Wish delivery

I ordered a cell phone cover on 6 june 2017 and it's now 24 aug I still haven't received it. From go go go trading company ons wish.
Tracking nr is:

I've contacted wish support and heard nothing back.
Please help what do I do to find out where my stuff is. It was a red full body 360 matte finish dual layer phone cover. Was supposed toe arrive between 25jul and 4aug.

Wish wedding stencils

Hello my name is Lenora Beach. I ordered some wedding stencils from you on 8-15-17 my order total was $63.10 . The stencils that came today were not the wedding stencils i ordered. .i only received 4 stencils that were not the ones i picked . .I was grossly overcharged for wrong order. I am extremely disappointed with company. I am sending a picture of the stencils that were sent to me.

I received an email from Wish. I uninstalled your app. However, I received an email from you. The unsubscribe link does not have a submit button. I tried to use the [protected]@wish.com. However, I was asked for my email address. Surprisingly, I got a message that my email address was not registered. Then, how the heck did I get an email from Wish??? My email address is cathernl.[protected]@att.net. Please don't send me anymore emails!!!

Wish 8011 and 2854

The reference number of 8011 and 2854. I dont know what they are. They were put on my credit card. I never received any thing from Wish. I had ordered low prices items and they all had a minus sign in front of them when I got online it said I never ordered anything so I don't understand what these two charges are for and why and what they are please contact me as soon as you can I appreciate it thank you

Wish money charge

You have charged me twice, which I don't get cause they're two different cards, so I paid it and then I few days later you charged me again, that's $114.50 that I needed to lay a bill with.. now gone because you have either scammed me and charged me twice without thinking, either way I want my money back or I'll be going to a complaints lawyer to take it further

Wish wrong shipping return labels being sent.

Wish has sent me a shipping label that requires a box too small for the item I purchased. After numerous emails, they still have not sent the correct label so I can return the item and get my refund. I purchased a 12" Mac, and the shipping label they sent requires a 8" x 8" small flat rate box from USPS. I am trying to return the item using their required process. As mentioned, I have sent numerous emails to them informing them off the problem. They respond by telling me to go thru the return process again, but they continue to send me a label that I cannot use. Is there another alternative to their process, as it obviously doesn't work for larger items.

Wish non delivery of products

I purchased a few items on the 6 June 2017, to date I have not received anything. Response from the support centre on the Wish app was for me to reorder the products. Why must I do this. So accepting peoples monies is okay but you cannot resolve the issue of why the items were not delivered 2.5 months later. But one of the items were delivered to someone else, why when you have my delivery address on your database and on my profile?

Wish all stuff I have purchased

Dear Sir /Madam Each time l purchase something from wish when it arrives to my address with my Daughters name is on the package, Her name is Tracey Ceh, and yes she does order stuff from Wish and is sent to my address which is 16 Jeeralang Avenue Newborough Victoria 3825, Australia.My Question is why is my Daughters name on the Stuff l have purchased, l pay for the things l have sent away for ...Soher name should NOT be on the package, Can you tell me why this is so,

Wish fraud

I was charged on my bank account for something on wish that I had never approved of or bought! I have emailed wish and tried to contact customer support, however, there is no one to talk too! i can say with all the issues I have had with wish, I will not be shopping on this app again. I want the money back for the item I did not purchase and I want to actually talk to someone, for it being a "big time app and company" it seems pretty fake to me. IT IS ALL FRAUD!

Wish a duvet cover of poor quality and equivocation size

Hello. I bought a duvet cover and when I received it it turned out to be of bad quality besides that it was supposed to be king size and never served to my bed. So out there when I'm going to return the package they tell me that I have to pay almost 19 dollars for shipping when I paid 33 dollars for a product that did not survive. Please I need to be solved this matter because it does not seem fair to me to have to pay that amount of money for a product that was not what I expected. waiting for your answer

Wish service

I ordered something through wish app and they refunded the amount because of transaction information. They requested a copy of transaction. I attached the payment history and emailed to costumer service but since then no respond and I can't shop at all. No number to call. No reply email after sending several emails!
It was my worst online shopping ever.

Wish gel nails kit

Absolutely disappointing! After deciding to purchase from wish, I was highly disappointed firstly at the extended wait for my product and secondly the worst part was that what was received was horribly different from what was advertised. If ordering from wish means you receive half the product then I would rather take my shopping elsewhere...Horrid service delivery!

Wish service

I order a pair of shoes about a week ago them I tried to cancel my order but I have not heard from anyone. I need to get my order cancelled and I need to have it done ASAP.
But because if this I will no longer be buying from and wish apps or websites.
And it will be getting a bad review if the circumstances aren't changed.
I'm looking forward to hearing from someone please help me with this or your package will be coming back to you. If it shows up at my door.

Wish "unethical behaviour"

They offer delivery with a date they supply you with when you order.When that does not follow through they will offer you a reshipment.Well I have had way too many orders not been delivered.When I say I want a reshipment I am unable to get that also.They say they will sent you a refund and you can reorder.The problem is in 99% of the time the item is always more money than your refund.In my case my refund is for $6.00 total.I looked and the only one left selling this item is charging: Cost:$10.45, Shipping:$7.00, Total:$17.45.Now this is a far cry from my $6.00 refund.Why are they allow to offer services and not follow through in giving them to their customers.You can contact Customer Servicse or Customer Support and you get no where.Half the time their replies to you have got not one thing to do with what you contacted them about..You get no where at all with this company and they will not forward you to any qualified or able to deal with the issue.All I have ever got is repeated sayings of stuff Yhey never doPlease help

Wish not able to track my order... no details found on my account

Please note have order some stuff fro wish.Com but since one week i am not able to find or track my order on the website.
Neither on my account.
There is nothing showing in "order history"
track so many times its only show one window who contains message "404 error"
have also tried to connect from toll free no. But same is not working.
We are requesting kindly help me to find out my order.

Wish jeansia men slim jacket

I order green jeansia slim jacket for men since jun 22, 2017and they promise to deliever it july 29, and they never did till now am still waiting for my order. Whats going on with my order... with the tracking number WI00009788618SH. Please I need my order the money has been taken out of my account already. They number I found is not going true, it end me up on voice message of which I like to speck to one of the customers representatives on my issue.

Wish account verification

I was asked to verify my account. I wouldn't have a problem with that if it didnt ask me to screenshot my bank statement with a recent PURCHASE. I have never purchased anything from wish before, therefore I cant verify my account. Id like to make a purchase for my first apartment but this is ridiculous. My account has been voilated. I have had two transactions taken off of my account today from wish com sa. Please can I get a contact number and have these deliveries put on hold. I am absolutely fuming right now and I would like to find out who the culprit behind this is.

Me dirijo a Uds., pues tengo un gran problema con la compra en WISH.
Antes de comenzar con los problemas, quiero expresarles mi agrado con el sitio y reconocer que tienen uno de los mejores equipos de servicio al cliente, que jamás hubiera conocido y les garantizo que he conocido muchos en el transcurso de mi vida. Como ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND QUALITY ADVISOR.
Luego de esta corta aclaración voy a entrar en el tema que me ocupa y es la parte negativa i se refiere al pésimo control de los envíos. Lo cual me ha generado grandes frustraciones pues calculo que hecho mas de 250 compras de artículos y 90 de ellas con la fecha de arribo vencida. No los he recibido. HAGO CLARIDAD QUE LOS AMABLES ASESORES DE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE, ME HAN REEMBOLSADO EL DINERO.
Eso está muy bien, pero la realidad es que he comprado artículos, para disfrutarlos y hacer que mi familia también. Yo veo que se pierdan 4 o 5 pero 90 en dos meses, ME PARECE INCREIBLE Y ABSOLUTAMENTE INSATISFACTORIO
La forma de seguimiento no funciona pues al revisar el Tracking se ve que no está actualizado y no se sabe dónde están los productos. Pero al final el resultado es . QUE LOS ARTICULOS NO LLEGAN.
Yo de todas formas y por malas experiencias anteriores, imprimo y mantengo en mi archivo la copia de los pedidos, allí se pueden ver todas las fechas y todos los costos y especificaciones de los productos. La verdad que uno compra los productos con la ilusión de poder disfrutar de ellos y en la fecha especificada, pues el promedio de llegada es de dos meses, lo cual es exagerado y si a eso se le suma el cambio de FECHAS POR PARTE DEL PROVEEDOR es un absoluto despropósito
ALGUIEN O EN ALGUNA PART SE ESTA QUEDANDO CON LOS PRODUCTOS, Deberían investigar. Pues está bien que se pierda uno o dos, pero 90 ARTICULOS ES UN DISPARATE . También me preocupa que tengo muchos pedidos pendientes, y lo que quiero es poder disfrutarlos.. NO IMAGINAN LA FRUSTRACION QUE SIENTO

My REI Mastercard account has been violated! I see a charge of $141.90 made on August 15, for a purchase from Wish.com. I had never even heard of Wish.com. I did not make this order.
