The above invoice was charged to my PayPal account on November 12, 2018 in the amount of $46.85. Transaction ID 91184907LF438035N.
I have not received this order and need to know when it will be shipped.
I have made numerous orders from Wish before and this is the first time I have had to write a letter of complaint. In addition, upon trying to submit this complaint the popup advises my complaint is too short and may not be answered. What kind of nonsense and business practice is that? Please do not force me to go to the better business bureau, the attorney general office and disputing this charge with PayPal.
Sure hope this is long enough to get your attention now.
Please advise asap.

Wish.com all clothing

NONE of their clothing fits. All, without exception, are two to three sizes TOO SMALL. Also, the quality is very poor. Let's see... poor quality...never fitting...low price. What good is low price if the clothing is worthless?!?!
Also, they REFUSE to accept returns.
This company is practicing fraud!

I gave them a number of tries, foolishly, I suppose. Thinking that I could return their clothing, none of which fit. They REFUSED to honor my return requests, even though they purport to have an easy return policy. Their low prices & attractive ads sucked me in. But, their clothing was far too small. The quality was horrible. And, I was not allowed to return their horrible merchandise. Very fraudulent.

Wish.com jacket

I ordered a jacket accidently on the 2nd November and cancelled within two hours of ordering told them ir was a mistake and still have not received the refund I am due they keep saying the same thing and I haven't received my refund I will not be ordering again I have rung my bank and it clearly states the money being taken but not been put back in and I'm not happy at all I will not be recommending wish to anyone I want my refund and the fact that its 17.85 is beyond the point I would like MY money back

Wish.com refunds

Wish.com is the worst, most unprofessional shopping website that I have ever tried to use. They refuse to refund my $79.00, of items I never received. AVOID at all costs. I complained to better business bureau. I tried to order a blow up chair, and watches. Never received anything. They don't offer phone support. When I try to email, all they respond with, is "Sorry you are not satisfied", but they never refund. Stay away from them.

You deleted my orders and took our money i want my money back and remibursem for my time shame ou u for doing this on the holidays i want my conpinsation now you have wasted my time and i will never use ur services again i will sue u for my money and time consumption please do what is right please i know there are other coustomers who have the same exact thing happen as well

WISH.COM HAS FRAUDSTERS. My account was hacked and somebody attempted to purchase a laptop and other items for $152.00 USD with my credit card on November 16, 2018 . I tried contacting wish but they never responded. Fortunately my visa credit card didn't have so much of money however because the payment failed they then attempted on several occasions to charge the money to my credit card again on November 23, 2018 .

Wish.com customer service

I was asked to send a bank statement of a purchase and I buy from you guys constantly. Over 2000.00 for Christmas this year! I have 2 accounts cuz my phone had to be cold rebooted therefore a new email address... I don't like sending personal information about my bank statements and I do all my transactions online. I will discontinue shopping with wish. I love it but this is ridiculous. I understand that one customer doesn't affect your profit in anyway but I have seriously spent over 3000.00 dollars in the past 6 months. I don't understand why you would do this to a good customer

I want my refund you have changed my endless match delivery date twice with no authority I'll be taking you to court and my net was meant to be delivered yesterday didn't receive it i want my refund or I'll be taking you to court for that to you are a bunch of scammers i what my refund to be started by 4:00pm my time or i will sue I'm sick of it i have received 1 item you incompetent fools sent

Wish.com why I cannot provide proof with a check

.com a little over a year ago one of my grandchildren. Ahold of my credit card and purchased a hundred and some dollars worth of things I contacted your company and they refunded the money and said I could no longer shop until I provided the check number and the receipt. I have not used the check in 5 years I have a debit and credit card I have since changed the numbers but you all will not let me purchase until I provide proof that there is no way I could have. I was a loyal customer and I shopped three and four times a month. What can I do so that I can start shopping a game because I haven't used a check in quite some time and I can't provide what you're asking me for because you charge it to my card at that time. Please tell me what I can do as I still would like to shop.

Wish.com item not received

Hi,

I have ordered one headphone (5bb307b8c4f8a81c0d1f8b0d), on 2nd of Oct, firstly they told me that it will be delivered on 8th Nov, then it become 10 Nov and then 16th Nov. I still haven't received it and now its showing delivered.

Sent several mails to customer care but no response, no action has been taken. I have not got the product and not even refund.

Stop buying from wish.com, don't get robbed.

Wish.com unreceived products

I ordered multiple of products in one purchase and i didn't receive the most of them although it is stated that they are received. I complained to wish and they didn't respond.
I have tried several times to refund the product but the are telling me to wait longer and i have already waited too long.
I need a costumer agent to contact them otherwise i will complain to paypal.
Please i want a refund!

I ordered $84.00 worth of items from Wish and I wish I had not. I received one wig at 1 week intervals ( I had ordered 2 wigs) and when I received them, they were not the items that I purchased online. I ordered a rug for $30.00 and another item that I have not received yet. They are as fraudulent as they can be. I will have my lawyer to contact them . I never noticed that there is no number to call or person to notify. That was a red flag. I am monitoring my account closely because I don't think this is a legitimate business. Warning all users to delete the Wish from your phone. I have not received all my order yet. I will report to better business bureau and trade commission.

Wish.com mobile phone

I bougth a mobile phone from wish but i received different phone from the order page, in the order page it shows the phone is curve look nice whit dual camera woking but when i check it its not curve single camera working, finger print id is fake and when i complian to wish and send them pictures as a proof and i ask them to send me return label so i can return the item and claim my refund but they told me that i need to pay the postage, i told them its your fault becasue you send me wrong item why should I pay. Sending you some pictures which i send to them as a proof.
Please check it. Reply me soon.

I placed a piece of jewelry in my shopping cart along with other items on the www.wish.com, website. I did not submit the order for processing. I did, however, submit my credit card information for a "subscription" to wish in the amount of $.50 cents (an unusual amount) but I did not think much of it; the first mistake. I received an email that this order was processed much to my surprise. I tried to cancel but they said that the order was already processed and out for delivery, but according to what I read, it would not be delivered until after Christmas and was not really out for delivery; I was confused at that, but moreover, more confused at the fact that I had not executed the order in the first place because I would have done so for the entire order which I did not. There are still three more items in the cart which I tried to remove so that this incident would not repeat but I was not permitted to do so for some reason. I am very upset about this as I cannot incur more charges from this site. I went to the website to get support to speak to a representative, but I was in a Catch 22 situation with a message that kept repeating, did I want to cancel the order, but oops, I couldn't because it was out for delivery...but it really isn't? All I want is my money back on all counts, including my $.50 cents. These people are thieves of the highest caliber. Eleanor Lundy [protected]@aol.com

Wish.com it's been 5 months and i've still not received what I bought

How can this be!? 5 month to receive what I bought and very little information as to where my order is. Not impressed. I feel robbed. Placed my order in July and I've STILL not received it. There's also no one to talk to as everything is automated. Escalating it to wish support only gives you an option of a refund and only in wish money. So you have to buy something else on wish.com which will probably only take another year to arrive. Who do I contact to find out where my stuff is!

I am in same situation here, i ordered things and it hasn't been delivered yet and its feels like I got robbed.

There is no suitable way to talk directly and handle the issues, and things are always in bad quality and incomplete.

So disappointed.

Wish.com order paid, money stolen

Many of us know wish, site where you can make online purchases: personally I discourage you in the most total way.
I placed an order regularly paid by credit card: after a few days wish informs me that my order could not be processed and my account was blocked because they needed some data. They ask me (I quote textual words) ' a copy of a document where you see only my full name and the photo and copy of the credit card with the first 12 numbers obscured '. I write to the help desk service and ask how they could identify me without personal data and with a credit card with all the data obscured. No reply. I get annoyed and I ask for a refund of the amount paid and on november 9th they tell me that they have made the repayment. To date (13 days later) I have not received anything yet. No seriousness.

Wish.com won't accept paypal or my bank card

I brought off you today ok this evening I tried again without any luck said I had to send my bank statement to prove I had brought something from you.You can check this your end I am not sending a bank statement to you don't know how for a start and any way its private.
Iv`e had this trouble before with your site. it needs sorting out.
