Wish.com extra shipping fee

Hi! I am from the Philippines. My grandmother who received the Item was asked to pay Php 112.00 in cash (roughly $2.00) before she received the product (Aug 10, 2017). The courier said that, they will not give the item until my Grandmother pays him. And if she didn't pay, I will have to go to the office and pay to claim the item. Which I find frustrating! First of all, I paid the $1 shipping fee and the product it self "online". So I assumed that I will no longer pay. Even though it was only $2, still...I should not be charge with anything else. I am not sure if this is an issue with the Philippine courier service, or the online store it self. Tracking #: [protected]

June 8, 2017 I ordered watches from wish site, but never received them. Was charged on my bank of america debit card master card card : [protected] code:545 william a steinach, po box 75433, kapolei. Hi 96707 I ordered 21 watches my bank statement may 17, 2017-to june 16, 2017 I paid for watches so I would like the order filled if not than fraud is being done and my bank and a lawyer will deal with it for me thank you william a steinach

Wish.com yoga pants

I received my order a few days ago from wish and am now unable to sign into the app. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the app or if anyone else is having the same issue? The products I received were saldy poor quality and badly made. The size came up bigger than advertised and the material was poor quality. I am very disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving my order and new products and intended to order a lot more from wish. Please help me to resolve this issue. Many thanks.

Wish.com credit card

My name is Marlene Perkins I'm at 1243 Glover Road Clyde New York 14433 my account was just charged two different times a seven year old is using my credit card and ordering stuff from you I just got three bounce fees because of this please take my credit card off of my account and I would like my money put back in my account this was unauthorized use of my credit card I haven't even received the merchandise this kid ordered so I don't know what's going on

Wish.com wrong size shoes

I order Uk size 9 shoes. U.K. 9 was in the drop down menu when I clicked buy. I recieved an 8. I told wish and was told I would recieve a refund. I waited and never got a refund. I spoke to wish and was told I ordered an 8. I told them I ordered a 9 and someone else said I would recieve a refund by 12th August. I said if ton refund was recieved I would escalate this and decided to wait. In the meantime I recieved another message saying I ordered an 11. I again said I wear a 9 so wouldn't order an 11. I also said about the drop down saying Uk 9. The reply to that was I ordered an 11 and to check the size chart. I have again told them 11 does not appear in the drop down so how could I order 11. I am sick fed up of this. You did not have to wait for the shoes to be delivered before getting paid, so why should I wait. I am going to seek legal advice now as you breached the contract, not me. Your employees have lied to try and get out of refunding me and nobody even reads what I am telling them. Your service is appalling

I tried to file a return on some shoes that was received today, I ordered a size 10 US, what was received they might be a size eight US
I can't even start to get them on, tried to file claim thru normal ways, but if you don't send a photo it will not be accepted.

Wish.com pricing

I am questioning the pricing practices you allow your store owners to participate in. I refer to the practice as bait and switch. For example, a pair of shoes will be listed for $8, however when the size is selected it shoes $13. Then curiousity got the best of me and I checked the most oddly and infrequently purchased shoe size, a women's FOUR, and IT was $8. I went back true my shopping cart, in which I had more then 50 items and cross referenced the items that had size selections. I removed all from my cart as I don't reward crooked behavior with my money. This is a widely popular practice on your website, and in the age of social media, YouTube being my favorite, I strongly disagree with the practice. I will be documenting your response in my Wish Haul video that will be posted in September after I receive all of my items. I'm very excited to share with the world all the really amazing things I ordered, especially the crafting items, which many of will be featured in up coming videos. Thank you for taking the time to read my email, all in all I appreciate your app, so please consider removing the bait and switch pricing so I can make a great promotional video for Wish. My focus is on paper crafts, journal making, quilling, embellishments, so you can see how so many products purchased thru your site will be featured. Thanks again,

Wish.com my order

On the 30 of July I ordered 6 black beaded curtains and two rugs bedroom rugs the money has come out of my bank and was also confirmed in my email account that it all this been confirmed, I have sent 6 emails explaining the above but keep getting emails about typing above the line what ever that means, I have tryed to ring with the pH number that is given still won't work now when I try and look up my order it keeps saying not found 404 something like that. It can't be seen anywhere I even wrote a note and took a photo of it and sent it to you still no response I feel very disappointed as I have spent a lot of money on a lot of items with wish.com and and now I feel very let down and really don't want to shop with you guys anymore because you've taken my money but not giving me my goods all the other goods that I have ordered it clearly said it's on it's way and I'm tracking them but those first three things that I ordered from the very beginning on the 30th of July there's no tracking nothing it can't be seen I do have all the ids for the items I first order which I'll find on my email and send them through if you need them I would like someone from wish.com to ring me asap to sort this out asap as it can't be sorted any other way because I've tryed and nothing works.

Wish.com I have not yet received two products I have ordered.

I ordered several things on May 1, 2017 but I have not received two products. First I am missing a pair of Army Camo Baby Booties that we're supposed to arrive on June 6, 2017. I am also missing a Blue men's Star Labs t-shirt that was supposed to arrive June 12, 2017. My other orders arrived but these two products did not. I would appreciate either the shipment of my products or a refund. Thank you for you time.

Wish.com baby hungry caterpillar wooden toy

Arrived today. Within 2 minutes my one year old had the ears off. I managed to get these tiny items out of her month. This item is dangerous. Considering reported to trading standards. Have photos. Disgusted this item is sold! Would fail uk law. This item should be banned. Im throwing it and want my money back. Pleaselet us know if buying from China

Wish.com paid but not confirmed

I bought a dress at wish.com but the payment never got confirmed and the dress was still in my buying list (shoppingcard) and not in my order history. I checked my bankaccount and saw that I really payed for it. Something went wrong and I try to contact the customerservice but I have to log in again to get their information, and as I try to it keeps saying my email is not registered! I log in online for the shop and it works, but when I log in for customerservice it conveniently fails...

I see that lots of people have the same payment issue, and when they make contact, wish keeps telling them to go to their banks, that they will refund. Which doesn't make any sense, our banks have nothing to do with this.

Wish has received my money, they need to make this right.

Wish.com missing products

When you call customer service you are told to go to their website. Then you go to the website and it is a maze that leads to no where. Very unhappy with their service. I tracked my package after ordering two dresses for my granddaughters. I only received one when it said that I received 2. Now I am getting the run around with the company. Alot of the products I have received are low quality and some are broken.

Wish.com offensive sex products

I have used Wish for a long time and have noticed they are selling more and more sex devices. These devices are not seperated into their own department. They just pop up on every page. There is no parental control on any page. I have always allowed my young children to browse Wish but not any longer. I really do not want tobexplain one of these products to a seven year old. There are also many adults that find these items disgusting and offensive. They need their own department.

Wish.com receive all items in wrong sizes or not at all

My name is Cindi Brinlee. EVERY thing I have ordered is the worng size or not sent at all. My first order was under [protected]@yahoo.com. password devin1234. All of a sudden I could not log in. I changed e-mail to [protected]@gmail.com password devin123. You have taken almost $200 out of my American Express card. Everything you have sent is WAY to small or not at all. I have tried in every way possible to contact you with no answer. I CANNOT understand the message on your voice mail!

Wish.com order's placed

I have complained twice about my order's which I have not received to date and cancelled all my order's, I am fed up and very pissed off with customer service as I keep getting same questions over and over and expect me to do their dirty work for them by providing my order number's which have been deleted on history order and requested that all money owing to me be returned into my card bank account which to date I have not received, I've lodged a complaint with FBI, USA as getting nowhere with your customer service which I find damn irritating and very unprofessional from this company, I requested that the full amount of zar 3977.19 which you've deducted from my bank card account for order's not received, order's cancelled which I've sent recent statement showing no refunds have been returned and neither has my full refund, this is the worst experience I've had with you as you all don't know what the heck you doing concerning customers order's and requests, this is so unprofessional from you and I will not fall victim to your damn scams, the next letter you will receive will be from FBI, USA as I'm fed up with your services and constant stupid requests which is making me damn angry and one very pissed off customer, pay up my money you owe me or more action will be taken against you, we can't call, very convenient for you and we can't find history order's, very convenient for you, I will not put up with this bogus scam of yours and I demand my full refund with immediate effect, I am sick and tired of dealing with stupidity and incompetent people, you had better resolve my matter with extreme urgency, no no no more of excuses and asking me stupid questions, no more, and please one more [censor]ing French email and I'll get someone who understands to tell them I'm English and not French, do you understand, no [censor]ing French email's, damn you people are so incompetent and very unprofessional

I am not longer going to deal with your customer service department as I keep getting same stupid questions over and over which I've replied to over and over, and find there are to many dealing with my order's placed which I keep repeating over and over that I've cancelled all order's as having no satisfaction from them as they are incompetent and just damn stupid, I am also now responding to you for last time as you provide telephone number which we are not able to call and I've put a few complaints which as head office you have not bothered to make contact with your customers regarding my matter which is very unprofessional and I've forwarded all to.FBI, USA, which I will be dealing with them only to retrieve my full amount for order's placed, cancelled and declined and not getting my money back as I'm dealing with a bunch of incompetent, stupid and idiots who don't know how to handle customers at all, am so damn passed off and you messing with the wrong person, been around for many year's and not putting up with this constant [censor] from either of you, now it's only FBI, USA that I will be dealing with as you [censor] with the wrong person, you are all very unprofessional especially head office as very convenient for you to not accept calls and not reply to your customers at all, but you very quick to take money for cancelled and declined order's and have the audacity to tell me I've been refunded when I specifically sent my bank statement showing no refunds made on all order's cancelled, so no more dealing with the bunch of incompetent and stupid idiot's with same questions over and over and this is not getting resolved with their stupidity, enough is enough and am really pissed off with your stupid customer service and head office who has no consideration for their customers, which shows how damn unprofessional you all are, well it stops here and now as now am only dealing with FBI, USA as they have all emails sent to me and my replies and they told agree that this matter will not be resolved as you make no effort to contact your customers regarding refunds in full, as they have seen and agree the only way to resolve is for them, FBI, USA to investigate, goodness what a bunch of pathetic idiots you all are

My order was cancelled due to your company stupidity of needing a bank statement which is complete b******* when the money was in the account and use pulled at the item was paid it should have been sent either way is refunded me the money and it's still not in my account so I would appreciate you getting that in my account since you can't get nothing in my mailbox

My account is all messed up. It happened yesterday, it is telling me I have no order history, and all my wish lists disappeared. I have 4 outstanding orders that I have not received, and it's telling me I have none. It's like all my information went away. Wish.com one fidget spinner one lgv20 screen protector one zte blade x max screen protector

Hello, my name is Rita and I ordered some items from Wish.com and I have yet to receive my other fidget spinner and my htc screen protector. I was told that the htc screen protector was on its way. but now I can't even get into my wish account to respond to anything about my orders. I have reset my password and the password that was sent back to me was not a working password. now the fidget spinner that I did receive broke also the lgv20 screen protector was damaged and the wrong size and my zte blade x max screen protect was the wrong size also.i would like for everything to be corrected.
