Don't order from them they are a scam I ordered a dress and realized they charged me $16 and another price of $18 for the same exact dress .I tried to get ahold of them to cancel the one dress for 18 dollars that shouldn't have been on there and right after sending the email to them they marked it as shipped now they are telling me I have to wait for it to come and pay to send it back! I'm taking this to the better business bureau!

I have recently purchased a sample of this product at a special price of £1.00 but then have received another sample by courier to my home address and have been charged £69.95 for the product, I am not happy to receive another sample as I found it to be no good and wouldn't consider purchasing anymore, am not happy for the money to be taken out of my account and would now like to send it back and have a full refund but are struggling of how to get in contact with yourselves, please contact me back if possible to discuss my options and what to do next, kind regards. It's ridiculous that I've ordered several things from the wish app. The items I've received so far does not match the description or the picture at all. I also have a order that has been refund but my money did not posted back on my card. I complain about the first item, now my account is having a problem so they say. Today is March 29, 2017 and I have Received a Nother item from my order and it is also a very bad knock off it does not fit the picture nor the description and the sad part is I can't access my account to make a complaint without uploading a picture of my credit card, that some dumb #### to ask a customer to do, when they already know what u ordered. I would never recommend that anyone shops on wish the items are counterfeit

I have ordered 3 items in January, although items supposed to be reach by February 19 but it did not . I received two items in two different dates in March and one item I did not receive yet. This is my first order to wish, before giving more orders I was trying to see wish's performance. But my shopping experience with wish is not good enough. Delayed shipping as well as not responding about my item put me into a situation that It would be difficult for me to recommend wish to my friends.

I ordered this skirt and it was never shipped (see tracking number 9400110200864311615901)! wish.com said that the order was taking a "little longer than usual", and asked me if I wanted to wait a little longer. so, I responded that I would continue to wait. the order was said to suppose to arrive at my home by 2/23/17. however, it never shipped, according to the tracking number till this day 3/29/17. I spent all this time waiting, because I thought they had to make more skirts or something; and because wish.com asked me to wait. when I asked for a refund for the skirt the cst svc agent replied that I "can not get a refund because of the 30 day policy." when I requested that wish.com go ahead and ship my skirt to me, being that it was never shipped (see tracking number), they refuse to respond. it makes no sense, it is not fair, that I paid my money for a product that was never shipped, and wish.com refused to give me a refund. it is against the law to take people's money like that. I sent another message to wish.com, "contact support", informing them that I will be getting my attorney involved if they do not ship me my skirt, and still they refuse to respond... it looks like there needs to be a class action law suit started for all the people who have paid their money for products and never received them (and can't get a refund on their $) from wish.com. bottom line is: I need my skirt shipped to me or I contacting my attorney!

I have already send you many mails concerning my account being put on hold but I never receive a propriate answer. I cannot evaluate the received orders or ask for a refund because of my account. They always ask me to send picture of my credit card but I refuse to do this. Then they asked for transaction date, amount and value of an order. I sent all othis but still again the same mail for sending picture of my credit card and Id.

Now I have received an order today which is not correct but unfortunately i cannot ask for my regund because my account does not work.

Please can you help me solving this problem?

I was amazed when I found Wish! I found many good things on their site and the best part was their prices. That time they had huge discounts and I ordered a lot of things. I found a lot of cute dresses and every dress was only for $5!
I bought 9 item, mostly clothing and paid for my order.
When I did not get a confirmation message I felt that something was wrong. I love online shopping and buy a lot of things online and I know that it is normal to get a payment confirmation after you pay for the order.
I contacted Wish but they did not reply! That was a bad sign! After that I went online to read the reviews and I thing that I don't have to tell what I felt that moment. I should have read the reviews earlier. Please stay away from Wish!

I don't receive my order allegedly because was refunded but i did not receive the refund in my account yet and that happens like a two weeks ago.So if you don't send me the things that i want, I want my money back.and if you don't resolve the problem that its the last time i spend my money in wish.Thank You so much. I order some stuff from wish since January 29 .2017 up till now I got three out of five, so were is the remining two wears ? Because am unhappy with your service provider. I've ordered multiple items from Wish and 4 months later, i still never received them. In the first month, i received notifications from to see whether or not I've received the items yet, and i informed them that i have not. Wish stated there was a delay with my order and if I'd like to continue waiting a little longer in which i agreed. Of course items never came and when i requested to cancel my orders and asked for a refund, i was told that after checking on my order they found it had been lost in the shipping and because 30-days has passed they cannot give me a refund. May i remind you that they claim the ORDER GOT LOST in the shipping. That is not what they told me when they checked on the status. NO fault of mine the Customer and it's their problem, not mine! And what "Wish GAURANTEE" are they advertising
if they refuse to refund an Incomplete Transaction where items are ordered and paid for by the customer but not delivered to the customer. This is fraud and criminal!

I have looked on my history and there is no record of this order, so I am wondering if it went thou?

I am just wanting to confirm that order went through, even though it is not listed in the history, thank you very much for your time and help in the past.

It has now been over two weeks from then my colored contacts were supposed to be delivered. It was shows on my purchase they would be delivered from March 3-15. The store is named PK LI QI. I purchased a pair of turquoise colored contacts for $5. All I ask is for my contacts to be delivered or a refund. I really enjoy your store, and never had any problems until now.
