Wish service

I ordered as many as 4 items on with that were ranged pretty low in prices. It never exceeded $9 including shipping costs. The problem is that it has been 8 MONTHS since I've purchased my first item that hasn't arrived along with others as well. Someone needs to shut down this website because they are stealing money and getting away with it. I'll be getting a lawyer soon.

Don't forget once you order they limit our time to return but don't get the product in time to be able to return. They also limit the description when you order but once they ship the description changes. They got me several times. I've received some items I was happy with but most were a dissapointment.

Wish never received item

I ordered something from Wish. Most of these things are from China and I knew that going in. I have ordered things from China before and know that it takes 1-2 months to receive it. After two months I realized I never got the item I paid for. I checked the tracking and it said it arrived in the USA but it never reached my address. Proof that I never received it. I messaged Wish to get an answer and all they keep telling me is that I was supposed to bring this to their attention within 30 days for a refund and now they are not going to do anything about it. Seriously?!?!? This was of no fault of my own. The Wish representative said I clearly did not receive the item yet they will do nothing to help me. They stole my money and I am furious.

Wish non delivery of 3 items.

I ordered a mobile Eliphone S7 5.5inch Helio it is stating that it was delivered over 2 weeks ago. I have not received it. Tracking number.: LZ 403086029CN. I have had no contact with your so called Customer service and have send several messages.

Also I ordered a P9 Clone phone Android it stated I would receive a free gift of a 64GB memory card . Not received with the phone also a protection cover neither received.

I also oderr a 14 inch Windows 10 lap top tracking number:L249540361SCN . Quesswhat I have not received this item either . All these items are stating they were delivered on the 5th and 7th of June .. This is rubbish . I have not received any of these items. Your service is terrible . I want to know where these items are .. I want this issue resolved please . As Soo as possible you have taken the money from my account and not delivered the goods. Could I please have some answers. Wish lkt mini thermal printer

I ordered a LKT mini thermal printer and payed £135 for it and i never received wish keep telling me it will be here the 18th of june they said it has been delivered but ive been to post office and checked with them and they told me they havent got my order but they said they havent and now when i try to talk to them they keep blanking me and keep saying it will be here the 18th of june and today is the 25th of june and still nothing ive ordered other stuff from them after i ordered the thermal printer and they came but that hasnt and now wish dont want to talk to me or refund me

Wish electric skateboard

I have a product purchased from wish and the delivery is supposed to be made through you. The tracking number provided to me for the product is RC135767802MY. It seems like there is an issue with the tracking number as it shows the product belongs to someone else as the address mentioned on the package is different. Please check the problem and give the correct tracking number or get the address on the package changed.

Wish price advertised is not the price charged, is 3 times more!

I have been adding to my cart items based on the price and picture advertized. When added to the cart, the $15 advertised became $49 plus $10 shipping. The same with other items, including shoes, coats, etc.. This is false- advertising! I suggest someone contact me and let me know how I can get the price advertised and why are you, as a company advertise one price, then charge another.

Wish 3 pair of sandals.

I was charged shipping for each item. That means that I was overcharged for shipping. My shipping charge was $21 for 3 pairs of sandals. The sandals were $10 each. It should have been shipping charges for the entire order not individual items. So, I should be refunded some of my shipping charges. I can be reached [protected] Eastern Standard time. Wish price switching

Many items I will add to the cart thinking the price advertised plus shipping is accurate. Once in the cart the shippibg cost is often one or more dollars above the quoted shipping price for the item. Going to the bbb, pretty sure the bait and switch is illegal. This company used to be good, now i think it must have new management because its gone downhill.

Wish rebates and credits

I am a loyal customer that has purchased dozens of items from you, but I have been unable to get help getting credits added to my account. I have received emails informing me of credits, but the have not been added to my account. No one disputes that I am owed credits, but I cannot get them added to my account to use them. I have deleted and reinstalled your app, to no avail. I have been patient at the request of your customer service. I am currently owed credits of $2.40, $1.00, $0.80, $1.10, $3.40, $1.70, $1.50, $0.10 and 10%. THIS IS MY 14TH COMMUNICATION REGARDING THIS MATTER. CAN YOU PLEASE RESOLVE THIS?
I have and order of several hundred dollars pending. PLEASE HELP.

Wish fraud scam

Ive been waiting on 5 of 6 items they lost the 5.one of them should have been to me 3 wks before date.its been just sitting in my town but cant tell me where.i was ginally told today that ine of my items isnt being tracked anymore so someone else has it they said ita lost in transit.his is the worst shipping company ive ever delt with other ppl ik havent had this trouble.im not reordering ahit.half was gifts what the [censored] am i suppose to do now..wishbis a legit scam they fraud ppl saying they sent they thwir requests.

Wish item not received

I've recently ordered an item - it says my item has been delivered however I havent received it
Every time i try to submit a refund request or contact support i'm in an endless loop with the Bot AI. How is wish able to tell my item has been delivered.

How does one go about applying for a refund when clearly the item hasnt been delivered. The AI on you bot needs improvement

Wish online order

Mmthey charged some money on my bank account that do not match with my orders! When I made a complain they said I have done it from another login (Facebook) but when I login with Facebook it shows no orders has been done. I have been around 2 months trying to deal with them, by email every day because the phone number they provide is just a record telling you to contact by email. Pure scam! Fraud! Do not buy from Wish. Disregard with clients. Steal money from you

Wish daily giveaway

I have claimed a smart watch on the daily giveaway 3 times now and every time it has said the item is out of stock. I always look at the product, read reviews, ect. the day before the giveaway. Right before the giveaway starts, like 8:59pm, I check again to make sure that the item I am going for is in stock. How is this item in stock at 8:59pm but a minute later, giveaway was at like 9:02pm today, when I claim the item it is out of stock?! I have won many other items from wish so I know it is legit but this is really starting to annoy me.

Wish laptop and a tablet

In april of 2018 I ordered a laptop and a tablet and it said I would receive it on may 31st of 2018 I never received either one of those items. I have called and I also sent 2 emails and I received an email back telling me to give it 2 weeks before the items will be sent sent. 2 weeks has passed and I still haven't received anything. Wish I can't send photo of my bank statement.

Hi wish I have tryed lots of times to send you a copy of my bank statement showing that I got thing from you. On the 11/6/18 I ordered something for £24.00 & £27.00 & on the 12/6/18 I also ordered something for £12.70 . My name is Mr cannice Patrick Mulvaney. Wish wish

I ordered 2 Items over a month ago and I still have not got it and the site told me it would be here sometime early this month. So then I went to customer support which is just bull-s*** it said write a question which I did and then it wound not let me send it because apparently I did not ask a question, and they don't even have a number to call someone to help you out I am very unhappy with this site and I will not be ordering anything off it again!

Why is it that an item will be !isted for $13, but when I check out it shows that the item is $18 plus $8 shipping which equals $26?

Wish non delivery of several items ordered

I have enailed called and done everything I can to contact wish.con In the past few weeks several items bot delivered. If I try and track them so are in chinese. Others May 30 say intent to deliver. Its June 21st. I had 3 items waited extra day as Wishes request never got here. So got refunds. I have several items coming from same seller tracking says in YM USA and that was wks ago. Not sure what YM even is. Wy? I use to get an email back from om a real person now if u have issue u get some auto support. It tells u the same info u already looked up. And asks if i will wait. If u sayno it asks why and hiw was support. Then it puts u through email. Well numerous times I have tried this and the form will not go through. Says u need a title or something. I have tried everything! Nothing sends the request. When u do get a refund they tell u 5-15 business days. They have yr money for a month and a half and u dont get credit for interest on cc for those items! They dont have yr back they dont care! U have no contact with the supposed sellers at all. Ebay u do and ebay tells u about translating issues. Also ebay has full tracking to yr house. Not like wish where its in there countries and hits USA you r on yr own. Clothes dont fit smell terribly items come broken or jewelrytarnish. Or brokenchains. Beads advertised as European are so tiny u can not see detail. Barely big enough for pan chain Or they are thread type beads advertised under European sizes. Or you wait over a month and they tell you to wait longer or company changes shipping date. Totally unexceptionable! I have spent over $400 and get treated like my input does not matter. On California BBB they gove them A plus rating but tons on negative reviews on that site. Is BBB getting kickback from them? Negative reviews over and ovet again means u shouldn't have A plus on BBB.

Wish return issues

Trying to return two items that are unopened. Following all of the instructions to essentially select an order to print an attached shipping label that is attached to an email. Except no shipping label is attached and no hyperlink is given. Asking for a supervisor is useless. Worst company that I have ever dealt with. There is no customer support phone number.

I want to return items. I found them to be very poor quality. I went through the steps you put on line and was unable to make contact. I was sent back to the beginning of the return process.
Time is running short to return in 30 days.
I need to know how to return.

I have been trying to return items ordered. I found that they were of poor quality. I contacted the place I was sent too, I never got to ask someone what I have to do to return. They did ask for a picture, I had already put items back in package. Since I am returning for poor quality, I don't think a picture would help. I am getting close to a return date and just want to send back.

Wish 1080 16x 16m digital zoom video camcorder dv camera / did not receive it

I purchased a 1080 camcorder on may 12, 2018 order # 5af6e71fac5a4e17b10798db and when I checked to see when it was going to arrive my order says that I received it but it did not arrive. This has been happening to many times and I am not impressed. My id # 5aa846a26d4cf3a2943a1f6l. Anna luz from customer support wrote me a letter stating that my original order was damaged in transit and another one was being sent in replacement of the broken one, she then wrote closed on my order and when I looked it said delivered june 1, 2018. It is now june 21, 2018 and I am still waiting for my camcorder,. I don't want to be refunded, I just want what I ordered and that is a 1080 16x 16m digital zoom video camcorder dv camera. Tracking # lz328548705cn. I have spent a great deal of my money at wish so I would like for you to get this matter resolved on your end and get back to me asap. The camcorder is a gift to my nephew who is going to tour europe for three months and I told him I had one ordered for him, now you make me out to be an [censored] to my nephew. I want this fixed asap and want that camcorder (red) to be shipped and not lost this time. I will be waiting for your reply, do not take to long please for time is critical and I think you should be sending it on fast delivery for the stress and inconvenience your company has made me endure
