Tap the "Order History" tab from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen
Select the topic.
Tap on the "Contact Support" button under that item
Follow the prompts through the Wish Assistant to submit your request
This will open a support question with our customer service team. We should be able to reply within 1-2 days.
