lousy customer support. simply copy and paste replies.
I am a regular of wish.com and purchased over a hundred items from them. However their customer support it literally unacceptable. There was this day that I had received a text message on my mobile phone that my items has been delivered but iyem is nowhere I sight. Not on my door step nor in my mailbox. Being curious, I called up my local post Singapore to check on my tracking number. I provided all my details and the service staff understand my situation. The tracking number given to me in wish.com does not match with the name and address. Which means the seller have made a mistake and send my item to someone else. My name and address are input into wish.com profile page and I have been getting my items without problems. While trying to relate the issue back to wish support, I simply get copy and paste answers. The answers have no relation with the question I asked. I simply just want wish to ask the seller what is the address posted to on my package and if they admit their mistake just send me a replacement. Incident happen on the 18th Jun 2018, why do I need to wait till 12th July to get back to them regarding a refund. They are making things so frustrating answering back absolutely something none related to what I am asking for.

online purchases, goods never received & refused refunds
I was getting refunds for orders that never arrived however now the wish site wont even let me click on refund request buttons. Tech support just plays games by telling me over and over to just "click" on the refund button while ignoring my repeated complaints that the site will not allow me to click on the refund button.
They obviously know whats going on and let it or make it happen. This site is a ripoff and they are crooks.

Hi I ordered a laptop through a friend but the laptop was out of stock. You guys notified my friend a week later that you wil refund me but never got the refund that is about two weeks ago please let us know as soon as possible i really am in anterested in another product my friends email is... this is my first time that i have ever used this app to order online, i placed an order on the 27 March, the estimated date to arrive 21 May, its flippen June already why have i not received my products ? i have placed more orders from you guys and i still dont have my stuff. i keep getting emails about a refund i never asked for a refund i just want my product as well as my other products that i have ordered and still waiting for ! a lot of money has been spent on these products so you better get your stuff sorted otherwise there will be problems!
as this is my first time ever using your online site i am very much disappointed and i am now concerned that i wasted my money on your company and not receiving any of my products.
Keeps saying put correct email address, I have never seen any refunds from March and April that I was told, I also want to see order history

My partner had recently ordered a 24 piece slug terra set from japan off the wish website which stated that it was on special for $4.80 for the set.. We received it today only to find one toy one! Why was only one shipped when it clearly stated a set of 24.. Stop ripping people off! We would have not bought it if it stated that it was for singles!
coat
I ordered a coat months ago! I've yet to receive it, even though it was promised in may. I asked for a refund, before the date specified, and got no response. Since then😒, i've contacted them five times, yet no response. They sure want me to spin their damn wheel though!

not receiving my purchases
I have ordered many items from Wish .com and I am not receiving my purchases.They are being delivered to the wrong address and the person is keeping them. With Wish they offer a customer a tracking number and I can monitor my items from my phone so I can see when a item is being delivered and I can track it. Well twice now it has showed me that an item has been delivered but it has not come to me. Then I try to explain this to Wish and they do not contact me with a response to my questions. I have been waiting for over a week now! I really do not think that this very good customer care! I want them to know what is happening with my purchases but I haven't been able to do this as they do not respond! arrival time
I ordered my item on may 31 and it said it'll arrive by june 9 then when June 9th came around it said june 16 it'll be here.. now it says wait 30 more days from the estimated date... I didn't plan on waiting a month or a month in a half for something so little... It's really irritating to buy something online and the company keeps pushing back the arrival date... It just makes me hesitate to buy anything else from here...

Hello I had bought a nail products I had ordered them and my shipment said it was completed but I never received my order this had happened last year I had ordered pretty much the same thing and never came it said it came and I had got my refund back and I had tried to tell the customer service guy that I never received it and he said there's nothing that we can do because it has said it was completed and it was received but how is that possible when I never received my packet now that is my business now I'm pushed back a month and I'm not able to take care of my two kids because I don't have my nail stuff that is my life you know what I'm saying so I would like a refund back please because even though it said it came it never came because if the oder came I wouldn't be complaining... I have tried to talk to any one an every one about this an no one will help me.
payment issue
Ok. So a couple days ago wish has not been accepting a payment from me. An it's from a gift card that I've been using and with them with no problems. They kept sending messages to upload a copy of my bank statement showing I've purchased items from wish. However, there are no bank statements with a gift card. I've contacted them several times and no response. I've never had a problem with them before. All I want to do is order. OMG!

I think this is not right as it as been nearly 16 weeks since I paid for my items
I have never know anything take so long I can tell you this I won't be using wish again that is for sure as one of the items was a birthday gift I had to go out and buy something else thanks to you which was another expense
12 colors waterproof matte lipstick/did not receive both items
I have ordered two (2) *12 Colors Waterproof Matte Lipstick*. Arrival date is June 18, 2018, Sunday, today is June 17, 2018, Saturday, I haven't received anything. I ordered and purchased 2 of this product, #12, and #04. I would love to receive the 2 items or a refund of 4.00 dollars, 2.00 dollars for both items. I have tried to submit a complaint on the Wish App, but there's seem to be a problem with doing so. Please issue me a refund so I can re-order the same items again, or re-send the items that are mentioned in this complaint.

Site is a SCAM. They use bait and switch tactics. Website states that "Wish will have your back" meaning they will stab you in the pocketbook. Site says they are located in San Francisco, Ca. but items are shipped from China or other parts of Asia and seldom reach buyer. They offer refunds, but don't give them. Items pictured and described are not what is received and after order is placed, the description changes. Items received are misrepresented; they are PARTIAL orders and not as shown or described. Items shown are MUCH SMALLER than actual product and are switched if they eventually get delivered. Wish ships what THEY want. "Customer Service" is an auto-robotic reply service asking for photos even though recipient replied that there is no phone or camera to take photos. This goes back and forth ad nauseum and never gets resolved. They send generic emails asking for photos and this is a dog chasing its tail, back and forth with no resolution or refunds. The phone number for customer support is virtually non-existent. The goods are knock-offs, counterfeit and inferior. THIS SITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
received wrong item...
I ordered a dolphin shower curtain and received the wrong one. I would like to know if it's possible to keep the one that was sent and maybe get a discount on the correct one that I ordered? I do like the one I received but I would like to have the one I did order also. This is the first time I've had the incorrect item sent to me...anything you could do would be greatly appreciated! payment and order
Order ID. 5b229e7105b8e02fa3ff9b4d, Adri Mathey. Placed an order on 14th June 2018 amount €651.10. Amount was debited from my bank account and I've received notification from wish that my order is confirmed. Afterwards I've received a second notification that something went wrong with my payment and my order and payment has been returned. I've e-mailed your support and got a response stating they require futher information to investigate. I've forwarded my information required and forwarded a third e-mail as no one responded to my complaint. To date I've had no feedback on why the payment was "returned" and no money was refunded in my bank as yet? Can someone please confirm what is happening and if my money will be refunded and if so when or will i still receive my order as the money was not yet refunded.

I ordered purses a total of nine and I sent 7 back to the company because the color I ordered was not in the delivery. I have sent a number of emails to your company for a refund that I have not yet received and it has been over 5 months and no refund has been received. I will be contacting my attorney about this issue if my refund has not been received within 48hrs or someone has not called me back as well. This is uncalled for me being a new customer and was excited to do business with your company. I also authorize my son steven perkins to speak on this matter as well.

I, and from reading these pages, many others are having this same or similar issues. Maybe since you have an attorney, you should consider a class action suit. I for one would be interested, I would be willing to bet others would too. Think about it. This company could be put out of business, which is what it deserves.

I received a package from pengshuai peng and I did not order this item I have ordered a lot of makeup but this was not one of them I have ordered lip matte and retainers and a complete makeup kit but in the makeup kit it did not have this lipstick I want to know why they sent it also in the package was a Japanese one hundred dollar and two stickers
Better check your credit card or PayPal for fraudulent charges.

So I ordered to hammocks with netting over the top.. now the company says delivered on may 7.. I never received these items emailed them just to told it says recieved so go to post offices and ask neighbors.. After waist of time and gas, nothing now they say past refund date... and customer SERVICE blocked me... the worst part is I paid 30 dollars apiece an hour later wish sends me messages saying price drop to 11 apiece... screw this place.. better business BUREAU wont do anything about the company or issues so I like others are out money and screwwd...
