I ordered ausb lighter for like 14 bucksor so and I was suppose to get a free item which was awallet and I didn't get neither that was about a month or so I have been waiting are you guys a real dealer or what I have been nice about it but it seems you guys don't even have a person to speak directly with can I know some information on what you guys did with thecredit card that I have you I don't have money to spare everything is well calculated I hope no one is spending the money me and my mom make together I Havre to walk dogs for a living and that's how I get my pay please send me the item or themoney and a sorry letter for the wait and I will be happy it's you guys duty to do good business I did

Long story short this site is a joke.
i was under the impression i was ordering my daughters a bunked...
due to lack of description and false advertisement all i got was a wooden box that goes underneath the bunk beds... $184 for a wooden box i think not then to top it off they dont have a direct line to call so you have to email them then wait 2-3 business days what a crock of s***!
so dont with wish because no one wants to be lied to then made a joke of!

I applied for a Merchant account in order to sell on Wish, They have a long verification process, and require you to be reviewed.I sell products American Made, sourced, and delivered.I offer no junk, and provide excellent customer service and returns, as well as having My LLC filing, I repeatedly have been told my Business address is invalid, although providing them with official USPS address proof, I repeatedly am told my website url is invalid, and they cant open it, yet I have no problem, I repeatedly am told to screen shot my admin product management page, and page "Proving" ownership, I complied, and still not good enough?, as you can only have Account Owner on shopify, and wish is offered as a sales channel, apparently not true?. I sell on shopify, ebay, and other markets all provided to them and do not "Own" either shopify or ebay companies, therefore making it impossible to get "Approved" they repeatedly are insinuating I am a liar of some sort, and their responses are very automated, and generic, I can only conclude, cheap Chinese crap is their go to product sources, so, I would avoid them, because I have really been made to think, as a business owner, and customer who has bought from them unhappily (Cheap junk from china) 1 they are stupid, and 2 they want to cater to junk dealers from overseas, while fooling consumers into thinking they are a US based company, they actually only act as moderator of sales platform, rest is on you, and they want 15% for nothing, and you call my address invalid, San Francisco but products are foreign garbage, Nothing but a money sucking junk dealer in my opinion, definitely not a good mix for my company, I'm to legit I guess, anyways, they have royally made me aggravated, and will others too I am sure.Better hook up with ali express, dh gate first, sell me some junky Christmas lights, they will love me then, whatever, Good Luck, and learn to open urls and read U.S addresses for christs sake.

I paid for two items and did not receive them. You could say I have had my money stolen for goods I didn't receive. And wish rejected my self a full refund this is unacceptable behaviour and very poor customer service. I am very angry that it hasn't been dealt with in the correct manner. I will be seeking legal action again wish. The item was delivered to the wrong consignee in the wrong area of the UK. Their for it isn't my fault the delivery was compromised. I feel that the consumer has committed fraud by taking my money for goods I didn't receive. It is unacceptable to take money from a customer and not deliver the goods to the home adress that I provided when I placed my order.
Ps I attach documents to prove I paid for the items and the document showing another person's signature whom I do not know

Wish.com is a scam! Let me say that again, WISH.COM IS A SCAM!

I signed up for Wish.com and was kind of excited about all the great deals. Well that was until I saw my order confirmations that started coming in.
I ordered a free laptop, all I had to do was pay for shipping. I get an order confirmation showing a rose scented bath scrubber. I figured, no problem. Mistakes happen right? Wrong, I submitted a request to look into the matter and customer service confirmed that I did order a laptop but was going to receive the bath scrubber instead. And as I was reading the reply, I see that another order (this time for a 256 gb mini sd card), that was incorrect. I ordered a 256 gb mini sd card and instead they are shipping me the 56 gb sd card. Ok, so one mistake is one thing, but two mistakes in two days? I don't have to get burned a dozen times before I learn my lesson. So, I'm no longer using Wish.com and I hope to God that no one does either. WISH.COM IS A SCAM!

- Today I odered the man jacket, eyeliner cat (it was free) and silicon push up strapless backless.in total I had to pa 354 hryvnas, but from my card was taken 568. If that items not free, or jacket cost more, in sych case I want to cancel my order!
- Previous time I ordered dress and watch. The dress I've got today and I want to find out when I'll get the watch?

I loved th site until I tried to purchase one item today 01-03-2018.
So after hitting buy it just kept going around and around and around and around and around and ground and around and around, and back into shopping cart, so I hope u get th picture and hv just waisted some of yr life reading that. So after trying every option to no avail, I thought u must suppose to swipe purchase cart then have th option to pick th item u want to purchase, but instead it put every item from my trolley to purchase. I don't want any of them. Then when I tried to contact u all th phone contact No; said they hv bn disconnected. I am ripping my hair out here, can someone plz contact me asap thank you. I am extremely unhappy with the online shopping sites: Wish, Geek, Home.

I have spent a pretty penny ( looking at around R30 000 ) with these stores and have been understanding when it came to my orders not arriving at all.

I have had issues with the Delivery dates being changed to a later date to accommodate the above companies and I have tolerated it.

What has got me fuming is the fact that I have tried to explain to them that the bank account I was using is not valid and not one of the above companies are willing to assist me because of the new account.

This means that no matter what I do, should something not be delivered or I have a problem with a product I will loose my money.

Unfortunately I had to get a new bank account for personal reasons but the fact that these companies are not willing to meet me half way is distasteful to say the least.

I am currently waiting for 175 parcels from these 4 online stores and they made it clear that they cant help me should anything happen as all payments are refunded into the account originally used.

Not sure which part they misunderstood about the old account not being valid anymore ?

This has made me think twice about purchasing anything else on any one of these sites

I would like to know if I could get a better shipping rate. I was charged $29 for shipping and that is extremely high. I hit the submit button without paying attention to that charge until it was too late. I hope you can give me a better price. BTW, I agree with the comment of another customer - Why should we have to pay seperate shipping amount when you place order multiple products same time

Why are all the items in my order being delivered separately? Wouldn't it make sense that it should be in one box? I have to pay shipping and handling fee on each and every product that I have to collect at the local post office. At the end of the day, I pay more for the product than what I would have spent getting it locally. Which also means that every time one product arrives at the destination I have to go and fetch it instead of a one-time ordeal.

Hi I am reaching out to find out why I can't proceed with an order if I've never ordered anything from the site nor on the app. They are asking for a bank statement with a purchase from you all on it but I've never purchased anything yet and I would like to make my first purchase because its some things i have put in my cart that i wanted to get but i cant because and they are very reasonable and i love some of the things I've seen on there I'm looking forward to hearing from you all.

I placed 3 orders on wish the first delivery that came was not at all what it appeared to be as advertised. I requested a refund or a shipping return label. The other two orders were a mistake I requested a refund on all 3 items and I haven't heard anything it's been over a week now I tried to call customer service but I wasn't able to speak with anyone. I am not at all pleased with the way this has been handled. I always shop on wish but now this experience has definitely opened my eyes and I'm unsure if I will continue to be a customer on this app. I would appreciate it if someone would please contact me regarding these issues as soon as possible

I have a big problem with orders and delivery, i have send numerous email to you and no one gets back to me.

I have paid a lot of money for stuff on wish, yet i do not receive it and no one can help me.

i have place a order (tracking number YT1725590005971420) in last year, was suppose to be delivered 8 Nov 2017 - i am still waiting and now one can track it for me.

Then i am also waiting on 11 more packages that was suppose to be delivered in last month and this month.

i need tracking numbers starting with alphabetical letters and 9 digit number in order to search for my parcels.

Hi, so as I was looking through this store for a specific phone case, I see some artwork that belongs to my friend and she has no idea they were selling her artwork on a phone case nor did she authorize the selling of her artwork on the phone case. Her artwork is proctected under copyright and she did not give permission to this person to sell her artwork. I wish for this store to be shut down or have her artwork taking down. Her name is Sasucchi95 and the artwork in question is the 707 phone case. You can see her watermark on the artwork.

I place two orders for some caps to wear on your head. I call my bank and they said that you have already debit my account. When checking on my items, I get no order placed, but you have my money. I would like you too look into this matter ASAP please, so that I do not have to depute this matter with my bank. I can not believe that your company would over look my order but you have taken my money.

I ordered this watch believing tht I'd received this order rightfully and safe but it says delivered which I never received and I even went to post office, asked all my neighbors. I recently placed an order with Wish for the first (and last) time. It has been a few weeks and I had heard nothing so I went on the website to check the order status. It repeatedly says that I have not ordered anything. However, my credit card was charged on Feb. 8, 2018. When I call the contact number, it goes to a fax machine. When I try using customer support, the site leads to a dead end, telling me to "select an order related to your issue". That is not possible since Wish claims I have not made any orders. I am not willing to pay for something I never received and have no record of having ordered. Does anyone have a different contact number that actually leads to a live person?

Why in the world dont you post it on the ad that yiu have to pay r24 service charges for every small item you order...

Pls cancel all my orders its definately not acceptable..in no place on wish you mention anything about any charges to pay on this side... Im really really very unhappy with your service... If you dont do something about this im going to post it to facebook ob the internet everywhere that rhis is how wish work and promise you if someone know how wish operate they will never order anything again
