Wish.com jewelry

I have ordered alot if jewelry from Wish . Some of the jewelry is good and is as described in those descriptions and some are not as described. Some of the jewelry I ordered is poorly made. I ordered rings that are described as " Genuine stones, solid sterling silver . I had these rings tested and they are fake stones and only plated in 925 silver over alloy metal . It is deceptive to sell jewelry that is falsely described. I think I should be reinbursed for all my purchases that are falsely described. I can return the rings . The problem is when I wrote to Wish about returning the jewelry, they said they would give me a percentage off my next purchase. I want my money back !
I hope you can help me with this problem?! Please !

Wish.com both, product and service.

99.9% of the sterling silver, it's not. Those products they sell for wrinkles and such, don't work. The items they sell for weight loss, don't work. Most of the items that I have received are nothing but a piece of [censored]. They are ripping of the general public and their advertisements stinks. I have yet to receive any item in a box like the commercial says. Most of the products are damaged due to the packaging. I have a few more items to come in, if they come in at all, then I am not going to shop with either of the 3, wish, geek, and cute. I wished more people would complain with the better business bureau and file complaints against them. I have already filed complaints. I telling you here and now, don't buy anything from wish, geek or cute. Fraud from day one.

Wish.com product was stolen

Received an empty package from Enterprise des Postes Lab Post, al Operations P.O. Box Salom Road, 01000 Vientiane LaO PDR

When the post lady came she said the package came to her damaged and someone has stolen the ring ... I don't know who the sender was because it's written in Chinese ... Sender's number is 2018.06.24. 3.32.01

It was a silver ring, size 8. Tracking: LAQJQ0004811843YQ

Never received the product.

Wish.com order was not delivered

Order ID: 5b27d9b037b5cf7d20c046fb was never received, although I received notification that the package was delivered. I went to the post office with the tracking number: OW00034180618029WEX. The post office said they had never seen a tracking number like it. My postman did not remember delivering it on Saturday, July 7, 2018, which is the delivery date on your update. I am afraid to reorder and I have already been charged $10.70 for the pants. I would like to have them if they can be resent. They are the ZANZEA Striped pants, size L, Store: Treasure land. Wish.com my cart. I ordered 6 items down in the screen shot

192.00$ 6 items it said they sent it. Well I get on to check and it wants me to repay for it all! Now wish said they misplaced my 70$ phone abd 20$ watch! And said they would sebd to my right address well it. Wants me to buy it again! My name is Breanna Witcher 225 e poplar st 42164 Scottsville ky im not re buying it i lost over 192 $ plus my other 80 to this site i would appreciate it if yall sent me my stuff u can go on my account and see my cart items... Wish.com orders

I ordered a tent 10X30 in May 2018. I inquired on history order and states it was delivered on May 28, 2018 to Alberta, Canada. I am wondering why it wasnt delivered to my address in PO Box 638 Cross Lake, Manitoba R0B0J0 my tracking #[protected]. I would like to know if they will deliver my order and still waiting on a pop-up-tent as well that too states it was delivered on June 22, 2018. I would like to hear results as soon as possible. I have waited long enough. Thank you in advance.

Wish.com non receipt of goods and then excuses by wish customer care for not refunding amount

Dear Board,
My complaint regarding the system to handle customers' concerns at customer care and in the matter as subjected.

1. please refer a list of items I had ordered but not received. on May 9, 2018 wrote a mail attaching with a detailed list of item ordered but not received. I request you to go thru the mail trail, NON OF THE REPLY FROM CUSTOMER CARE WAS CONCERNED WITH MY ACTUAL PROBLEM.

2. Detail of mail is as bellow

3. Your goodness will find that all the reply mails from wish customer care were filled with the description of their standard operation procedure, which no where are having any solution to the problem.

4. the attached list have updated information in highlighted text and Item endorsed at # 1, 2, 3, 10, 12 &13 are not received and even wish.com not refunding my amount too. The whole amount is figuring out as INR 1313.00 (US$~19.00)

5. As per their current response, I had to inform them within 1 month of expected delivery date which I complied with the mail as stated in point# 2.

I trust the honorable board will consider my details and will instruct wish.com to refund my amount.

Wish.com folding wardrobe closet

I purchased a wardrobe closet and was not happy with it as it was very poor quality and did not appear as it was on the web site. I paid over 300$ I have been trying to contact customer support in order to receive a proper shipping label to return this product. I have received a shipping label that is not accepted by any shipping company. I was told in the notes from a rep from wish to contact fed ex to have the item returned but when talking to a forwarding the actual label to the fed ex agent, this label is fake. I am so upset that your company can actually falsely provide product and provide false information to return the product.

Wish.com I ordered a whole cart of items on the 17 may 2018

I have not received any items of the 10 items I ordered on the 17 May 2018. I have been tracking my orders and constantly waiting in anticipation. I am so sorry I tried to use this app. I have kept checking and following shipping information and two of the items say they arrived in transit in my home country on 16 June, however, over a month later and nothing has been delivered and I haven't received any notifications. Most of the cart was set to arrive on the 28June, then changed to 5 July, then 17 July. I am writing just in time for the 30day bracket, I am really frustrated and unhappy with this service. Wish.com bluetooth

I ordered a blue tooth and was charged three times taken out of my account, I want this creited. I have gotten all kind of run around on this with no verbal help, this is no way to run a business. Will post on facebook how these was handled.

Wish.com 68" cat tree

Waited a month for delivery. When I finally get the email stating the item was delivered, I checked and nothing. I contacted wish to be told they are sorry and can issue me a refund. Well I was hoping it was delivered and just a day late getting to me. I waited 4 more days to no avail. Still no delivery. I decided to check the tracking. That said it was delivered too. Then I went to the site who delivered it and tracked the number, to have it tell me that they are not allowed to track that item. Wtf is that? Now I ask for my refund and they are telling me it could take up to 5 weeks for that. NEVER again will I order anything off Wish again. Your customer service is no good, as you lie all the time about where something is or send us emails asking for us to be patient. After about 6 weeks of waiting, to find out your delivery persons can't read addresses, I finally request a refund and am told to wait a long time for that. I'll stick with Amazon. They are timely, courteous and deliver what was ordered. I posted on FB to warn everyone NOT to ever order from you. I was hopeful, now I'm just disgruntled. Bye Wish.

Regarding an order i received fro your associates in china " cheng fei" for shoes ...the shoes are about 3 sizes to small! How am I to return and get a refund?

Howard Metz- CANCEL ORDER & REFUND MY MONEY! What more be said! You shipped me wrong size. Iwear 10 here in U.S> or q 43 eur sizing. I want my money back. U keep the shoe! This is absurd to have to fulfill yyour word mnimumto get a refund!

Hi

I have been in touch with one world who gave me the above tracking code and said I needed to contact you to complain that my item has not been received.

Please could you send me my hot water dispenser as it appears to have been mislaid by the courier service. All I received was a bag with a code in it but still no product..

I ordered this weeks ago.so can you send out a replacement as I'm not happy to wait any longer.

Wish.com never received product I paid for

Below is summary of my correspondence with Wish following order placed in January this year - after I was informed the delivery would be late in February, I assumed the snowflakes would eventually arrive. I am a very busy teacher and mum. When I followed up about not receiving the snowflakes, Wish are telling me that as 6 months have just passed since the original order date, they will not send me the products I paid for or give me a refund.
I am not happy with their responses to my requests for the delivery of the products I paid for, but they have closed the question, so I am unable to respond to them directly.

Wish.com product and overall service

I ordered a gold bag for a wedding I am going to, I even took pictures at the time so show a friend to see what they thought; all the images were gold, and the description was gold. After I received this it turns out to be black, so I mark it up on the website to find out what is wrong. I've since had the same standard text response despite my images, stating I must have selected black from a drop down box. Why, After putting in the search ‘gold clutch bag', then getting a friends opinion, would I pick Black? I have assured the staff there was no drop down and I think this was marked up incorrectly on the background of the website. To which I keep being insulted with the same standard text over and over saying it is my fault. I've never had such poor customer service, my plea and images have both been ignored and I am now expected to lose out on money to return and item I never ordered?!

Wish.com intax mini film (quantity 200)

I just really want my intax mini film not a refund ... I had an account but I tried to put my email and it said I never had one under that email. I thought "well maybe i I used another email" and that didn't work. I paid like 7 or 8 dollars maybe for them. Other then that I really love wish it takes a long time to ship but what do you expect? It's really good stuff for a good price. I don't know if this a complaint but this is the only place where I could actually get answers maybe.
