Wish.com not being able to buy the item I want

Every time when I tried to submit my payment, this message will appeared.
Before this, I received a message asking me to send my photo ID and photo of my debit card. I have sent it several times but did not receive any response.message appeared Lately, the abovementioned -"There is something wrong with your user account. Please visit https://www.wish.com/payment-issue to resolve this."
Please let me know what is going on with WISH.

Wish.com faucet delivery - I did not order

No account number available to me.
I am scheduled to receive a faucet that I DID NOT ORDER. The charge to my capital one card is $67.00. I want this charge removed from my credit card. I have notified Capital One and they are going to work on it. If they get to satisfaction from you I will then report it to the consumer affairs division for the state of Florida. I did review the faucet over a month ago. I did not want it at that time and I do not want it now. I will attempt to send the item back with the delivery man today. I do not think that I will be here when it is delivered so I probably am going to have a battle on my hands with you. My phone numbers are: [protected] or [protected] so you can call me to discuss.

this is the 5th email my account was closed i have wish credits over 22 dollars you dont call dont email me back, call me cheryl lamunyon is the name on my account they made me get another account but i van still use my same credit card, [protected]@cox.net your customer phone number dosent work. i order 100dollars every 2 weeks now i cant .. please help me

Wish.com product and customer service

I ordered 40Pcs Car Data Cord Tie Cable Mount Wires Fixed Clips Self-adhesive on the 22nd September 2018... My order hasn't still arrived so I contacted wish and there reply was... (Your account has been flagged for excessive refunds. Shoppers who abuse our generous refund and return policy negatively impact the entire platform and all other shoppers. We routinely audit accounts to ensure the best shopping experience for everyone. Once your account is determined to be back in good standing, you will be able to contact customer support and / or request refunds again. In the meantime, you will still be allowed to make purchases and we look forward to continuing to serve your shopping needs.) I was shocked very upset when I got this message.. There has been afew times my goods haven't arrived, But this reply from customer service is unprofessional... The tracking to this item still says it's in China.? Tracking number UM982398802CN

If this complaint isn't handled in the proper way I will take this further..

Wish.com product never received.

I placed a total of 9 orders on Apr 7, 2018. Till Nov 8, 2018, there's only 1 item that i have received. The others never arrived and their status was not updated. I have attached photos showing the latest delivery status. When the item was not delivered by the estimated date, i've used the app to send a late delivery notification. However, there was no response. There was no new tries to re-send my goods. There was no refund. Nothing.

My desirable resolution : either send me the goods, or refund them.

Wish.com actual delivery of goods

I'm pretty bummed and disappointed. I ordered a whole slew of things back in July/August and received all of them and LOVED 90% of them. THEN, for no apparent reason, all of a sudden I'm having issues with every single order I place. I will get one out of five or so items that I order. I have so much Wish Cash to spend but I'm not sure I dare to at this point because I keep requesting refunds when I do spend it because I never receive my items. I just want the things I order, that's it. I don't want a refund, just the stuff I ordered. :-( Just very, very sad right now because I ordered a bunch of stuff for my wedding and it's not shown up. Please, Wish, help fix this. I'm as loyal as they come, but this is getting a little out of hand.

Wish.com payment not received

Never purchase anything from this website. It's a scam of a company that won't give you a refund for an item if you've had 2 refunds on your account already. I ordered 3 different pairs of shoes from Wish.com and I didn't receive any of them. They refunded me for 2 of them and said they won't refund me for the 3rd shoe because my "account has been flagged for excessive refunds" and that in order for me to be able to get refunds again I need to get in "good standing" with the company. It was a joke. I literally haven't received the 3rd shoe and Wish isn't refunding me for it. Unbelievable. I'll never purchase from Wish.com again and am telling everyone I know about it.

Wish.com non payment of refund

I have been trying to get a refund for merchandise I didn't receive as far back as September to no avail. All I am getting are customer service phone numbers that have NO ONE you can talk to and text that keep sending me back and forth to the same ones that give absolutely no way to communicate with. Can do PLEASE PLEASE help me. I am at my wits end here. I have tried at least 12 texts and 4 phone calls! I am 67yrs old and live on Social Security. I CAN'T afford to just have them keep my money PLEASE HELP!

I have the same issue..no cant get through to talk to anyone..I have my orders ..way to small..looks like a kids size..I have tried 8 times to explain why and Pictures of the items they dont fit .and want my Money back...it always tells me to write above the line..what Line..? I have taken Pictures as well..and no one to talk too..to explan .anything..I keep getting like a robot questions and answers the same thing over and over I want my Refund back to my Card..
Please someone HELP!.I cant get number to send them back or where to..?

Wish.com orders not received.

Would like to say, firstly, that it is terribly inconvenient that customers are unable to call and speak to a person about their concerns. If I'd ever thought it'd been so hard to receive items, I wouldn't have listened to friends and family, and viewed the Wish site, and placed an order. That said! I placed an order around the end of middle/end of August of 2018. The order was of 5 items, of which only 1 has arrived, items werewolves to arrive the first or second week of October. Since then, a second order was processed, accidentally, I tried many times that eve to cancel the order (your way) it didn't work, and only enough, items are coming, yet, still Not the ones from the first order. Would really like a person to help. OH, and my 4 missing items. Thanx

Wish.com unauthorized charges to my credit card

I was charged for an item that I didn't buy and then the purchase was cancelled. All this without my knowledge. Then I got a message telling me about it after it happened. When I check, my bank account was charged for $47 and now it's credited as Wish Cash! And to make matters worse, my Wish account was blocked! I want a full refund of my money. What can I do?

Wish.com stolen information

A order for 385.00 was place on my account 11/05/2018. this was an unauthorized purchased. I want my money returned immediately to my checking account. The bank has been notified about this thief. I will no longer buy from Wish and I will make sure non of my friends or co-worked purchase anything else from you because you do not have a way to talk to a human. (poor customer service.) This is my second email did not get a response from the first one 72 hours in response is unacceptable when you have someone stealing money out of your account. will be calling the BBB.

Wish.com unauthorised credit card charges

My credit card was charged with:
- AU$ 41.98 on 28th October 2018
- AU$ 42.74 on 30th October 2018

Plus international transaction fees for each (AU$1.26 and AU$1.51, respectively)

I have never or am not aware of any purchases on WISH.COM.

I need the money to be refunded to my credit card and these are fraudulent charges.

Appreciate your assistance.

On 1/2/20 for $15.49, On 1/22/20 for $6.66, On 1/24/20 for $6.66, and on 2/8/20 for $9.60, Now I have No Idea what these charges are for. I would like an Email to inform me for what I am being charged for. If they are legitimate charges Fine. But if I do not receive and Email. I will Contact the BBB and my Bank to stop all Payments from you.

Wish.com I received something I didn't order.

I received a package I thought was my diet patches and slimming cream... it was a kids toy...4 little airplanes. Lol, How do I return to you and also I ordered my weight products back in Sept. as these products are fantastic could you possibly let me know an approximant arrival date. Thank you Lynn MacDonald I love the weight products and cant believe how easy they are to use. I am sure other people have used them and are amazed at the results. I'm keeping them my little secret for now before I tell my friends.

I not receive item at all.I turn to support in 30 days which I have after last arival date.I only get answear that my acount has red flag.I try to contact them more times and every time I get same answear.They dont want to hear that I didnt receive the item.I the suport section dont have any option that buyer can chose what he like.Also they like to say that I am responsible for this.Also they dont have option for garantie in product.What can I do now?Go to any court?Ales.

Wish.com I never received four of my items.

Mini sewing machine. order ID 5bba20c458790d7019acb236 I order three other items when I order this, they arrived mid October but not the sewing machine.
This Order was suppose to arrive the early part of September

I had received an email from you about these last two items asking me if I received it, I responded by saying no, wish responded saying item on its way again and I still never received it.

Wish.com red tactical laser sight

I purchased a Tactical Mini Red Dot Laser sight in September or October (can not find my order form for the exact date but I am still looking) and it came a lot sooner than I expected which was great, however when I opened the package the laser sight was inside and that was all. I went back and checked the advertisement on the web site and it did not say that it would not come with a battery. There is no battery, operation instructions on sighting the laser, no information on what size or type of battery to use. If you can get the information on the battery type and the sighting in instructions and send them to me I would appreciate very much otherwise I purchased something I cannot use.

Today I went online to purchase the boots . I saw that it was on sale for $15 then it said if I purchase immediately it would cost $13.
