U people should be so embarrassed and ashamed of yourself how is that you refuse to provide a valid phone number so costumers can find out what is going on.why would you want to have all these complaints that's not good business so ur has write email so ur company doesn't have to deal with us I am waiting for my refund money 💰 of$127.00and my orders which should have been here

Wish.com everything, they charge me things I haven't even ordered?

They send me emails telling me my item has been delivered, didn't order these things But am being charged for them. I live on disability a fixed income and cannot afford any of these items. I want my money back! And didn't receive any of these items they say I did?don't know what to do? I've sent emails to these people but I get no response. Please help me, tell me what I should do? Report them to the BBB? They have a phone Number but no one answers& can't leave message [protected].

Did you contact your bank? Usually if its protected with the visa or MC logo, they will automatically refund your money. Then take it up with the company

Wish.com ordering/receiving payment taking unauthorised money

On aug 2nd i placed an order with wish i was so excited items i have been wanting well when i placed my order it said it didnt go thru so i tried it again and it went thru. From past expierences i decided to call my card and sure enough wish pulled double the money. I was upset so i tried contacting their customer support. I explained to them how they took 800 from my account for duplicate orders and i wanted one order just refund one. Well they cancelled my one order because by now my order form said one order was refunded yet that was not true it was not refunded my card company said they hold the money fir five days so they cancelled my one remaining order and did refund me 398. I am livid i wanted the 398 refunded i specifically told tgem i wanted one order so my money for the first order is still missing and i have tried to order again and now uts sending me to this sight it wont take my card. My card is not stollen i really like wish and i know if i coukd actually talk to someine than i could straighten all this out my mom aunts cousin daughters we all order fron wish i would hate for everyone to think they are dishonest now i would like tge 398 back and beable to order with my card please

Also they are declining my card there is no need for this my card is not stolen i feel like they stole my money now they sre ignoring me wont rectify it and now wont let me order because i complained how they took double tge money from me

Look i was double charged for an order on wish my order history only one order being shipped to me when i contacted customer support they cancelled my order refunded me half the money they took from my card my order was 400 they took 800. So i got refunded 398. Now i am not getting no items and they are declining my card. It is not stolen. Please help me rectify this asap

Wish.com unknown charges

Someone on July 24th charged our card $104 and we never made a purchase at all never actually so there is no way our card number was on the account I have given the last 4 numbers of card there are two so we don't know which it was on but gave them and zip codes sent them bank statement an I had to do all of this over last 10 days and they send me response can you tell me what card you used... I don't know for sure can you tell me what the purchase was . Can you send bank statement all these things every couple of days look through the emails it's ridiculous I am getting different people with same questions just worded differently. THAT is a lot of money out of our account and we never got or even ordered from you
I got out of work early to make some calls only to have found 4 different customer service numbers and the last one said you don't help people on the phone ! Customer service people there has to be a real person on the end from time to time. If you would like all the names of the people i have "emailed " I certainly will. I need to know what the purchase was the iterm/s where it was shipped and when it was shipped.
The last email the person said there were to many transactions to determine mine he wanted zip codes last 4 numbers and bank statement even though I provided all that before I sent it and I am holding again..
My boyfriend works out of town and he relies on his card I am trying to avoid all this I am afraid someone has compromised our card but I Need to make arrangements and get money out an too him before I shut it down.
I told him in last email there is one person that was a houseguest for couple days few months back and she is the ONLY person I know that has a wish account . I asked them to find that account and tell me if she did that . I'm still waiting of course and I am extremely disappointed if you are going to do just on line problem resolution then be able to handle the volume of emails you get a little two sentence reply for info . then another and then another just dragging the info out of us. Then waiting 2-3 more days for response between each one of them to get back to me, not good customer service in my opinion . I NEED resolution on this . Bottom line my card was charged . I purchase no items never have an I need that 104 dollars I had to short my rent because of this

Wish.com wish

I placed an order with wish to the total value of £65 I didn't receive any of the things, That was about 4 months ago, I have sent them a number of emails and they said I had to reply within 30 days of not getting them, I did all that and still they won't refund my money, what a joke they were presents for family and friends, I am not happy about this and all I want is my money fefunded and I won't be shopping with wish any more,

Wish.com several items

I placed an order back in May I have NOT received over half of my order it is now August, They tell me it is too late to request a refund! Nor will they deal with the items that have not been shipped! So much for the $130. Bucks I spent! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I have requested for the attorney general to look at the business and see about keeping them from doing business in our State!

on July 25 2018 you show that I placed an order #5b592693b5ec991bc31a0f52.
this is incorrect, I did not place this order or any other orders since July 1 2018.
You deducted 131.00$ from my bank account using my Visa debit card ending in 4466. on July 27, 2018 . Please refund the amount of 131.00 to my account. Do not ship me any further items. Wish.com my mail order not received

I have been a good customer of Wish shopping network. I order a A4 Led artist thin art stencil board light box tracing drawing board plate set. in June. I still have not received it. I go to check my orders and when I get them I will comment on them and say when they were delivered. On this date I ordered a lot of things. I received them but not this item. I would like a refund. I gave 12.00 dollars for this item

Wish.com shipping disputes and issues as a wish merchant

I have been using Wish for a short time now, their platform is great though it needs major changes for Merchants operating out of the UK. They say they will keep your payments unless you use a Wish approved merchant, These merchants are listed on their page. When you try to open accounts with these UK Shipping operators they redirect you to their sister sites, I tried DHL and it sent me to iPostParcels. So i decided to use parcelforce and as my package was small i was advised by parcelforce to use their Royal Mail International Track & Trace. Royal Mail is a link on their page and at the bottom of the parcelforce page it states, ©Parcelforce Part of the Royal Mail Group.
I then used the service and uploaded the tracker number but it keeps returning saying use a Wish verified shipping operator. I purchased my shipping from a link on the page that Wish directed me to so i do not see the issue. It appears to be no less than a scam of some sort .

Wish.com your website will not allow me to change my email address

Hi, my name is 'Sue' Susan Jennifer Ryan of 13 Adonis St Mount Sheridan Qld 4868 Ph [protected] previously of [protected]@virginbroadband.com.au and now homeless.[protected]@gmail.com. I am receiving emails for the correct address which is 'homeless.[protected]@gmail.com' but when I went to order from you last night you still have my old email address of '[protected]@virginbroadband.com.au' and it said my invoice will be sent to that address. Can you delete [protected]@virginbroadband.com.au from your system please as this email does not exist anymore. I have tried to do this but it will not allow me, so I would appreciate your help.

Wish.com phone case

I ordered a phone case on the 8th of July. My case was suppose to arrive by the 27 of July. All of a sudddn my shipment date was changed to the 3rd of August, with no warning. Today is the 2nd band I have yet to see any update to my product. What the hell is this. This is no way to do buisnesss. I am extremely disappointed with this service. I really like wish but this is ridiculous.

Wish.com android 7 tablet.

Although this is advertised as android google immediately locked out. Apparently it is not a licensed product! It is useless to me. The freight company, freight systems china have stuck their sticker over the original one so I am unable to see the original shipping details. I have been on google to find out your details but ended up going around in circles. I require return details and a full refund. The only number I can see on the packing is [protected] which is the sender's reference.

Wish.com set of 2 brown leather adjustable swivel barstools

12/18/17 - Placed order for chairs on line to arrive December 23-30.
12/19/17 - Received a phone call about the brown chairs not being available. Would I want them in black? I said no and I was told the charges would be removed from my credit card.
1/7/18 - Received an email that the chairs would be delayed in shipping
1/17/18 - Attempted to call off - no answer. Still showing on my credit card statement.
1/18/18 - I did speak to someone on the phone. Told them I did not receive the chairs and my credit card still did not show a reverse of charges. Told it would be taken care of.
2/18/18 - Still on credit card, no reverse charges.
3/13/18 - Answering machine said they would only take emails for product problems. (see attached).
3/14/18 - Received an email from Cassidy stating a request for a refund can only be made within 30 days. (see attached).
3/16/18 - Received an email from Joey stating the same thing. (see attached).
3/17/18 - Received an email from Charlotte stating the same thing (attached).
4/15/18 - Frustrated I contacted from credit card company. Was told that since charges were over 3 months, they could not help.

I'm at the end of my rope. I did not receive any merchandise, so I am not asking for a refund. I just want the charges reversed on my credit card.

Wish.com apple watch

The item is not the problem. It is the refund process. To begin I ordered the item on july 20th. And attempted to cancel the order (there is no way to modify the order which is insane). I found a different item from the same seller that I opted to purchase. I utilized the prepaid shipping label provided by wish and the item tracking now says "return to sender" (me) without receiving my refund! Now i'm stuck with an item I do not want and no refund! I want my monet back so that I can purchase the item I want and not the product returned to me!. It appears the address on the shipping label is a dead end and does not exist. It has been 11 days now dealing with this chaos. This was supposed to be a birthday gift and it is now ruined! The wish stamp of approval "no worries when you shop on wish, we've got your back" is implore crap because I am not getting a proper, timely response from customer service! Once this is taken care of i'm never using this site or app again!

WHAT A TOTAL FARCE YOU PEOPLE ARE !
I take care of an elderly person and I was showing him what was on sale...I left him with that, thinking he could figure it out...well, he did and found a beautiful SET of markers ...he said it was free just pay shipping and he did with the idea we were going to receive a FULL SET OF MARKERS ! It may be stated, very small, that's it's only one marker...when he received it yesterday, he was absolutely devastated...
Now, keep in mind please, that he is elderly man who does NOTHING else but color... something he always did with his deceased wife...I am standing up for him on this ...the PICTURE states "markerS".
...I think it's fraudulent and a complete rip off...I am fairly new to wish, and have placed several orders, and I had problems with everyone !
This poor gentleman is extremely heart breaking !
And NO WAY is he paying 2.00 A MARKER...it's never worth that...
Items are very cheap and not durable...
Social media is a terrible things now a days, and I won't be scared to use it, to inform everyone of this nasty situation and how you let down this man...
There was an email attached to that order, mine, so why don't you have someone email and ask, is it only 1 or the set...will never use wish.com again!

Wish.com unauthorized credit card charges

Within hours of my credit card company alerting me that there were over $400 in charges on my wish account I contacted customer service. I provided everything that they asked and told them that these were not authorized and needed to be cancelled. I was informed I had to go to my account, go to my account history, and cancel them that way. My order history was blank. For weeks I went back and forth with them trying to explain that I cannot cancel my order this way as I did not place the orders and my history proved it. They processed all of the orders anyways. Every time I try and contact customer service I get the same canned response on how to request a refund. Problem is, my account history is still blank so there is no transaction to go in and request a refund on! They completely and fraudulently robbed me of over $400 and no one will even give me the name of a supervisor and department head to contact. Do not use this site. They are completely unethical.

Wish.com delivery

I have been waiting for my orders for months now and when I went check again the items weren't listed or the item doesn't exist. I am in south Africa I ordered a number of things then the third item was delivered and the previous two was either refunded which I didn't request and for the rest of the things weren't listed or found on the site...I want to know what is going to happen to the money I spent ?
What is the site going to do about it ?
Will I even get my money back?

Wish.com a pair of boots

I ordered a pair of boots from Wish, using their app, the order came out to 36 dollars . USPS marked them as delivered but I never received them . I talked to Wish and they were not helpful at all . They won't refund me . They said that because the package was marked as delivered they will not refund . I have never had such bad customer service . They wouldn't listen to reason . They only communicated with ne through emails and their app . Often repeating over and over the same information . I explained to them I never received them and that I had contacted USPS service as well but they were no help .
I am out 36 dollars which to some people may seem like a small amount but I am going through a rough patch right now and don't have money to spare . The boots were for my husband who rarely buys anything for himself . Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated .

Wish.com my order for sharpie markers and gel pens

I am very disappointed and upset. I haven't received my order and it has been months! i order it back in April of 2018 and was told I would get it around the end of May 2018. You took my money for this order! I am beginning to wonder if this company is LEGIT!
