Wish an undelivered item

I ordered a scratching post for delivery cost only, £3. The tracking info updated to say they'd attempted to deliver it on 28/6/18 and then it was delivered on 4/7/18. I told them on both dates that I'd had nothing to say an attempt had been made to deliver or the product itself. After many messages, they finally believed me that it wasn't delivered and told me that they were refunding it and to repurchase it from a different store. To do this, the cheapest one I found was £20 + p&p.
I have contacted Wish on a daily basis to get them to hold up their end of the contract but my questions are ignored and they close the complaints.
On the occasions they do respond to my complaint, I get copy and paste answers that don't acknowledge what I'm saying or answer questions.
I've tried to escalate the matter but the same things happen.
It seams that the way Wish want to solve their problems is to punish their customers and reward their stores. After looking through the stores full feedback they have done this multiple times.

Wish product was a watch gps watch some stuff animals I had about a lot of stuff animals my mom was ordering a lot of stuff for work

So I am wondering why I cannot use wish to check out because we had an incident yesterday where I wanted to cancel what are my orders because it was taking too long to process so I didn't know if my mom had money on that one keep in mind I do erase my payment after I because with where should you keep your payment on there and I automatically just charges you when you're at the checkout even if you don't want to check out it's very sensitive so I always delete my payment history my cards I've used Whirlpool multiple cards my mom's cards my cards and it's fine so trying to figure out what happened yesterday try to cancel it because the payment was not going through so I was going to do it all over again and use a different card not understanding what is going on I will not let me do anything process any of my stuff

Wish non delivery of item by date

I failed to receive an order by the date specified in an email received from them. I contacted customer service, only to receive an answer stating they still had another week to deliver my item, even tho I sent them screenshots as proof of their failure. Not very professional on their part. They proved me the same tracking info, which hasn't been updated since the 8th, and changed the delivery date to suit their needs.

Wish my package is very late.

I bought these wireless earbuds on Jul 27, 2018 and it was estimated to arrive 9th August, 2018 but it did not. Then the estimated delivery date changed to 16th August, 2018 and still, my purchase has not arrived. Today's date is 19th August, 2018.

The tracking number is LZ633827405CN.

I do not want a refund, I just want my purchase to arrive now. It is getting really frustrating with these very incorrect estimated delivery dates.

Please help with this issue.

Wish item ordered was not as described, I want my refund

There trying to not pay my money back, they are making me wait days and days. I want my money, Mary they should change there guarantees cause I've done exactly what's asked. And they come up with excuse after excuse.

I ordered a high quality blow up doll honestly, it was supposed to have a skeleton frame, and high grade. The one I got was a cheap crappy one, I could buy for 20 dollars I'm very dissatisfied with this company. They are wrong and something needs to be done. I would like to have my full refund. Please help.

Wish points lost, customer services not offering support

I had originally 5390 points accumulated from purchases and reviews and hadn't spend any points for over 3 months, and suddenly the Dashboard and Available Balance changed to 100 as if it re-setted itself. I contacted customer services to enquire about this and I was given the following automated response:

'I understand that your points disappeared. The points reflected on the sidebar panel displays your total available points you'll have to redeem for a coupon.
Once you redeem your points for a coupon, the number of available points gets deducted from your available balance and from the sidebar panel.
The points shown in the 'Dashboard' reflects your total lifetime points earned since you joined Wish. This also includes the points you've already redeemed. To view your redeemed coupon history, please go to 'Dashboard' > 'Used'.
We hope this helps clarify things. If you need further help, please review the 'Information' section of your Rewards.

I emailed customer support again to explain as the agent clearly did not understand what I was referring to, and they gave me the same response as above. The third email i sent them i provided a screenshot so they might understand yet still received same automated response. Don't think they even bothered reading the contents of my email.
I became a Wish customer in March 2018 and have spent well over 500 GBP and submitted reviews, photos and videos for every single item i have bought. Over this course of time i have accumulated over 5390 points which i have been saving up for Christmas. The last time i used any points were in the first 6 weeks when i started. I check the Wish app everyday numerous times for changes in prices and to view my account. My points have been building and building for over 3 months and made many purchases over that time. I had 5390 points when it somehow re-setted to 100. My dashboard shows i have earned 100 points since i started in march 2018 and my available balance shows 100 points as well. I repeatedly explained to the wish contact agent my issue yet it seems they haven't bothered to read it and just gave a lazy automated response. This level of customer service is unacceptable. With everything i have bought on wish it doesn't make sense for both of those to be sitting at a perfect 100, especially since i have not used any of my points to redeem any coupon. I sincerely hope you look into this matter and give me a satisfactory response.
I would also like to make a formal complaint against the 2 contact agents i have dealt with so far, Maia and Jhulie Anne customer support.
I have enjoyed shopping with wish since i started and thought the level of service was really good, so to go from that to this was extremely disappointing.
I was allocated the reference numbers [protected] and [protected].

Please look into my customer record and you'll notice how many purchases and reviews, photo's and videos I've made, and how many points I used at the start and not in the last few months.
I hope this would be dealt with efficiently.

I am also trying to find out where exactly are my points awarded. Like the wish customer above I emailed them only to get the same response!
I am not happy with this as like the customer above I wanted to save points for Christmas.
I cannot find the mentioned 'side panel'. So cannot redeem any points even if I wanted to!

Wish online application of wish

i 've ordered 3 products in wish app through phone . but it's not showing in the order history and also money is deducted from the account . wish customer support people are not responding with the details . I 've only one account I 've in wish. i also mentioned the order id and other details to them . they 're not tracking the package also not responding to my emails properly. please assist.

Alicia Myburgh... I placed my first order, without doing my homework... my grandson told me about this site about two weeks ago. I am now extremely worried. They have asked me to "rate" them. How can I, when I am still waiting for my order to arrive... from lots of places. I live in Gordon's Bay, Cape Town, South Africa.

Wish product I order

I use Amazon all the time love them so I thought I would try wish. now wishing I didn't what a joke 3 months to deliver to Canada. still nothing you can't talk to anyone no numbers to call so I am staying with Amazon. Ca you may not get as cheap pricing as wish say they have but what good is cheap when you never get your order and I love how everyday all day they blow up my phone with deals to bad the can't deliver that fast.

Wish customer service

This is not the first time I've tried to make contact with the Customer service team!
l have not been contacted by any member of you're Company even with constant attempts by me to resolve the problems I've had with you for weeks!
I have basically been ignored and attempts to contact you direct has proved to be impossible !
You have previously sent e-mails with the full details of the problems I've suffered trying to deal with you're Company and in conclusion I would hope you will responsed in a customer friendly, and positive way!
I look forward to direct quick and curtious response from youreselves ?

Ever time I got to buy something it is asking me to provide a account information they say they need a bank statement i have been buying stuff before and this has never happened so will someone please tell me why I have to now I love buying stuff off of wish but don't know why they need a bank statement for me to purchase stuff off there web site I have never had to do that before there is a lot of stuff I want to buy but can't

Wish refund

my granddaughter used the wrong debt card for her order that she had cancelled her order when she notice she used the wrong debt card on august 3rd and she started all over with her debt card. so please let me know when I can expect my refund or I am going to call my financial bank and put a dispute against your company (this velma Brewster) and ( nita stone).

Wish shipping and delivery

I have made quite a few purchases from Wish, like 27 purchases, and one has not been delivered on time. Another one only has one day to arrive, but since they usually arrive two weeks early than the date given, I now think it isn't coming either.
I have received quite a few of my orders, but not receiving even one package just isn't right. If you can't guarantee someone's stuff that they pay for, then you should not continue this business. If you order from here, keep in mind that some of your stuff might not come. It's pure BS and gambling with your mail pretty much. Very annoying!

Wish fake 925 jewelry

Hi I'm writing to let you know that I am angry the 925 Sterling silver necklaces and bracelets I bought from wish.com and either the whole chain is fake or part of it is fake meaning the clasps are real. The 925 jewelry that is make means it's real and it notalot of the jewelry I bought turned black, I am very upset, also some other thing bought are not real and some are. Wish meth pipes

OK as my son that is 12 looking for items for sale came to me and said mom what is this it says for men woman and children so he wanted to know what they were as a mother this completely [censored]ed mY head up for my child to even see this when he came to me and asked and I seen it all I could do is break down and cry to think that people have no respect at all to post a sale ad selling Meth pipes with the word children in the post I am in conpletle mental de-stress over this any mother that had her son come ask what this was cause u classified the word children in it would be highly pissed I can't let this go this is going to far now wish how would y'all feel if a 14 15 year old seen this not knowing anything about it and bought this from u guys y'all went to far with this ad and I will do my best to have ur company shut down this is ur called for anyone that has the nerve to do this is trash in my book now I have to explain to my son why I just broke down crying over a sale he showed me cause he thinks I'm mad at him for asking me what it was no I'm not mad at him in complete sick to my stomach and disgusted with the people that thought this was cool to post made it sound like it was a great product and when u say for men women and children it's like saying hey kids come get a Meth pipe it's OK we don't care cause we are cold hearted people that don't care what we sell it who we sell it to

Hi there when I was browsing your website and came across the shoes I wanted to buy the price on the website was £12.00 + £6.00 shipping Total £18.00 so I clicked and added it to my shopping cart. after authorizing the payment I was surprised that the price charged to my bill was £18.00 + £6.00 shipping £26.00 in total. So therefore I was overcharged by £6.00. Can you please refund me the £6.00.

Wish belt and ankle bracelet

Ordered my items a couple months ago. Got charged and never received my items. I'm about to take this company into legal matters for basically stealing. I'm not the only person who has apparently had this problem. And the customer support line won't let you connect to anyone. I would like to have my items or be reimbursed about them PROMPTLY. This is the worst website I've ever ordered anything from and I will NEVER visit this site again. I have already told everyone I know what has happened and to not order from these thieves. This app needs to be shut down before they have a lawsuit against them.

Wish returns

I've done as you asked, , even sent the pictures of the dresses I need to return over 20 times, all you say is you'll get back with me and you never do! I've tried to call you over a month too, to no avail. tracking # LN40392278KR, and #LN604059277CN, #LN60399154CN. So today I'm returning them to One Sansome St, 40th FL, San Francisco CA 94104 because I've asked you over and over again for the return address with no avail. I don't know how your company doesn't care and says we'll get back to you? I've sent you so many emails and you keep telling me how to do it under support, which I've done over and over. I'm tired of asking for your return address.

Wish the delivery process

I really enjoy shopping on the wish site however I really can't understand why does it take a month or more for an item to be delivered and most of all the tracking package feature doesn't work right. That's kind of the reason why I don't like buying items off line cause you charge for shipping but take a long time to ship which leaves the item likely to be stolen out my mailbox!
