Wish.com false advertising - pricing in cart

On the Wish app, I see an item advertised for $5, I go to buy the item but as soon as I click buy and go to check out, the price in the cart is WAY different than the price advertised. This is false advertising and it is illegal, regardless of how much they say they are ‘'Optimizing exposure'' on the website (see photo). I will also be posting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Complaints.
Please change the advertised prices to the actual prices and stop deceiving people!
I want to buy from this app but refuse to buy something that I've been lied to about on the price.

You should contact the 3rd party seller that you bought the item from on Wish.com, wish does not sell items and does not ship items, it is simply a platform for 3rd party sellers to sell their items, kind of like eBay. It really is not Wish's fault, they should take the appropriate action, and I am sure if this seller has gotten a lot of complaints like yours, they will do something about it. But try contacting the seller directly instead of wish.com, sellers are usually more than willing to help, but when a customer goes to the platform that we are selling on instead of us directly, it is most likely we arent going to get a chance to try to make it right with our customers, and you'll end up most likely just getting a refund instead of the product you wanted, which the seller can narrow down what the problem is and help fix it. Now if they do not help you fix it and is not willing to work with their customers, that is when you should go to Wish directly, you will then have messages as proof as well..

The bait and switch game Wish pulls on consumers has gotten out of control. They also sell counterfeit Morgan dollars, fake gold and silver chains, etc.
Bottom line is they are using millions of our dollars to make profits on the interest. They couldnt care less if everyone they sold wanted a refund. The game is to use our dollars to make interest.

Look ive been doing business with you all several years! I'm simply trying to place a damn order & it won't let me, I've always payed for everything I purchased from wish!but I will stop doing business with wish since you all seem to other care! Wish.com drone s70w (I bought 3 so total amounts is 800$)

hi, i just bought 3 drone S70W about 1/2 months ago ( my account is [protected]@gmail.com) which the total that i payed is 800$. So after i wait for a long time then the shop suddenly dissappeared as along with the product that i decided to buy. So i ask for refunds from wish customer support and they refuse. They said that they will send another same product( which i dont know) then after i wait for a long time the product come. BUT the product that came is not the same quality as i expect(as in the picture) . Then i try to research from online then i found out that the product that came is only around 15$... My question is am i gonna get refund for this? i hope u understand and willing to help me thankyou

Wish.com where's the stuff I ordered?

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from wish over 2 months ago and i still havent received them.I believe the store isnt honoring the sale. I think someone messed up the priceing, because i got them for $1.00. They were and still are $15.00 . I also just found out the tracking numbers they gave me are not legit numbers. They dont have any letters in them. After finding that out i asked for refunds but im really mad because i really wanted those shoes. I dont know what else i can do, if someone could help that would be great! thank you [protected]@yahoo.Com

Wish.com I returned ipad 9.7 and tri pod and have not got my money refunded to my account

I paid $100.00 dollars to return both the iPad 9.7 and the canon tripod I also need to returned the cal King sheets you gave me red when I asked for grey. you also gave me another box that is a shoe rack and it is missing pieces. I don't need two. i still can't get on my wish account so I can buy other things. but you have me frozen out. I still haven't received my piping bags.

Wish.com my ring and my two piece outfit

I order three things August 7 2018 and I haven't received any of it I will never order from wish again I feel they stole my money I can't even right a message they just keep pushing my day back my items was supposed to BEEN here where are my items I've been waiting over two months I had a party to go to and didn't get to go because my items wasn't here

Wish.com order not filled

On August 20, 2018 I placed an order for some hooks all nautical 3 or 4 of them. I received 2. One of them was a bar with several hooks on it. Which I did not receive and I have not received all of my order.

The order has been reoved from my account. I can only see the latest order which was sent on 9/17. There is no reason to remove previous orders other than dishonesty.

I will wait till Friday of this week for assistance or I will request a full refund.

Wish.com hoodie but received plastic car part

Ordered a Hoodie but received a Small Heavy Thick Plastic Car Part. Initially Wish.Com offered me a full refund. The following day they e-mailed me again to say they will no longer honor the refund. Their Excuse/explanation was : Because the image of the package label I sent to them (Upon their request) states the package weighed 0.100g, so therefore I must have received the hoodie and not a small plastic car part. Tell me what child's medium size hoodie would only weigh 0.100g. Even a child's small sized sleeveless polo neck weighs over 250g. We checked. Also you would never ever fit a hoodie into the packaging they sent the small plastic car part in. We will send the packaging to PayPal when we escalate our case. Basically I have been called a liar & scammer so Wish.Com can cover up their mistake. Wish.Com will do and say anything to get out of rectifying their, or their suppliers mistakes or wrong doing. They will lie and do whatever it takes to avoid going through all the time and effort to refund customers. My only blessing is that I paid via PayPal and I will request I send them the packaging as evidence to prove Wish.Com are total liars.
Wish.Com must be making millions upon millions of dollars on a regular basis by not refunding customers. Be warned : Wish.Com are fraudulent, liars and scamming on an industrial scale. Read all the different review websites for yourselves and you will see the reality of what they are doing. It's a diabolical disgrace no official body has closed them down.

Wish.com refusing to refund my money for an order I never placed

My name is Carol, for about 2 weeks I have been trying to get a refund from Wish over orders I never placed. I am filing this complaint because they refuse to refund my money after they said they would. I have an email proving that. I need my refund and they have not done anything about it even after contacting them multiple times. I need my money I have given them plently of time and chances til this day nothing has been resolved they took my money without consent.

Wish.com rtic 30 oz cup and the spill proof splash lid

When I received the RTIC 30 oz cup it totally is not a RTIC cup and it is a FAKE. I just got a plain silver cup not RTIC symbol on it at all. I never did receive my lid for it. This company is a JOKE. I try to call them they say no one is available to answer the phone you need to call someone else. I chatted with someone on line and they wanted me to play $5 to get my question answer. WOW I hope they shut this company down if they are treating people like this. What a terrible company to do business with. I will never use this company again..

Wish.com wedding dress

I have returned a wedding gown to the store ningpin6224 before end of return date and asked for REFUND. Parcelforce returned the package and was signed by the company as a proof of receipt. Up to now i havent received any response from them. Custmer service closed the window for Refund and said im no longer eligible for refund despite ive mailed the parcel back before the expiry date. I have sent a copy of receipt as proof of dates. Ive escalated my concerns yet i havent received any reply as of this time.

Wish.com wish app for iphone missing components that android has.

If you have the app on an android device, (Smartphone in our case) you are have the ability to spin Blitz buy wheel daily, try for daily giveaways, a tap to see what's available for speedy delivery, a selected Brands tab, as well as a Stores for you tab. No issues with android device. Now I have an IPhone. And on the wish app for iPhones you are not given the stores for you tab, and absolutely no option ANYWHERE to participate in a daily giveaway. Why am I excluded from having an equally chance at the daily giveaways simply because I have an IPhone?

Wish.com fortnite shirt

I have ordered this shirt three different times... I've tried to get in touch with y'all no one's called back, I've even tried to call the customer service phone number and no one answers never, ... So once again here I am with a sad child who got a maybe size 6 shirt and I ordered an extra large literally the shirt can fit my five year old... My oldest son is 10 it won't go over his arms barely! I just think that y'all should take the shirt back and send me the real extra large or either send me my money back for at least one of the three that I've ordered... This is only my third time ordering as you can tell as I said at the beginning nothing has been right 3 shirts all of them wrong sizes I mean it's not that hard to send an extra large shirt that will actually fit my child!

Wish.com not being able to order anything

Everytime I get on wish and try to buy something it tells me there is something wrong with my account and go to a website to fix it ... So I get on the website and it tells me to send pictures of my bank account and proof that I have made a purchase through wish... So I have done that and never heard back from u guys...now it's been at least a year since I have been able to make a purchase and I just want this matter resolved so I can shop on wish again... Thank You

Wish.com refund

I have been trying to get my money refunded since the 11th. I keep being told it will be looked into and I keep getting the same responses over and over again. My money was refunded as wish cash and I want my money BACK ONTO MY CARD! I want to close my wish account and cannot do so if my money isn't being refunded! I'll be contacting the B.B. this app is a scam and my money if being withheld and I'm being prevented from closing my account. I'm being denied my money refund and I nobody is helping me. This app needs to be shut down. I tried to purchase my items and cancelled it because the bad reviews were hidden and when I came across them, they all said that the item was not authentic. People said that the items were shipped and the item was squished so badly that the item wasn't useable. I just want my money back so I can shut down my wish app account. They continue to send me the same emails saying that this will be reviewed. They've asked me for the order information and I provided it many times and still no refund. I just want my refund and the options for customer service limit it and do not allow me to explain or write them something. This app is truly a scam and this should be shut down. I'm truly frustrated and just want my money refunded.

I understand Better Business Bureau (BBB) are a very effective organisation that can help with getting your money back from this very, very deceitful company. Better Business Bureau can be found here : www.bbb.org/en/us If you paid Wish.Com through/via PayPal they are also very effective at getting your money back and in my experience are always on the customers side. Do not give up your fight with these scammers and I hope you are successful. Wish.Com have been pushing it to far now and for to long so their ugly reputation is well known by BBB and others. Wish.com prop money/fake money

I'm complaining about a package I ordered in July 2018, they sent me an e-mail saying it was shipped out July 27th 2018. I never received my package, the expected date was August 22nd 2018 and I never received anything the next expected date was August 29th 2018 I never received anything wish support said to wait 30 days after the expected date of August 29th 2018. It is now September 22nd 2018 and I still don't have my package.

Been waiting a year and a half for a package listed as still in transit. Every time I email support I get a canned response telling me to allow proper time for my package to be delivered. I think I've waited long enough. No? I found that wish.com's support will keep you waiting until it's too late to be able to do a chargeback on your cc. Stole my money & no product.

Wish.com paid for items that I did not receive

Hi there, Wish is normally really great to deal with. But I ordered 3 toilet bowl lights and they were supposed to arrive on July 28th, and I have not received them yet. And when I complain to their support tech, they say it is too late for a refund. I don't mind waiting for items on Wish because they are fairly priced, but I do not wish to pay for something I did not recieve.

Wish.com didn't receive items/won't refund my wish cash

I didn't receive the items I ordered so I was given an option to get wish cash instantly or money returned in a few days. I decided to take the wish cash and got $60 dollars. Once I got the wish cash wish locked my account and wont refund my money, I have tried contacting them several times and dont even get a response. Wish is a horrible company and needs to have a class action filed against them.

Wish.com gameplayer

Hello. I bought a Gameplayer from Wish in January. It's since became faulty. They say it's out of the 30 says refund policy. I'd like to point out that they could still send a replacement or offer a voucher but instead they have closed my complaint. Usually electronic items have a years guarantee. They seem to ignore my request and just close the complaint. See attached.

Are we still waiting for why?
My wife has contacted this company through the support system on its web site.
We paid for this by a bank debit/credit card.
The payment cleared our bank on july 5th, 2018.
It's sept 21st, 2018 no package.
