Wish.com second hand tablet

Dear Wish,
Complaint about second hand item
I would like to make a complaint that I have recently purchased an item on your website which was a tablet. I trusted the website and I have now realised that it was a second hand item and the camera wasn't clear and as well as other things. It would be very helpful if you could prevent any further problems. I would be very grateful if you could take this complaint very seriously thank you for your concern.

Wish.com the giveaway app is rigged or broken.

When I get the in app notification about the giveaway that is supposed to be between 9-9:15 ( usually get notice between 8-8:15) it tells me it's to early to claim. Then I will get a pop up between original time, it acts like I can claim something, but it then pops up on every item saying all are claimed but yet they all still say x/5 still available. This happens every single night. Something clearly is not right.

I don't even have that little present icon to go to the giveaway. My sister does, and I just heard of it. I've been a wish member for three years and nothing. She just joined a little over a month ago. I'm absolutely irritated.

Are you using a cell phone or tablet/computer? From my understanding, it is only available on certain mobile devices. Not a good answer but might be a reason.

Wish.com phone case

I tried to purchase a phone case with my card and my address was different on my card being I thought I changed it when I moved. So anyway my order didn't go through I tried it 3 times and you guys charged me $1 each time and nowhere did I see it cost me a $1 to use my card. I would like to order the phone case since I did call my card and changed my address. And would appreciate if you put that $3 towards my order since I was not informed of a charge. Thank you.

Hi, my name is Julio Medina and I would like to know why wish took some money off my account before I make an order, I try to get some stuff from wish, but when I was finally able to order everything, and I was going to pay with my credit card, wish told me that I don't have enough money to pay, but I know that I have money in my account before I make an order, so I went to the bank, and I asked them if some body has been taken money from my account and they told me that wish took the rest of the money without my permission, so I want you to pay me all the money that I have in my account taken from wish as soon as possible, or I would have to report this to the police.

Wish.com my gift claim!!!

I bought more items and claimed my gift reward in time and again did not get the rewards.Why is wish.com trying to make a fool out if me. I enjoy good deals and will pay but nit if if im being lied to snd given false advertising! Where is my rewards or will no longer be purchasing your products and there will be more problems.I work hard to earn these things not just for me but my children too! I want a good response back thank you!

Wish.com not able to use app

Everytime I go to check out an email thing comes up saying add my email and send a post a picture of my current bank statement well I've done this now it's been 2 days I can't check out I can't buy anything and nobody is clearing my account my name is Catherine Thompson my username is Rosewood Catherine at yahoo.com please get to your emails and then walk there so I can start buying more products thank you

Wish.com my money

Y'all took money out of my account twice for the same items. I don't want the items. I have read the bad reports of y'all return. I want a address. I have all information thru emails i will use to sue if i don't get my my back. Either $19.60 OR $16.40 WHICH COMES TO $36.00. GIVE ME A NUMBER I CAN CALL AND TALK TO A REAL PERSON NOT LISTEN TO A DUMB RECORDER. Cases are crappie and they are suppose to be for my cells and either to big or don't fit.

Wish.com won't cancel my order

My daughter ordered from Wish, canceled some items but was unable to cancel the rest. I did not authorize this order and because it was 8 hours after the oder was made, they are saying the items have to arrive first and then I have to send them back. I can't get in contact with any live customer support to help me with any of this. I do not want my account charged and I want to cancle everything immediately.

I am concerned, and have now question whether to purchase anything else on your site (Wish.com). I believe that you have overcharged me, and that I am getting ripped off. I hope that this is not true, there are too many items to list - I was charged one lump some, then for individual products - again. Please look into this, I like what you show but it may not be worth it, I am 66 years old and it is easy to betray me - I trust too easily. K,

Wish.com cannon professional camera

My name is Dnell Cox and my very first order included a Cannon professional camera. My payment was taken out of my PayPal account, and the order was placed in early Aug. I have not received my camera I was sent one question notice asking if I had gotten the camera and I answered no ! Please check into this complaint asap. I did recieve other items.

Wish.com a gold ring that is supposed to be real

i have recently received a gold ring in the mail to find it has no stamp it is a female ring and would either like a real one sent or i will never order from them again. i would like a different one please and thank you that is real and has a stamp on it the ring is supposed to be a 18 K gold but again no stamp on it i have been told twice now the ring has to have a stamp on it otherwise its not real

Wish.com free gift

I purchased a lot of items from wish.com. When I purchase the order I did not see the free gift on the order Does it come later once you receive your order. I will need to know the answer. I waited a whole hour to place an order so I can get the free watch and I did not see it, when my order was placed . I may have to cancel my orders because I did not receive that gift that's the purpose of me buying all these items from wish.com I would like a response from them soon as possible thank you.

Wish.com daily giveaways and shipping services

I waited since 8:45 to try to claim a free item when I clicked claim it said all items have already been claimed I believe it's a scam. Also I ordered over 15 items in 3 different orders and received only 4 items delivery services are very slow I can't wait to receive the rest of my items so I can delete the app and never use wish again. As far as the daily giveaway goes you guys need to develop a different method to give everyone in every time zone a fair chance if it is real and not a scam anyways.

I received a 15.00 refund now today I get 4.00 I don't find that fair at all when there was two larger amounts taken from my card. 48.75 and 38.65 what happened to that money I didn't order those items and I want my money refunded that's how you scam people out of their money I called direct express and I will call them back they said they would handle it

The 2 items that were not refunded the amounts are 48.75 and 38.65 have called direct express to have those orders cancelled and the money put back on my card immediately my phone number is [protected] I was told that it would be at least 5 days if it's going to be longer please call me or email asap thank you

Something was purchased on the 29th 2 different items the amounts are 48.75 and 38.65 I've been back and forth for several days with wish. Com and the direct express customer service representative received in total 19.00 but the rest of the refund hasn't been received! Wish.com avoid buying from their online shop

I don't like the delivery service they use. It's unreliable and never delivers on time. But of course, my today's complaint is not about them.
I would like to complain about the quality of items. It's terrible. They are so cheap looking that you have the only one wish - to throw it away. And it's not only about the clothes. I used to order different things and almost all of them were awful
You could say that if I want something great then it will be expensive. And I will tell you that you're wrong. Becuase I used to buy expensive stuff as well and not satisfied at all.
So I don't think that my complaint will be unique. Just another one that won't even read by them...

Wish.com bluetooth headset

When I opened the package the Bluetooth control part of it was broken there is one wire that's not soldered onto the motherboard of the headphones, I went through the process of getting your refund and it's telling me that I have to pay for return shipping if the items broken when I received it why should I have to pay for return shipping.
I tried calling wish I could get a recording to go to support at wish.com I try to go to it it keeps throwing me back to the app trying to make me buy more things I wish someone would give me a call I left a few messages and have not heard from them
