was quite shocked and disgusted that wish was able to do this?!
They must have kept my card details from my last purchase which was well over a year ago so I have now cancelled that card and ordered a new one!

I hope what ever I ended up ordering without my permission is worth what I have been charged. Unfortunately due to this unauthorized transaction I will no longer use the Wish website ever again as I do not find this as a respectable way to do business, thank you.

Wish.com ordered a wood & glass aromatherapy diffuser due to arrive sept 19,2017 it did not arrive

it is a glass & wood aromatherapy pure essential oils diffuser air nebulizer humidifier track # [protected] store Qianni Trade. I also ordered a sterling silver chain that did not arrive due Sept 19 track #HMB170808AJSL003002. Also an offset stainless spatula tool that did not arrive...you people are quick to deduct peoples money so it would be nice to receive what you pay for...there are several other things I have not received & several with poor packaging & arrived broken.

Wish.com sandals I bought

To who it concerns!
My name is Tonya Elrod. I ordered my daughter some sandals off of wish.com. We receive them a week and a half late on August 3, 2017. The sandels arrived already damaged & I want my money back! They are made of very cheap material! Ever since they arrived we have tried to return them when we click on the return button on the website and through the received email where it says they arrived it will not let me return them because the order is not there to choose from to click on! I feel like I am being ripped off on purpose! I am going to report this to the BBB (BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU)! I AM VERY ANGRY! 😡😡

I NEED THE RETURN ADDRESS & SHIPPING LABEL TO RETURN THE SANDELS.

Wish.com clothes

My items were delivered but I didn't receive due to them being left ourside my door insecure through your company. Why you don't require signatures for packages I don't know Why. But you should. So now you have my money but I have nothing to show for it. My bday is in a week. My outfit is not here. Please call me at [protected] ASAP PLEASE THANKS JB

Never received any of my purchases I have filed a claim with my bank against your company for my refunds and my mom is pissed because now I don't have my outfit for my 38th bday next weekend This is my first and last time purchasing from your company

Wish.com 17 orders placed vide order 59cf905113142696b0b67a87

I have placed an order for 17 items on Wish and the amount of INR
13, 213.14 got debited from my bank account on 1st October, 2017. Wish also confirmed the order
and the dates I should receive my consignment.

I suddenly get a mail from Wish on 3rd that

Thank you for shopping with us. Unfortunately the store was unable to fulfill an item from your order. Please visit https://www.wish.com/payment-issue for further assistance.

Wish.com customer service

My mother uses this app and unfortunately she lost her account log in information and my only option to retrieve the password is to go to the lost password option that it gives you when you initially log in. September 10 is when I first sent out an email to wish support to see how they can go about getting my account fixed and they sent me an email stating that I would receive a link in a couple moments so I can fix my password when I got the link I immediately opened it and I couldn't even use it because it said "The link has expired please try to login or request password change again." So I sent them another message stating what had happened and If they could please send me another link that will work so I can fix my mothers account and they have not sent me anything they just keep sending me these automated emails that say they "apologize for the inconvenience" and if I haven't received a password reset email then I should try one of the following steps which is to wait 24 hours, check my spam or junk, check my spam settings to see if I can receive emails from wish support and to add them to my address book. All of which I have done and I still have not receive a link for the password reset so I got frustrated and sent out multiple emails and they just respond by "apologizing for the inconvenience" and sending me the same automated email! my request number is 7049270 and I still have not had any resolution to my problem and I'm furious because this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and this is coming from a person who use to work in that same industry! Unless you want to keep loosing people from your app keep doing what your doing because this is absurd!

Wish.com full refund not received

I placed an order for 19 items and an amount of R3042.50, however, due to some issue I was refunded for 19 items but only an amount of R2179 and not what was taken from my account.
Please refund the difference of R863.50 urgently.

Wish says they refunded me but they did not... Please attend urgently.

Wish sent me an email saying, " While were able to collect payments in most global currencies, its possible your local currency isn't currently supported. This is fraud-Please sort this out. This is really treating customers unfairly by taking an amount, not delivering and then refunding short.

Hi Leanne. Same happened with my. Also a R2400 order and only received R1900 back. My account is blocked for no reason. Can't buy anything and my latest order has no status, because of the account being blocked. Account has been blocked now for almost 2 weeks. Support does not help at all, they are useless. The wish contact number does not work either, so how are we suppose to contact them. I feel like flying to their head office, really. If you find a way to get in contact with these useless people, please share the info.

Wish.com online shopping

I was going to place and oder with wish but I cancel it sum one eles got a hold of my prepaid master card on the wish site used my prepaid master card to do so place and oder now I have to fight wish cause sum one eles through the wish site got my info used it to bi stuff on Sept 29 2017 now it's gonna take me 60 to 90 days to try and get my money back why do people on the site know sum one eles info to me this seems like a scam right now am out 200 dollars and all I was trying to do was do sum chirstmas shopping on line yu guys need to get with it and make sure stuff like this does not happen again and your phone number a joke there's no live person to talk to what a joke will I do more shop with yu guys I think not chantal gillanders fix things so people can shop and not be scam like me

I have not received the following products;

1. silicone snake food grade bake mould - red

2. red sponge holder - kitchen tools multi function supporter

3.luxury bling diamond embossed flip cover in red for samsung S7 phone

I am a regular customer and have not had any problems. However this time i received most of my goods except the three listed above. Please send them Asap as i paid for them

I have not received three items. A bling embossed diamond flip case for samsung S7 phone . It is red colour .a red silicone snake bake mould . A red sponge holder. I have paid fir them so wou k d appreciate you sending tbe asap. Thanks adina

I placed an order, paid of the goods...next morning to check my shipping status, found out my account is blocked and latest order not completed. Emailed the support about 10 times, they cant help me or I think they just dont want to help. They sitting with my money and refuse to help a customer. They dont inform a customer of why the account has been blocked. This is sick and theft.

Wish.com lack of service

I have placed quite a few orders on WISH. Firstly they move ETA's around without informing the customer. They give you so many BS excuses and all are the same, it's almost as if the excuses are automated because on all of my orders I queried about, they were identical. They passed a refund for a product I bought without even asking me. I really wanted the product and they couldn't even get it for me, yet they are still marketing it. They SUCK.

Wish.com quality and sizing

This website is like to may others (Rosegal etc) a joke if not a fraud.

I bought several items but the sizing is so small. I am a size m to L and ordered XXXL as I read some of the reviews and these said to use the largest size. It is so small it does not even fit my granddaughter which is skinny and a size small.

I would not purchase anything there again. There is not refund policy in place so beware!

Wish.com wish give away

the wish giveaway to me is looking like a scam today I sat on my phone from 9 to 9:15 when it was supposed to end it never started and I never got a notification then I went back to the home screen then back to the section where the giveaway is and it said that the giveaway was already complete at all the items had been given away never started for me

Yes its defiantly scam or trying to full people and seat there for nothing...i try and on that page for giveaway for 4 days and even i see there are items left when i click i am getting no more item and in few min after all items gone...see attached pic that i can see item left and i click on CLAIM but same thing happen last 3 days and not able to get any item even added to my cart so defiantly scammers. I order lots of item from them but never expected this kind of stuff from them.

Wish.com daily giveaway

Everyone around me has the daily giveaway option but I do not. I would like to know why it's not available to me? I get frustrated because everyone around me is getting free gifts from the daily giveaway, and the option isn't even open for me. I am over 18 so I should be eligible for the giveaway. Can anyone help me out with this, maybe explain to me how to get the daily giveaway. Or at least tell me why I don't have it.

Refresh the giveaway page and you be able to claim free stuff otherwise you will never get anything...the giveaway notification always pops up after everything is already been claimed so you have to refresh the giveaway page instead while the giveaway is going on...

I have an IPAD and it is on there but not on my PC. so it does work with ios, not sure why it is for the ipad and not the iphone

Are you using the app for the giveaway? I've heard that the giveaway is not available for IOS users, but I'm not sure if that's true. I have android, so I don't know for sure.

Having an iPhone has nothing to do with status quo. If anything this is the app and its creators assuming that everyone who has an android or non Apple device is so poor that they can’t afford their products.

Wish.com have not received my order

I am I unable to reach anybody in regards to my orders that have not came in they were to arrive on August 31st they were to arrive on August 31st and today's date is September 27th and I still have not received my order. I am not sure what to do and who to contact in regards to where my order is. Please contact me in regards to this matter.

Wish.com product is too small. I am a size 14 so I ordered large and the jacket is too small

Item 59b93f055556e0d4c930f9f0 is too small and I would like to return for a larger size. I also tried to go back to the app as instructed to request a refund or exchange and the app was not help at all. The item is a blue zip up winter jacket with a hood and gray glove like slaves that you slip your hands through and thumb. Please allow me to return it for a larger size. Size LXX.

Wish.com the 9:00-9:15 gift section.

My name is Tracy Cline, my email is [protected]@gmail.com. I was on the gift section on your app. I hit claim and every time I hit it, it asked me to choose a color, it would constantly say out or not available, I know this isn't true because it kept saying claim. So I never got my free gift because it kept doing this. All I wanted was the tablet that was on there. The date was 9/24/2017 the time was 9:02 pm est. I am very upset because I have tried for 5 days to get an item and was excited to finally be able to claim an item I wanted and I get treated like this. This really hurts my feelings, and makes me not want to use this app but I love ordering from you. Can you please help me with this issue? I hope you can make this right for me. Thank you for listening and I will be waiting for an answer.

I had the same problem. I claimed the item it took me to a size and I clicked on my size and then it disappeared. Never went into my cart. When I went to check the item again it was none available. I have been on every night at 8:55 and I never even seen the claim button show up. Then all of a sudden there isn't anything left. So I was so excited to see the claim button for an item I wanted. Clicked on claim, clicked a size. There were only 3 sizes and one was mine. Then it was gone. It's not right :(

Wish.com are scam partners.

I paid for several items online with Wish with my credit card and then Klarna also sent me faktura demanding payment on collection twice.

For this same item, I have shown that I have paid by credit card and then also by online payment. They refused to refund saying that I have other items not paid so they deduct the over paid amount. The item they have cited was also already paid by credit card at the time of purchase.

Klarna and Wish are scam partners.
