I order tomuch products from wish
I order laptop the last time and they give me wrong item because I asked to sending back, afer sending back the item (2 weeks ago) they don't want to refund my money
Customer service ask me the récit photo, I already sending
They said 48houurs never refund my money
Now I still writing the customer service and evrytime they said waiting for the store
I know wish try to keep my money
I'm right and I don't wanna let them ding
Please I need my money back

Wish.com customer service/ items not received

I order some easy peel and stick items for walls and floors. One of five items arrived. Prior to this I had made several orders, some came some didn't, some were point on and some were not. With the easy peel the one item I ordered was the wrong color. I was informed that I reached my limit on returns. I couldn't and still can't get in touch with a person there. To get in good graces with them I'd have to purchase more items without complaint. This is insane. I'm being faulted for items never sent. And now they are basically keeping my money for more items that didn't come. I'm so angry

I ordered a christmas dress for my granddaughter on September 22 nd we still have not receive it. I contacted support and they refunded my shipping $ 2.34 and they said if i didn't receive it between December 1st and the 18 th they would refund the rest. I will never order from then again.

i make online transfer RM52 (malaysia) for winter Jacket S size but currently they email me back for return money within 14 days from 12 October 2018 but i still didn't receive my money back, could anyone handle my problem .

Please return my back, i know its look small value but it related with trust issue if the management team couldn't solve the return issue how they want to develop their own business. i believed this is not the first time issue and many all around the world facing the same thing but the point is how your management team managed this kind of issues and improve their systems as well to be more flexible to their customers. Hope can settle my small money within 2 days thank you!

Wish.com someone hacked her account details to purchase things on your website

J Rodriguez had item purchase on your website from hacking your account detail online. First transaction of PHP 4863.63 on 30/10/2018 ref [protected], Next transaction of PHP 960.32 on 30/10/2018 ref [protected], and other transaction of PHP 4010.93 on 30/10/18 ref [protected].

You need to stop the process of the sales to these bad people, and refund her money back to her.

Wish.com not receiving my order after 6 months

I have waited 6 months from ordering on the Wish app ... how long do you expect people to wait for things they already paid for?! This is also not the first order I've placed, I am still waiting for 3 other items although it was cheap. Tracking#: RW081679047CN and LAOJQ0002519748YQ. This is not acceptable according to consumer rights I should be able to know where my parcel is and when I can expect to get it. At this stage, the website says 25 July, which was 3 months ago!

Wish.com unauthorized transaction, unable to return item

Their website sucks! I tried to use the app to state that my item doesn't fit. It says they want to help me fix the issue so I need to contact a support agent. Then it just takes me right back to the beginning of the support assistant and the same questions. The whole thing is just a big scam!

Unfortunately they don't have my item in my size so I want to return it. But cannot figure out a way to do that.

Also sometimes it says it can't help me until I download a copy of my bank statement! Are they [censored]ing nuts. Why would I download my bank statement to them

This is a big joke. I want my money back and I guess I eat the cost of the return shipping. I do not want wish credit! I never want to buy from them again! And I will be reporting your site to wherever I need to, to make sure no one what ever buys from you again

Wish.com false advertisement

I have seen advertised on Facebook a 360 degree camera for $1 So have proceeded to click the link to buy it to only find out on there actual page its £57 I have images saved of the false advertisement and the actual item on there page disgusted that it's not the price they said a clear attempt of false advertisement I will be passing this to trading standards later today

Wish.com mop bucket and mops

I ordered 2 mop buckets and mops, this was one of my first orders, some months ago, and still I have not received them, also I cannot see them on wish anymore, and I cannot view them on my past orders, I am not happy, I paid for them, I want my mops and buckets, where are they? I don't have photos as the items are no longer on wish, what else can I do?

Wish.com did not refunded my money.

October 26, 2018 wish charged $128.40 from my visa card. Which was something I didnt authorized... I asked for a refund on my card and I believed I was refunded on wish cash. And I dont want nothing to do with wish at all. I just want my money back... I have send alot of messages emails and photos to wish customer support.. And they are still asking for prove instead of solving the problem... They just keep saying that its not enough prove. I dont know who bought things on wish but it wasnt me. I have to authorize it and I didnt... Its already been a couple of days and I need my money. Ive dine everything already to try to get it back but they dont happen to care of my problem.

I bought a cell phone off wish.com well the phone Is completely different then the one I ordered operating system, storage battery dies super fast I was just going to buy a new battery but cant find a matching one anywhere everything is different from the description on the cell phone I'm so annoyed with wish.com right now I got this for my son and you screwed me over... now I have to wait 2-3 days for an answer I want what I ordered I dont want to wait to send it back just send me the phone you but in the description

Wish.com everything

I'm very upset you wrote me saying that I had too many refunds will guess what that's not my fault if you send the right things they wouldn't be rebounds first of all I don't want to refund I wanted the product I ordered I would have the top two different tops twice and never got either one there's 45 things that I never received you gave me with friends I don't want to be friends I want to when I watered and then my card had been compromised and I had to get a new card so now they're telling me that I had too refunds the only thing I want refunds for are things that don't fit. Nobody will help me so I will be deleting my account S soon as I get the rest of my orders. I've been a customer for three years and never had this problem and nothing took this long. I know someone new to this company over because everything has changed even your pricing got hired and so did your shipping by the time you pay for it all you might as just buy here your really not saving anything so you don't want business that's fine. But you treated me like a criminal and I'm 75 years old and I don't need this.

It's not because I send a lot of things back somethings never show up I ordered two tops twice and never got either one of them and you refunded me I didn't want to refine I wanted my product this is [censored] I've waited long for everything way too long it never used to be that way but evidently someone took over your company and they're not doing a very good job I've been a customer for at least three years and I'm a good customer and I'm 75 years old and I'm not trying to scam you with refunds and I don't appreciate you saying that about me when all my order comes I will delete my account

Wish.com can't log on to account

I have been ordering for quite awhile. Now I can't get on to order. can you help? my email is [protected]@gmail.com, my address is 6677 Martin Luther King Hwy Spring Grove, Va. 23881 Phone [protected]. I'd ordered a lot and never had any problems. I still get emails, but can't get on web site to bring up the ordering. all I get is an enlarged picture and no way to order. is there a differant way to log on?

Wish.com "wish cash"

The other day I made a mistake in my order and ended up ordering something I didn't want, for a refund It was offered to have the money refunded back to my credit card or take the refund in "Wish Cash" which they stated would never disappear I can use it when ever I want, my credit card was dinged for the money, I went to spend the money and it tells me I have to spend at least another 50 cents for the order to go through, it only came to 10 cents, there nothing else I want and nothing else adds up to the 50 cents it would require me to spend $4-$5 more bucks.. Just to get the money back I already spend... Is there anything I can do? I know it's only $8 but it's alot when u don't make much money..

Wish.com delivery

I have been denied refunds. Apparently the device or personnel that audits refunds makes no distinction between refunds for returned items and refunds for items not delivered. I have received 119 refunds and all of them were for items never received. I now have approximately 20 more items that are way overdue for delivery. I have never returned an item. I can't possibly order anything more than what I already have when there is a 50% chance of not receiving it and being denied a refund. In addition to the 20 or so overdue items I have a long list of additional items that I ordered before knowing I would be out of luck (and money) if any weren't delivered. I can't believe that it is legal for you to take my money and for me to get nothing in return. Nor can I believe you would require me to make more purchases to be "in good standing."

Wish.com wish account marked by excessive refunds

This site does not let me request refunds, says that my account is checked and I only do it when the orders do not arrive or are late on the arrival date, I feel helpless if some article does not arrive and I am charged, I want my account to return to normality, I will stop buying on this website, but solve this problem with my account when requesting refunds

My account was marked by excessive reimbursements since I only request them when the orders have not arrived on the estimated date, which is part of the privacy policy of wish.com, I will stop buying on this website but solve this problem with my account at request refunds, uncheck my account, I feel helpless in the face of any unforeseen or doubt.

I also got flag for items that where too small or too big and some batteries not working, they are a scam company, im never buying wish again they suck.

This company needs to stop treating HONEST customers as being fraudulent by claiming legitimate refunds. Instead Wish.com need to investigate their store sellers, and review their customer support services which are appalling. I have had my account flagged now for weeks, missing legitimate causes for refunds. One damaged item and 4 outstanding non deliveries. All amounting to over £100 lost to this company. This amount does not include the money I have lost on shipping when Wish were allowing refunds for items not received. Too many items not being delivered and the tracking information still suggesting after over two months of paying that the items have not even left China yet? When are Wish going to take responsibility for their paying customers losing money to their multi million pound company and appreciate not all of us are fortunate enough to be able to afford our money being STOLEN. The tracking information rarely gets updated and trying to track your items with this company is a joke. Obviously they need more people to COMPLAIN and email the CEO about their experiences. I really resent having my honesty in dispute when I know full well I am dealing with the most dishonest company I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. Legal path springs to mind. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH WISH.COM

i ordered 12 items from wish in december and now its march, still none of them arrived so i requested refund out of which 6 refunds i got and now thy have flagged me for excessive refunds . seriously such frauds u guys take our money then never send any order when we are asking for our money back you are blaming us for for asking too much .. their should be some legal soultion to this . im pissed

My name is Durante' Payne and my account says I have used excessive refunds and now my account is under review. However, I only requested 2 refunds and still haven't received neither and now I can't get my funds because of the restrictions of being under review. I like shopping on Wish but something needs to be modified with the management and shipping policies and contacting support agents.

I've ordered a few items with no problems. I've won several items through their giveaways and one item never arrived (no biggie, is a freebie.) The app asked if I received that order, then it asked again after a few weeks, and I clicked that I haven't received it. Now it says my account has been flagged for excessive refunds! WHAT? I've NEVER requested a refund, literally! It was a giveaway!

Thank you all for the heads up. Wish lost yet another customer unnecessarily. Thankfully, all the paid items arrived and I have no pending orders. Now, I won't order again because if I issues with an order, a real order, I can't ask for a refund because I've been flagged for refunds I haven't requested.

Besides, MANY (maybe MOST) items are CHEAPER in AliExpress and eBay. Please do a comparison and you'll see. Wish does have items that AliExpress and eBay don't have... Anyhow, I'll stick to Ali, eBay, and good ol' Amazon. Bye Wish!

So I am not the only one recently a lot of fake products being sold on wish
Now refusing to refund for items not received
Have one order apparently tried to deliver but no sign of it here and as work from home and someone is present at all times day and night can't have been out to miss it.
Once orders are full-filled or refunded
Wish is losing yet another customer

My account has also been flagged. I have items backed up since october 2017 that i have not recieved and its November 2018. Its November 10 and i have until November 12 to claim a refund on 6 items but with a flagged account I can't. I don't live in the US and my currency is double the amount. I am so up set. I work hard for my money for wish to steal it. I am not buying anything else until i get all my items then i am deleting this wish account. I am fed up.

The only way to receive a refund is by filing a claim with your credit card company.
Wish customer service will string you along and ask you to purchase more items when you have not even received the items that you have already been charged for, or, like in my case, received items that claim to be 925 Sterling Silver and when they arrive, they are silver painted plastic or copper or something. There are a lot of fraudulent sellers on Wish, and while wish claims to be headquartered in the US, my guess it that they actually only rent a PO Box. There is no live person that one can talk to. The operation is shady and out of China or something. They have no ethics and are just plain crooks.

My account has been flagged due to excessive refunds. Two of the refunds were for defective/damaged items. The other seventeen refunds have been for items that I have not received. There are two items that have had the delivery date changed twice, both now overdue. I could find nowhere to state my issue, I’m encouraged to purchase more to bring my account back to good standing. There are an additional four items yet to be delivered. Whether I receive them or not I will be closing my account. I would advise everyone to boycott Wish, spend your money elsewhere!

Wish.com fraud

Someone made a purchase for over $70.00 using my Credit Card and without my permission. I even had wish cash in my account. When i tried to login again, its says incorrect email id. Seems like they have deleted my account.

I tried to call the customer care number they have given on the website. It is just for the name as it does not provide any help and they ask to send an email to the customer support team.

I tried to send an email to the support team but did not get any response from they.

I have contacted my bank and reported this authorized transactions. Bank has blocked my card for safety measaure.

I tried to recover my account and it says it doesn't exsist.

Wish.com attempting return item

Purchased item October 6, delivered October 17. Item was too small. I have attempted to contact Wish via their ‘Customer Service' app, this drops me when I try to send. Tried this more then 5 times, emailed, get standard reply to go to Customer Service app. All I wanted was an address to return the item, I will pay for the shipping. Tried calling, recording advises me to go to the Customer Service app and the number cannot assist me any further. It is a $20 item, I will pay to return, of only I could figure where to send it.

Wish.com I can't order anything with my new credit card. over a year now!

Please remove the block on my account! I havnt been able to prder anything for well over a year now. I had to cancel a credit card that was stollen. I was given a new creit card. I try to use my new card and simply cannot!? This is very, very frustrating. I submited my bank account statement 3 different times. As u ask and still cannot use? Im about to give ip. I was a very good loyal customer. And im being treated like spam or something? Please get to the bottom of this and fix. Pleases

I was a very good customer with you. Never anything unpaid or any issues. I simply have been blocked by you on wish because i got a new credit card when mine was stolen? I submitted a bank statement 3 different times! And STILL im blocked and cannot order anything. Keeps saying submit a bank statement?

I need this corrected please. Its been a year. Im ready to give up and order bothing ever again. This is very disheartening! Please correct this.

Wish.com fraudulent activities

My account was hacked. Someone made a purchase for over $1, 500.00 using my Credit Card without my permission. They tried to change my eMail address but I guess since they couldn't they deleted my account! I can no longer log in. I tried to recover my account and it says it doesn't exsist. To make matters worse, they sold my email address and now I'm getting 100s of spam emails.

I've tried contacting Wish via Twitter, phone, email AND customer support and they REFUSE to contact me back!
