I have had a hell of a time following your directions over and over trying to get a return lable for the items on which I have requested a refund. I can not get an answer except to go to my orders and it will not let me get a return lable.

this has been very frustrating and time consuming. It is very hard to get in to for the help I need.

I am extremely disappointed that I have not received one of my Items ordered from Wish, they were supposed to be delivered by the 18th June 2017 and then that got moved to the 25th June 2017.
Please could you let me know if I am going to get these items or must I get a refund?

I just received an email alert that a 12x universal zoom was delivered. I never ordered this product and trying to get thru to get a refund on an item thats not even on my order list is impossible. Ive ordered 100's of dollars from you. I want my refund now. Im still waiting for my original refund from a sandal. It shouldnt take almost 27 days to get a refund. Please contact me asap. I spent nearly $30 and I still have not received my shipment. I am furious. Wish needs to get their [censor] together and stop taking money. I want a refund for my purchase. I will report wish to the FBI. My purchase never even got delivered to my house. I really hope y'all do something about this. I am pissed off and I want my money back. This is so ridiculous.

I cannot make an order with my credit card and I'm very upset. The thing that pops up is it wants a statement of my bank statement. This is ridiculous. I want to order from you guys and you will not let me. I also want to know about my pending order. I think this is very upsetting that you don't have a customer service number that has a live person to talk too. I want order some stuff and you won't me!

I checked my bank account and i have 4 multiples different unauthorized charges without my consent, i never ordered anything from this company. My bargain account had gone into overdraft unnecessarily. I contacted my bank sp hopefully they can help, however when i tried contacting wish. Com to despute charges i can't get ahold of anyone! Just stupid recordings...im so frustrated how can this happen

Please don't waste time and money on biggest scam I've come across. Clothes and jewelry misleading. Thin, itchy material. I went on a spree and bought a too much in different categories. One item is too much. If you HAVE to find out for yourself, buy a piece of clothing. Safest thing I can recommend is jewelry (irregardless of what they advertise, stones not real), but arrives looking like their pic.
But I will NEVER be tempted to use them...also shipping may be up to 45-60+ days.

I made my purchase and I didn't received my order it's been two month still waiting for my order.. I order some stuff that came up to 94.00 dollars I deleted some items but when I went to my bank to check on my account I found out there was and hold of 94:00 dollars on hold from and order on Wish . Com I contacted them by email also look up and phone number yo call theme I called this number all hours of the day and even late at night got and recording telling me if I have and promble with or contact them by email I did and still did not revive and response yet also I was sent and conterfite pair of boots they did not respond when trying to send back the post office said it cost 2 time the money I send theme back all the way to China please can some one email me back or call me I need to talk to and live person

I placed an order about five months ago for a purple iPhone 7 wallet and a free gift which was a purple necklace. I received the necklace months ago but I have yet to receive the wallet I ordered. Your payment did go through my bank so I have been charged for it. It is now June 26, 2017 and all I want is for you to please send me my wallet.

I think you have horrible business practices and will probably never order from your company again for this simple reason. You cannot even fulfill the simplest of orders.

It has been all most a month thying to get all the parts I got 1 of 3 and all I get is the same thing (send us a photo of your card one time last 4 covered one time the first 12 covered and my ID I have sent this 3 times and you keep asking for it The card I used had to be canceled do to fraud activity I am thinking wish is the source of my card number getting out.
there are many items I would have got if wish could get things right as fast as GEEK If this is not made right I will tell every one I can not to by from wish using face book twitter and in person I have got many to by from geek and they are happy that could have been wish as well.

One PISSED OFF CUSTOMER

I've been trying to get a Latias plushie but everytime I try and get it it either says there's something wrong with my billing address or they can't process my card and so I tried calling the number for customer service and all it gives me is a recording saying to email them and stuff and I've tried doing that before but it never worked and I just want my Latias I've been trying to get the Latias for awhile and still haven't gotten it

When I was trying to buy a dress it showed as denied and then I saw that it was charged twice in my card!
I'm trying to cancel the order at the app but it doesn't allow me. And I can't not even send a message in the app because it always says it is missing some information.
I just want to cancel this order and have my refund!
I've attached the pictures of my credit art statement that shows the 2 charges and the order confirmation that shows now at the app, but it only shows one order!

I would like to know if I may change some items I received that were too small?
I have about 5 tunics and a dress that I thought I purchased with the correct size but when they arrived it was more than obvious they were too small. I like what I purchased and would just like to exchange all them for a larger size.
What is the process?

I want to post a formal complaint about WISH.com
Should be more like WISH.CON...
I had ordered a few things that I was ok with...I understand that these products are "cheap"...but I did not realize that many of the items for sale were "knock-offs"...as they use photos of products that arent theirs and copy them...THAT IS CALLED FRAUD.
As they do not have the rights to copy=COPY RIGHTS to any of their products.
So to continue, I had ordered a few things and one of them came. Which was the "clip on camera", I thought, hey this would be great and I can do hands free filming for my Youtube channel...it came, the instructions made no sense...as if they were translated from Japanese or Chinese into english..anyways very poorly done.
The product said to plug it in to my computer...so I did, in hopes that the computer would identify it and I would have an idea of how it works through the "wizard"...nothing but lights flickering.
I contacted WISH and they lead me on, told me to be kind in my emails...I said regardless of how much I spent...this product sucks and that I was considering a Lawyer...and they said they knew the product didnt work? WHAT, they knew...so why is this product on their web site then?
I felt like such an idiot...and then I comprimised my email...as I sent pics this way...since there is no way for me to send pics any other way...they make it as difficult as possible to resolve anything.
I got passed down the line to yet another ummm, person.
I ended up cancelling my account and all of my other orders that I had placed just disappeared. I now had no way to track anything there after.
I called the 1800 number on their site and got a continuing cycle of recorded messages? What the Hell kind of business is this?
How are they allowed to take peoples money and not (literaly) deliver customer service? Who are they? What are they supporting? How is this criminal activity still being able to go on?
So I did receive one item, and much to my non-suprise, it looked nothing like what I ordered...but I have not received 5 things that I have paid for through PAYPAL...NOT HAPPY AT ALL...

Please learn from my mistakes and dont get taken for a ride...THIS WISH SITE IS FRAUDULENT AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN...How any others have been ripped and jipped by these swindlers? Too many to count...If anyone out there who has been scammed by them( of thousands)...perhaps we could get together and do something about it...this has to be stopped...One way or another...
