Wish.com "payment not received”

When I try to make a payment it always tells me to put in the card info, and I check it and it's all correct, but when I submit it it says there's a problem with my info and to go to www. Wish payment/ issue.com, and when I do I go to payment help it tells me to contact customer service. What can I do to be able to do my payment? Somebody please help me.

Wish.com order

I order items were told it was being refunded due to problem with bank. How is there problem if you took full account from bank. It says I can buy item again why would I if you took money out of my account. It says it will be refunded on July 15. I'm scared to buy again and they take more money out. I want to know why money taken but then refunded without me doing it

Wish.com wont let me cancel an order that is still in processing

I ordered an item and it is still being processed and won't let me cancel the order before it ships. Now have to wait up to 2 days for an answer back from customer service by then it will ship and I will have to pay extra fees and return shipping when it claims I can return it within 30 days. Sounds like a scam or false advertising. That's really bad business practice and I'm extremely unhappy with the app. Wish also claims that you get 50% off after 7 log in days but they just gave me a ten percent off coupon code. Not happy. I wanted two fog lights not one. It was advertised with pictures of two when I bought it and now only says I'm getting one. Who sells one fog light. This whole thing seems like a big scam on Americans.

Wish.com women cloth

I ordered for a cloth since 2nd of June and on the 20th of June my order wrote it was delivered to me while I don't receive anything, I tried my best to contact them but nothing please wish am tired of this kind of thing and this is the 2nd time of experiencing something like this I already promise myself that after this am going to delete your application in my phone.

Wish.com tracking #: ly191568803cn

I ordered a phone from the wish app over a month ago and I still have not received my package. The app told me that my package would be delivered on June 22nd and then changes to June 29th... the app has not updated my tracking information on the location of my package and I'm getting highly upset with wish because it shouldn't take over a month for a package to be delivered that's non-sense. I don't see why it's taking y'all so long to deliver my package. Like I said I have been waiting over a month and it shouldn't take that long if it's being flown from over seas and shipped from where it landed at in the United States of America. It's been over a month my package should have been here already. I have tried the contact support option in the app but it doesn't have the question I would like to ask. I have tried calling a representative but all I get is a automated person telling me to go to contact support which clearly doesn't help me finding out where my package is.

Wish.com bluetooth earbuds

I ordered a pair of Bluetooth earbuds from Wish.com. What a mistake. The item pictured and described were two black Bluetooth headphones and a charger station. I expected for there to be a long wait, and it was. But when my delivery arrived all that was in the package was one dirty, smudged, strangely large black earbud and a 1" usb charge cord. I was not happy with this, and as per the refund instructions I took a picture of the trash they mailed me and waited for a response. A few days later I recieved a reply trying to convince me that I ordered only one earbud. This is utter nonsense. The item description says one pair and pictures two earbuds sitting in their charger. The company mailing this to me outright lied about their product and then tried to convince me that I made the mistake. I feel like they put their hand in my pocket, took my cash, and then replaced it with some crap they dug out of their couch cushions, then told me I wanted it.

Was suppose to have been sent May7 to me
Was reported to have reached border checkpoint before entering Canada
Never received it and was promised to be here by June 2nd at the latest

Wish.com computer

I have ordered multiple laptops and tablets, none of which I've received. The lastest; was ordered in May with the estimated delivery date pushed back three times. Finally you offered a refund but I 'd rather have the laptop. Why such awful customer service. Why can you not complete a simple transaction? Also, you have your support set up with inappropriate responses instead of allowing the customer to choose their response. No apology or explanation as to why I can't get what I ordered .

Wish.com computer

I have ordered 2 computers at separate times - the first one got "lost" in China and they were unable to track. The second one is marked as delivered on 6/13 - when I sent a message to their service department it was unanswered. I sent a second and a third and customer support messaged me to say that the computer was delivered to the wrong address.

It is beyond a coincidence that I don't have an issues receiving small items like makeup brushes, nail gems and phone cords, but to computers to my can't arrive (all items are being delivered to the same address).

I feel these are lame excuses and probably never shipped to begin with. I am very angry.

Wish.com octa core cell phone

I purchased a octa core cell phone two wks ago...I received June 25...I took it to a straight talk store to have it set up... Which it is.. Except... When u turn it on it says no service... I've taken it to couple of repair shops and was told the phone is defective and could not read a sims card... The phone was bought in a pre paid gift card so refund is out of the question...I received an email from someone and I explained my situation but the person was very insisted on a refund and to send acct number...I emailed back and told them I would send back the defective phone as soon as I received a working one... Besides after receiving a phone that doesn't work I'm not going to trust anyone with that information

Wish.com merchandise

I have made a purchase and it's still hasn't gotten to me nor have I received anything about my stuff I need to get I. Contact with someone ASAP I order 18 pieces of merchandise missing and I need them to contact me ASAP ! I have a lot of things that I ordered and I didn't get anything I payed for it and the money was taking off my card for my things but I don't have anything and I have all sorts of things that some were gifts and couldn't even give away I need them

Wish.com no product/ no refund

I ordered a package in feb 2017. I never received my package. I have been going back and forth with them on there support chats and have still not received my refund. They even show the item never departing from China. I have tried contacting them at the local headquarters and also received no resolution. I would just like my money back for what I paid for and they KNOW I didn't receive.

I have not received these items I have tried to contact them I cannot get it person they say they've been delivered and they have not they might have been delivered to somebody else but I have not received them in until I do I will not shop with them they're bad business their items come late things don't come and they say they do they say they got your back but they don't

Wish.com my last order#5b1ef7161852af14a185b500 placed on 6/11/2018$ amount $98.80

I order this for vbs at our church and paid $55 shipping and started getting the items after our vbs still do not have what I ordered. I asked to stop shipment on june 13th and get robo messages. I called customer service left a voicemail and was never called back. I got text messages and answered them and still robotic (generic text over and over. I want a full refund of $98.80 back on my card ending 8598 I paid with. I refused two packages and sent them back and the last package I received doesn't have a return address it's foreign postal people can't scan it. Your shipping is outrageous and slow. I will return not accept any packages I get from you. So stop them and give me a refund like I asked june 13, 2018. You have been turned over to bbb also.

Wish.com order placed by mistake.

Request # [protected] for the amount of 477.50 needs to be canceled as it was and is a mistake. For some strange reason the WISH Company went in and imediately put the transaction through and it was a mistake. This is the third time I have tried to cancel and keep getting the run around. I have called the bank and placed a hold on my account and they need to hear from your company immediately so I can use my money. Why it went through so fast on your companys end is fishy also. I have contacted BBB and they are aware of it also. I have several friends that have ordered from your company several times but never again now. This is absurd. Why can I not go right back in and cancel the order immediately? This whole thing is fishy that's why I have involved everyone I can.Please take care of this immediately as I am a disabled single lady and I need access to MY money. I expect a quick reply. Thank you I hope.

Wish.com womens clothes

I ordered in May $900 worth or assorted things. Alot of the things were womens clothes size 5 XL not one single thing fitted me...in fact they wouldn't even fit my friend who is a L. I'm really disgusted. The entire money I spent on these clothes was a complete waste of money and as I'm disabled and housebound and in desperate need of clothes I thought this would be the way to do. Now I just have a massive pile of useless unwearable clothes.
I'm trying to tell as many people as I can that Wish is just a ripoff...

Wish.com baby bottle drying rack

I am so dissapointed of what happen to my order Ive been recieve an items many times which is wrong, yet I never complain anything. Before I was satisfied with some items I got but I get shock its like terrible experience or its like scam to me, what happened? I waited for so long almost 6 months ? Theyre telling to me to wait but sucks! Until now I never get the items and it was [censored]in expensive. I request a refund but Wish Contact support only saying that, we cannot give you the refund because its only take 30 days the refund policy? But hej Send me the item if you can't pay me back. I really

Wish.com my frozen money

I put over two thousand tward my wish cash so I could buy the kids stuff and when I hit the order now button it said they were sorry that they need a picture of my bank statement, now I'm not sure what's going on I've never linked a bank account to wish and never would I do not even have a bank account. Wish has over 2000 of my money frozen in wish app and I don't have any way of getting my money back or any way of buying anything.and yes I've sent wish alot of emails complaining about the problems and wish will not fix it or give any of my money to me.

Wish.com customer service

My account was restricted and they refuse to fix it.. Can't place any orders.. Customer service refuses to to tell me why.. Can't talk to a live person to resolve it.. They keep sending me the same response that my account was restricted per user aggrement.. But dosent tell me anything.. I can't even delete my account info or add new info.. You can't change credit cards even if you use paypal.. So guess i'm going to shop someplace else or rather, a real company.. Because this one is obviously fake
