horrible quality
This is the first time I've placed an order with Wish. I ordered a few pairs of sneakers along with some other items. I received the sneakers but they started tearing apart about an hour later. One pair of sneakers they sent was the wrong size. Also, a month later, two of the items I ordered have still not shown up. I just want the other items I ordered and then i'm done.

The complaint relates to the return process
I have followed the instructions and have generated a return e mail, step1 say to download the attached return shipping address label
But there is no attachment.
I have spent the last 24 hours sending over 20 e mails to the [protected]@wish.com.
I have sent screen shots and clearly highlighted the issue
The e mails that I receive simply highlight the process, which I know, they have not addressed the issue.
I have requested the return shipping address so that I can create the label

I have already described the issue when I first raised the issue and I have followed your instructions to generate the label, all of this has been updated in your system. (Your request ([protected]) has been updated)
So I am a little surprised that you are asking me to send the information again.
However as I want the issue solved I will start again
The reason I want to return the mobile is simply it does not work. It will not pick up my mobile network from the SIM card. The SIM card does work on my current mobile.

As mentioned previously, your system e mail quotes to download the attached return shipping label, but I don't see any attachment to down load. This is the issue. Can you not send me the details so I return the faulty mobile

solar lights pack of 4
I placed an order for pack of 4 solar lights in May a padded envelope arrived today 7.6.18 by Royal Mail with 1 damaged solar light this is totally unexceptable I will not be ordering from this website again unless this is resolved I paid £19 for the pack of 4 would definitely not ordered 1 solar light at that price . Would appreciate feed back ASAP

I'm complaining about the ridiculous loopholes im going through just to get my product from you guys. I purchased something online on March 20, 2018...it is now June 6, 2018 and still have received nothing from you guys I demand for one of your customer service representatives contact me anytime after 2:30pm. mxfxskg this is the promo code I used on my order #:5b1851759b706154708bd66b, the total of my order was £8.00 and shipping 19.00 a total of £27.00 I put the promo code in and it brought the total to pay to £ 18.00, was happy with that, so continued to payments and payed via PayPal but received an email to say I had payed £27.00! I am not happy I had no warning that I would be paying the £27.00, if I had then I would not have continued as £19.00 for shipping is a lot, please refund the difference of £9.00 back to my PayPal account otherwise I will just cancel the order or send it all back

On 5/24 I got my package and just the cord was in the box and the stand for the tv and a remote the actual tv was in there. Wish said they would issue my refund I jus had to send a pic of the tracking slip on the package and they still haven't processed my refund and stop responding to me a week ago and me and my kids still have no tv and no money. I have been sending them messages to support through the app
Now they stop responding since 5/30. Also they don't even give me a option to talk to anyone through the app anymore and when I send email they say go through the app but I can't cause they not responding. I want to sue
They offered a telephoto lens plus a T2 adapter for $4. I thought WOW, incredible deal! It was all I got was the T2 adapter.

I had received three items that did not fit. I requested information on returning these items and received an email requesting a picture of the item I wanted to return. I took a picture and submitted the request. I in turn received an email requesting a picture again. I sent this 4 times and got a 5th email again requesting a picture again. as far as I am concerned they are a rip off company. they may have won the battle and are keeping my money but I will win the war because I will never order anything from them again. I also saved two friends from ordering from them this past week and will continue to advise anyone that will listen not to do business with Wish, beware they are not an honest company.

Wish orders have been placed on my card...all orders still pending decreasing available limit. Some orders are mine and some are not. Will not respond via to refund money says order in processing can't be cancelled or stopped or refunded. Very disgusted with this company missing merchandise ordered in 2017...never received and they will not contact seller and have it reshipped.
unable to print return shipping label
I have repeatedly requested a return shipping label or the address as to where to send my return because there was no attachment on the email sent to me when return was requested. I am constantly getting sent back to the order history page or to the support center only to be sent the same instructions over and over again. I am only requesting that the address be sent to me so I may return an item that was double ordered by mistake.
Congratulations, por fin! You were dligent, persistent, and overly patient. But at the end you were victorious. Good for you. Maybe it took these type of posts fir them to react. Maybe these type of posts trigger their P.R. division to push for a positive outcome. Yeah!
Good news finally Wish will be processing my refund request, this makes me more likely to shop with them again but I will be very careful to only buy goods that will not need to be returned

I am trying to return a mobile and the same thing is happening to me, it is very frustrating. I explain very clearly that there is no attachment so I can't print the mystery return label. Have they resolved the issue for you ?

Exact same thing is happening to me. It's a scam. They are making it difficult to return items to the point that the customer gives up. Doesn't e-commerce have consumer protection laws? Does someone have to make a complaint to the District Attorney's office to make sure the fraudulent activity stops immediately?

wig purchased by android phone in may, 2018
The Wig I purchased & received was not the same as pictured.
The Wig was described as "human hair" it is not.
The Wig is not the color I can wear.
I am requesting a refund & how to return it.
I cannot wear the wig out & about & feel attractive wearing it. The style sent is nothing I could & can wear!
I do not feel I should pay for return shipping charges as the wig was misleading in the description & picture.

I ordered this dress using the sizing guide as directed, measuring all to be sure I had the right size. When it came in the mail Couldn't wait to put it on. This dress was far to large for me. The fabric was said to be flowey and comfortable. This dress is not flowey, in fact it is stiff like canvas and my whole body is visible through the fabric. To me this dress not what was explained on the website very well. The disappointment is great, I loved the print and fact that this dress had pockets is huge to me. But is not soft, or flowey and it is very see through. I'm not trying to be hateful, however mabe a few of the descriptions need to be changed. I will not be writing a review as I am not a person to bash a company.

I would first like to cancel all orders placed on June 2, 2018 except for the necklace for Taylor, I would like to receive this only.
Secondly, I would like to ask where is my precious order, of two blouses and caked decoration items. These items were ordered and place month or more ago and I still have not received the items as of yet.

It's been 2 months since I ordered 25 products from wish.com, I have only received 13. They took my money but did not deliver. It's been over 10 days I have been trying to contact wish regarding the same however I only get automated responses and no resolution. They expect me to write 12 different emails for 12 products. I can do that if they got back to me with a resolution however it's only useless automated response. They keep making decisions without my consent and closed the complaint without giving me a resolution.
Wish.com is a scam and they take your money and don't deliver the products. And you don't get any resolution trying to contact them. It's a useless company.

I ordered off the website (Wish) last year October (2017) and to date I have not received any of what I paid for.
I have submitted a complaint already and I was promised that I would receive my items by January 2018 - We are not in June 2018 and still I not received anything.
I think this website is a scam.

purchased android cellphone and later description was changed to usb charger
I have purchased a cellphone on wish.com and the stores name is "godjob". I read the full description about this item and they stated in the description that I would get 1x cellphone, 1x charger, 1x user manual etc.. I was surprised that I would receive that for $1 and $1 for shipping, but this is the first time that I have seen an cellphone on wish that is so cheap. I read everything about this item and everything stated that I will be getting a cellphone and extas. So that is why I clicked on buy! Thought I struck a deal. They took the money of my account and a day or 2 later I was browsing on wish.com again and saw that my order was changed from 1x android cellphone to 1x usb charger. What the hell! I never bought a usb charger, as I said I carefully read the details of my purchased item. So the store that I bought from lured me in and made me purchase from them and then changed the description of my purchased item. I cannot believe that wish.com will allow such unethical tactics so that people can just buy rubbish that we never ordered just to make a buck. Im sure a lot of customers are caught out the same way as I was and just take it as a loss and forget about it.. I ordered a android cellphone on the 29 march 2018 and received a usb charger today the 4 june 2018. I waited over 2 months to be let down... I feel that this is very wrong and hope that this comes to an end, because I have purchased other items from wish.com and this is the first time I was fooled into something that I did not even order
change of price on item
I tried to order men's sandals with someone at a discounted price of $12.60 plus $12 shipping but checkout doesn't reflect the price. It has a total of over $$36. Wish has no live person to speak to to explain this. The total should be $24.60. Even if I buy it at normally for $14 it still totals at over $40 at checkout. I've purchased many things through the years from wish and have always been satisfied. Please help.

Not happy! Didn't get one of my 40 items ordered from 'wish south africa ' order number : 5aa9f5fd4da3725d58ae138f please refund this full order, was supposed to get it the beginning of last month.

I have bought many things from wish, and some of them using apply pay. I made a $16.70 purchase and paid with apple pay, but then wish said the transaction with my card didn't work and to talk to my card provider (I have never had an issue like this before when using apple pay and I know for sure there's nothing wrong with my card!). The item is still in my cart is still there, but my account shows that there's a pending transaction! Even though the item hasn't left my cart and I got no notification of it being purchased on wish. How do I fix this? I had $102. 67 in my account and now I have $85.97 im being charged for something im not getting! Please help!

I have been fighting for months to get my complaints about 6 missing items through i finally get emails saying that I'm SOL due to the 30 day policy. Not acceptable. Their team didn't contact me back within the 30 days and said that they have nothing from me till May. I have been ignored and belittled and something needs to be done about it. This is garbage. No one deserves to be treated this way.
