Wish an order being refunded

Well I'm not happy that my order has been cancelled when I never asked for it to be cancelled? The money has transferred through what is going on I am not happy at all as I've sent yous a few emails now and the ones yous have replied with do not help at all I would like this matter resolved asap thank you. I only checked my orders other day and some said shipping and some said processing but now I look and everything has been refunded? Why?

Wish ordered 4 baseball hats

Since may 2017 I ordered 4 baseball hats. I received 2 and still waiting for the 2 others. It's been almost 3 months im waiting for my order. I've tried everything i can to talk to their Customer service but couldn't. I really don't know where I can file a complain to get my 2 hats or have my money back. So I'm seeking advice or help to take a legal action against this fake company that treat so poorly honest people.

Wish haven't received 3 items I ordered over a month ago

I ordered bath bombs, chrome nail powder, and knit cover boot socks. These were all ordered at the beginning of June. I got a message to contact support. When I went into the support section I selected that I haven't received the items and then go to continue, it says whoops you haven't selected the item you have a question about. which I've done several times! Please refund if the items will not be sent soon. Thank you.

Wish clothes

Why is it that there is one price when you browse then when you go to checkout it is a higher price and there is no way to remove it from the checkout? I tried to contact customer support but apparently there's no account with my email address so I can't even get past the first stage...I assure you there is an account with that email or I wouldn't be able to buy anything. I have noticed I bought a few things that were higher than the advertised price...I currently have a top sitting in my cart that is higher than advertised and I am continuously getting reminders to pay for it, which I will not until the discrepancy is rectified. Plus I would like a refund of the difference to other items that were higher than advertised as well.

Wish I was charged for 2 orders that you say was declined.

Orders 596e479a966ddfb00d186f43 and 596e40ccc47c42f1036263cd will not be delivered because payment was declined. However, my bank shows you took $99.99 out on 7/17/17. I would like to cancel these orders and be refunded my $99.99 as soon as possible. This amount was ten times the amount you said it would be when I made the order. Wish haven't received by full order and some items I received were incorrect size or damaged

I placed an order June 3, 2017 and have not received my entire order. Out of the 14 items it ordered 2 shirts were too small, eye shadow was damaged and 1 out of the two shoes I order was the wrong size.

I continue getting updates asking if I have received the order and I keep stating "NO".

I paid for shipping on items that I haven't received. June 3, 2017 was my first time ever using this site and it is also my last.

The customer service is awful and the items quality was sub-par. This is my second complaint and I still haven't had my issue resolved.

Wish item not delivered till 21st july-17

Dear Sir,
I have Ordered some of items from your website on 11 june-17 order no is - 593c3e167871923b806442e9, this suppose to deliver as on 14 July but after that status updated that it wi;; be delivered as on 20 July-17. but still the material is not delivered to me.
I just wanted to know that when i will received this order or if thier is any issue than please highlight so that i will cancel my order and you can refund my money back.

Wish clothing

I've made an order of clothing which came to a total of $457.00 and 2 days later when I check the status of the order it says 'refunded'? None of the funds have been returned to my account? I've contacted customer support and that was no help at all! I've tried calling your contact number that you provide and that doesn't even ring! It just hangs up on me! I'm not happy at all! And now i'm writing a complaint which no one will read or worry about! All I want to do is talk to someone over the phone and have this mess sorted out now! What a waste of $457.00! I want my money back!

I have the same problem.

Did you solve it already? My order was $515 USD and it says refunded as well but haven´t received anything in my bank account!
I have sent 10 e-mails back and forward and they don't give a f***n straight answer!

Do you happen to have a WISH telephone number that works?

Wish my refund

My items came late and when I did get my items they were to small so I sent all items back in one box with the label on it and only a couple of items been refunded and I'm trying to see what's going on with it, so please contact me with an email at [protected]@yahoo.com or [protected]@gmail.com. I do have pictures of all the items and it's on my order history.

Wish bella cream order

I ordered and paid for a 3 pack of bella cream must up breast enhancement cream and i only recieved one 100g bottle. I want the other two 100g bottles of bella cream i paid for, Or my money back please?on the order history it was 3 bottles.i would like the products i paid for or my money back on pay pal . Wish chakra tree of life shower curtain

My name is Susan Farrell. I am an Artist from Australia. It has been brought to my attention that Wish is selling a shower curtain with one of my images on it. The Chakra Tree of Life. Wish ordering product

Hi.
I have tried unsuccessfully to order 3 items, 3 times.
When I try to use Paypal I get an error that simply says "OOOOOPS" with no explanation as to why is has not been accepted.
I tried a different card, with the same result.
Then I tried to contact you through your web pages but apparently I need to log in with my email (I previously logged in through FaceBook) when I try to set up an email/password account I am told to log in through FaceBook, which I can but then I can't use the "Contact Us" option as I do not have an email account.
Your site looks fab and the prices are good, but if I'm experiencing all these difficulties with my first order, then I might go elsewhere.

Wish postage

In may of 2017 I purchase two orders with no problem i didn't think anything about until purchase my second and wish saying things where on date past for awhile saying my orders where on my doorsteps one order I mean.after contact them that say it mistake and was over seas and its way then I waited a while I didn't hear nothing that when I find my orders where on unrecorded page from email null. Under privacy terms of wish account I have scene shots orders numbers about the day purchases I just email again it over seas and start all over again this was mother's day gifts from my husband in may 9th 12th 2017 its July 19th I just refund back I never had problem with wish and love. There stuff but never get it and they page Facebook account telling friends and family all I wanted was my orders not all that page made for wish under privacy page email null please help figure out Thank you Ms Lilly

Wish money taken from my account without permission

This is the second e.mail I have sent regarding the issue. On July 3th 2017, 16.86 was taken from my chequing account without my consent and without me knowing about the purchase. I did not purchase anything or wish to purchase anything that day and would like to be refunded in full as soon as possible. Please get back to me as soon as possible to resolve the issue and so I can get my money back. If the issue is not resolved soon I will have no choice but to go to the police. Thank you.

Wish stolen card

accident Lee 5 to 4 business days ago on my credit card was used on your wish.com to purchase six different transactions costing me almost $90 in stolen money I've tried to contact you guys but no one will get back to me so now I'm having him file complaint through my card holder which will then come to you which will then take almost 30 days for me to get my money back because you guys messed up and there's no way for us to solve it using your website because no one answers the phone and your email thing that you have set up one allow me to send you anything

Wish past order never received

about a year ago i placed a order for the apricot jacket a shirt and a neckalace, i had received the lion neckalace with th red eyes but havent received my shirts and its been months past now, i called customer service didnt get a answer emailed customer and still no answer, i am tempted to call corporate but want to guve a chance to get my products that i did pay for, i had gotten a notification in my email when i had placed that order awhile back amd they told me my items were at a DC, somewhere but didnt tell me where so i wasnt able to get my item, i am highly upset cuz its been a very long time and i have paid for this, i would either like my refund or my products i bought and if i dont get them i Will go to corporate, and the news about this because i also have had a friend who didnt get her things either and if you are stealing clients money thts wrong and should be blasted for your wrong doings, contact me at [protected] i live in colorado address 158 inverness drive west 80112

Wish refund from item not received

Upon ordering an acupuncture kit in March from China it was taking longer than expected. I allowed more time. Checked on tracking in April it was in progress. In June I wondered where it was. Checked on tracking again. The item seemed to disapear in transit. I was tired of waiting requested a refund. So 10 emails later After requesting names, numbers, addresses to lodge a formal complaint...all I keep getting is it's past their 30 day RETURN POLICY. It's NOT A RETURN I never received it. Nor have I gotten the info to lodge a formal complaint. You can't talk to anyone. Cust. Number is a recording to the online email. I have contacted BBB AND CA ATTORNEY GENERAL. I am out my money And my item. I am not the only consumer having this problem. What be done to stop them from taking people's money?

Wish Payment issue

I am trying to purchase items on the site, when I go to check out, it is asking for a copy of my bank statement showing a previous purchase. This is my first time purchasing anything so I can not supply this. It will not let me check out.
I tried to go to the contact us tab and was requested to re sign in with my user name and password (this is while I was logged into the site) when I filled in the details, it advised that the details are not correct, however I was logged into the site at that time using the same user name and password.
First time user, not a good start but I have heard positive things about this site and will put this down to tech issues. Could some one from wish please contact me @ ali.[protected]@clubassist.com.au

Every time I go to check out I am requested to provide my id.it seems to me that I did just that.possibly I. Dont know how.previousely purchwased many items.credit cards on file. I dont get it? Well possibly another method?...inni need help to continue..

Buyer beware. this company does everything in its power to rip you off. they avoid you, they will not give you any refunds, they add things to your shopping cart that you did not order. they are totally a rip off company. they will avoid you in anyway possible. i've filed a complaint with the california state attorney generals office and did once before and was successful.. stay away from them and don't say I didn't warn you..

I have been a customer of wish for over a year. I go to add a payment method and it won’t allow me. It says go to payment issues. I go on the website and it brings up my account that won’t allow me to add a payment. I’m so frustrated with wish. I emailed them numerous times and they won’t fix it

Wish wish.com. merchants. customer service.

On june 26th, 2017, my 7 year old son got onto my ipad and made a $850.00 purchase on my wish.com app. I immediately began cancelling the orders. And I even sent an e-mail to this very same address. Even though it was within the stated '8 hours of purchase', there were several big ticket items that claimed were already 'being shipped'. There was a total of three items.

I have received two of the three items. And I have had them for about 3 weeks now. I contacted the seller immediately upon receiving them. They claimed they sent me a 'return address label' via e-mail. I only received one e-mail. Therefore, I have only been able to return one item.

1. The one item I did return to sender, the sender has yet to contact me or refund my money. I know they got their product back. Un-opened. And I want my money back. This has been going on for weeks.

The second item, despite my many, many, many messages asking them to please re-send me the e-mail with a 'return shipping label'. This also has been going on for weeks. So here I am with a cell phone I do not need, nor do I want. Un-opened. And I cannot get a single person to respond to me. The allotted 30 days are about up. And this is total [censor].

The last item remaining is a $300.00+ cell phone. I have not received this item yet. Which is pretty damn ironic considering I was told they could not refund my money since it had already 'been shipped'.

There is over $500.00 dollars out of my account right now that you guys owe me. I have taken ever proper step stated to take. You can look through my account and see the many, many messages I have sent attempting to get this mess taken care of. And I am tired of being patient. I am hoping I will get a response from this e-mail. Or I will be contacting my local sheriff's office and I will begin the paperwork to press criminal charges. I will also be contacting our lawyer.
