Wish urn necklace

This urn necklace was purchased by my husband to hold his fathers ashes. We were homeless last year and our vehicle was stolen with the ashes inside. So the only ashes my husband had were in a smaller similar urn than yours. We purchased it and put the ashes inside and he wore it everyday. He would remove it for showers and sleep and would always check to make sure it was closed. Reason being is that we noticed it came lose once before. So last night he removed it to clean it then today he put it on it was closed to wear it. He did his normal routine of walking my son to school. At 1pm he looked down and started crying bad . Your necklace came lose and opened he lost his dads only ashes he had because your necklace came open. He is beyond upset he won't speak this is beyond horrible we would like to speak to a head manager regarding this. This was a very very horrible thing to happen. My husbands heart is broken losing his fathers only ashes. Our number is [protected]

Wish please help me consumer forum to take out my money from wish.

My name is Bipul Poddar I have been using wish for couple of months but in my last order 6 th September 2017 they took all money for all orders and they are not sending the products as well as my forfeited they not even bother to refunded it simply they block my account saying company is not opening up and for that they wanted me to send some documents all I have sended but still its blocked what the hell is going on I really don't understand.Its a big game that wish is playing please stop this somehow, it's our hard earned money please help me to take out money from wish I don't need the products I want my money back that's all.
Hope you will see this complaint against wish and take a necessary action on this it's time to move backward to wish and said enough is enough.

Wish the beauty club

I ordered some 3 Loreal products and 1 boss perfume when i received the products i saw they dont have expiry date i raised a return and refund through customer support.
But merchant reply me told that its not expiry products but how i believe.
So merchant told me send back a return policy '50% deduct of order amount'.
Please find the attached policy send by merchant.
Please help me i can not afford that amount.
Sorry but if am not statisfied so i will go to counsumer court.

Wish where are my orders?

I have been buying from Wish for a while now, and now I have no order history nor does it show that I have ever bought any products. I have orders pending too. If this is not sorted out then wish is committing fraud! I want to know where my orders has disappeared to. I have order R1500 outstanding orders which are supposed to be delivered the end of October, and some early next year.

I am looking for my Seikowrist watch orange is called pdaigood self winding good face is orange and I haven't seen it I ordered it sometime in November I have no way of keeping track of it because some reason you or I lost the account please help me with this and let me know what's going on

Wish I have many orders that I don't know what they are

I have received nine charges to my card from wish that I didn't authorized and I canceled my wish account due to the fact that my card is being charged without my consent. So if someone e can please contact me about refunding my money it would be appreciated... I also have contacted my card company as well about theses charges that I didn't authorize...

This is my third or fourth time sending a email to you guys about someone in your company charging items on my card without my knowledge. I would like for my money to be refunded to my card as soon as possible! Are can someone from your company contact me! [protected] Thank you! Asap! I have never order anything from wish since I downloaded the app and all the items that were purchased with my card Information from your company I don't have any knowledge of them or what they are. I feel like this site is wrong for doing this to people that sign up with them. I have already deleted my account and I will not be doing business again with this company.

As of 10/7/17 my card was charged three charges in the amount of $3.00, $17.00 and $27.90 which I never authorized nor do I know what was purchased. And as of 10/10/17 my card was charged $6.00, $7.00, $10.00, $18.70, $25.00, $39.50 all of which I have never purchased and don't even know what it is that was purchased.I called my card and this is how I found out about all theses purchases that was charged on my card by your company. I have already contacted my card company and they told me to contact you and this I what I'm doing because I would like for your company to replace my money. My card company also filed a dispute claim as well so I hope to hear back from you soon as possible...

Wish complaints about wish.com services

Dear Consumer fourum,
I have recently purchased some utility products from wish.com on 8th October 2017 n they said they will process it within 8to 10th October however it's not been processed yet and took out money from my credit card and they not even processing my orders. Al the amount has been deducted from my account what do I do in this case .
Please take an active action on this issue and resolve my issue u think they are trying to forfit my whole money do not want to send the products as well this type of application you should remove from mobiles as well as this type of company.

Wish wishes' [censor] return policy

I have been back and fourth with wishes' "support team" on this issue for about 3 months now.

I have a few orders that got held up in their delivery to me because my area code was mistakenly one digit off. Some of my ordered items figured it out and were delivered to me, but many were not. I did not suspect anything was wrong with my address because some of my items were delivered no problem. I finally figured out what the problem was and contacted support and asked if I could be refunded for these items and I would repurchase them under the correct address. Wish told me I did not qualify for a refund because it was after the 30 day delivery period.

Wish then told me to contact my local post office to reroute the items instead which I did. My items could not be rerouted and some of them were lost in transit. They then basically told me i'm [censor] out of luck. They took my money, and they're also not going to refund me. That is stealing and it's a terrible business model.

Wishes return policy is that you can return any item within 30 days of delivery. "guaranteed" they say. Wishes return policy is not: within 30 days of predicted delivery date.

I originally shopped with wish under the assumption and confidence that when I order something with wish, they would have my back. My items were not delivered to me, therefore I should be covered under wishes' 30 day return policy. If this is really how wish operates this return policy is incredibly misleading and they need to change their return policy to "wishing 30 days of predicted delivery date."

I was really excited and really liked this app at first but using it further my experience with this company has been extremely bad. They have been extremely uncharitable and unaccomidaing to me. If wish had just refunded me like their return policy says it should, I would have been buying stuff from them months ago and I would probably still use this app. Instead I will probably delete this app because it is wayyyyyyyyy to sketchy ordering things from them. They say they have your back but they totally don't.

Wish wish items

My name is Sophie Nicholas and I have been waiting for my order I paid $102 for. I have received some of my order and they are COMPLETELY different to the photos! I am so disappointed as have been excited but now I am very angry and have not gotten what I paid for! The numbers on the website are unavailable to call 😞 Only 2 items are actually like the pictures and that is the make up brushes and a shoal. But the bikinis are not as nice as the pictures and completely different! I will be taking this further if nothing is sent to be about how it can be fixed.

Wish daily giveaway

I have tried to order some items on the daily giveaway it tells me all items are gone but the amount says there are still plenty left. It won't let me order. Can you please explain the problem. One recent one said there were 52/73 remaining but still would not take my order. This has happened several times. Not just once. I would appreciate a response. I don't understand. The item was free but still would not go through.

Wish sending unauthorized order

My name.. Susan Melendez 3464 jason st north port fl 34288... Email [protected]@comcast.Net . I had th ings in the cart i was deciding to buy but did not... Then i started getting things in mail and was charged 97.00 from my bank account... Furious i tried every way to contact wish still unresolved...I did not order these things!
i returned to senders unopened via mailman except last box . I still hear nothing from wish nor have i been refunded my money... If something is not done i am filing a case with my state attorney. I am disabled and had no food because wish just sent my cart without my acknowledgement or ok to do so. I am on a very small budget

I have being in touch with costomer support on many aucasion, Trying to get my refund but whitout any success, can you please tell me why is it that when I try the tracking number EM [protected] CA true Canada post it works fine but it seems that wish keep saying that my tracking number do not work so therefore I can't get my refund.
Now I'm sending you the waybill number 86R34VT4HRY, That's being going on since June of this year Can you please take care of that so taht I can get ny refund the Item in question as being return to the company 26 june 2017. I have sent you my new credit card number in previous email, just in case that it was misplace here it is [protected].

Wish second hand tablet

Complaint about second hand item

Wish the giveaway app is rigged or broken.

When I get the in app notification about the giveaway that is supposed to be between 9-9:15 ( usually get notice between 8-8:15) it tells me it's to early to claim. Then I will get a pop up between original time, it acts like I can claim something, but it then pops up on every item saying all are claimed but yet they all still say x/5 still available. This happens every single night. Something clearly is not right.

I don't even have that little present icon to go to the giveaway. My sister does, and I just heard of it. I've been a wish member for three years and nothing. She just joined a little over a month ago. I'm absolutely irritated.

Are you using a cell phone or tablet/computer? From my understanding, it is only available on certain mobile devices. Not a good answer but might be a reason.

Wish phone case

I tried to purchase a phone case with my card and my address was different on my card being I thought I changed it when I moved. So anyway my order didn't go through I tried it 3 times and you guys charged me $1 each time and nowhere did I see it cost me a $1 to use my card. I would like to order the phone case since I did call my card and changed my address. And would appreciate if you put that $3 towards my order since I was not informed of a charge. Thank you.

Hi, my name is Julio Medina and I would like to know why wish took some money off my account before I make an order, I try to get some stuff from wish, but when I was finally able to order everything, and I was going to pay with my credit card, wish told me that I don't have enough money to pay, but I know that I have money in my account before I make an order, so I went to the bank, and I asked them if some body has been taken money from my account and they told me that wish took the rest of the money without my permission, so I want you to pay me all the money that I have in my account taken from wish as soon as possible, or I would have to report this to the police.

Wish my gift claim!!!

I bought more items and claimed my gift reward in time and again did not get the rewards.Why is wish.com trying to make a fool out if me. I enjoy good deals and will pay but nit if if im being lied to snd given false advertising! Where is my rewards or will no longer be purchasing your products and there will be more problems.I work hard to earn these things not just for me but my children too! I want a good response back thank you!

Wish not able to use app

Everytime I go to check out an email thing comes up saying add my email and send a post a picture of my current bank statement well I've done this now it's been 2 days I can't check out I can't buy anything and nobody is clearing my account my name is Catherine Thompson my username is Rosewood Catherine at yahoo.com please get to your emails and then walk there so I can start buying more products thank you
