Wish.com paid for products, never received them, no money returned, filed claim, didnt do any good. this company sucks. dont waste your money. they keep it.

I ordered multiple products. Received two out of five. Reported it. I Filed claims, then go no answer back, checked again, went after date of claim so not only did i NOT get my product, theybwoukdnt give me a refund. They asked if i still wanted the producted, i said yes, couldnt get my money back. This company rippes people off. Its a shame, i was gonna order so much more from them.

Wish.com a hoodie and ultimately tour horrific customer service

I don't even know where to start. First off my last order I didn't receive like six items. I wrote somebody about it and they said to Open tickets on them all. So that's what I did. Then it told me that I was abusing your system and I got flagged. When I wrote in about that I kept getting different people who kept giving me generic answers. Finally got that all sorted and I made another order. For some reason on that order you shipped one item to my old address and the rest are coming to my new address. So you have a glitch. You delivered it to my old address so I can not get it. I'm trying to get it and we shipped on on Speedy shipping because it was your guys's glitch and I already waited two months and I've talked to I don't even know 15 people not an exaggeration because every time I write I get a different person I don't get to speak to the same person until it's done so they keeps also giving me generic answers and telling me they can't do anything or to wait or it's already been delivered or blah blah blah I have asked to speak to a supervisor repeatedly and been denied and you do not have a customer care call number and I'm about to bang my head against the wall. I want my item refunded I don't even want it anymore after all that sand once I receive the rest of my items from my latest order I refuse to use you guys anymore because this is just absolutely ridiculous

Wish.com boots

I received my 2 pair of boots I ordered. These boots will never keep my feet warm. It said they were winter boots. They look like winter boots BUT they definitely do not have warmth at all. Also I ordered a size 8 12 and these boots are more like a 9 or 9 12. I'm totally not satisfied. What is your procedure to return and to get a refund. I want to return both pairs of boots.

Wish.com account restricted

I bought a few items on the 6th of December on Wish with my Wish money. The next day my account was restricted and wish is requesting my bank statement. I'm so tired to get the same reply. I want my account to be closed and the Wish money to be paid out to me.

I was a victim of card fraud after placing an order on wish.com. I ordered a cheap ring and then found 2 additional charges the next day. Thankfully, my bank noted it and returned the money.

Everybody has the same story as my wish account which is restricted and no any real response to fix it, I think it just such a fake apps which try to collect our money. I hate this apps, no more try to fix my account.[censored] wish apps!

Wish.com daily giveaway

Hello, as far as the low prices and discounts on Wish, I am unhappy and having an inconvenient time on Wish.
"Why?" You may ask, it's because of the, "Daily Giveaway."
My sister gets free items every night.
There are SO many items coming for her... but, while she's
winning items, i'm stuck because i'm a computer user.

Computer users can't win the giveaway which SUCKS!
For me, i'm sad and wished that Wish would just let
computer users win the giveaway too!

Some of my friends are even mad and recommended me
to not use the app anymore, but I feel like if I tell Wish.. they'll
fix my problem.
Other computers are probably having a inconvenient time too!

Please fix this problem for the better of your company,

Wish.com vest

I ordered and received a vest on 11-19. The item did not fit. When I contacted support, wish, I got a stock email asking for me to describe the problem, attach the shipping label and take a picture of the item. I've repeatedly told them the I do not have the shipping label and don't have the computer literacy to take a picture of the item. Wish will not send anything except this same email. They won't contact me. I'm VERY frustrated with this type of run around. Because of THEIR delay, I'm over the 30 limit to return the item. I doubt that I will ever purchase anything elese on their site and recommend others don't either.

Ever time I try to enter my pay pal to pay for my Merchandised a keep telling me that something is going wrong when I tried to pay with my PayPal so I decided to put my Debit card on there and is refusing it so I would like to know what is going on with Wish I have been trying this for a few days now and you keep sending it keeps sending me messages saying I have stuff in the cart

Wish.com items not received and not being helped as i've had 2 refunds before

I've got 4 items that I ordered over 2 months ago. When I ask for assistance regarding these items, i'm told that I am being flagged as having excessive refunds. The two refunds I have had in the past were: 1st) electric arc lighter didn't work at all. I said I would send it back to wish, but they told me it was ok, they would refund me and I can keep the item (broken and useless item). 2nd) the item arrived past the latest expected delivery date, therefore missing my daughter's birthday. I had to buy alternative present and as the item had still not arrived, I asked wish to cancel the order. They refunded me anyway and the item arrived a few days later. I've placed over £100 in orders in the past 3 weeks alone, so i'd consider myself a good customer. Yet this is now coming to the point of cancellation of my account and cancelling all the items that are still being processed, requesting my money back and finding a new online site to shop at.

Wish.com returns process

I think that the procedure of requiring a photograph of the item to be returned is obstructive. Because I had already folded and wrapped everything back up again ready to go, I copied and pasted their own product picture - they said that was unacceptable. They cannot see a ‘defect' such as too big or too small or poor quality fabric so this requirement is simply obstructive.
I WISH I'd looked for reviews like this before I'd ordered.
The quality of the products are very poor - no wonder they are so cheap. I won't buy from this organisation again.

If it were possible to return the product for refund I would do it. Nothing fits. Won't be buying anything else from them. They insist on a photo of the item but my computer doesn't do that so I can't get past that part of the return process. This site is a big ripoff.

Wish.com complaints itself

One year ago, while in Wish online shopping (which I like) I put a number of items in the basket. When I went to pay I received a note on my laptop..."Oooops we have a problem" ever since (for a total of one year) I wrote to their site informing them of this. In total I wrote 16 times to their online shop and was asked 14 times if I would send a photo of the screen which was saying "Oooops we have a problem" I never received a reply in 12 months.

Today, Tuesday 11th of December 2018 at at about 0045 UTC or 1.45 nzst I tried to fix this myself. Unfortunately in doing so I accidently deleted my account.

What do I require: First my account back, then fix that " Ooops we have a problem" which shuts me out of the Wish site.

Whoever is in charge of this site, or the support manager is not up to the job, there is no excuse for not writing back to me. Please help me as I like the site but not the incompetent staff who handled by 16 emails for help.

Wish.com personal alarm keychains

I'd like my money back for these. you keep changing the delivery date. I needed them for a Christmas party on Dec. 9 . so I have no need for them now. Your toll free number is useless. Your prompt attention to this matter please. If I don't hear from you soon I will start a dispute claim with paypal. I ordered these all the way back in Oct. Thank you, Terri Cochran Szuch

Wish.com ordered items never received

Ordered items in October and November. Only received 2 items from the order submitted back in November. The items ordered in October totaled $17.00 and some change and the November order totaled $74.00 and some change. I received an email on November 21, 2018 in regards to the October order and was told the items was being shipped as of today's date no other items has been received.

I have tried multiple times to call Wish with no prevail. I paid for all these items up front through pay pay. I submitted a claim with pay pal and was told I did not file in time enough, which, was not true.

I am requesting assistance in either getting a full refund or the items ordered.

October order # is 1222. There is no address just an online support site. Which is [protected]@onlineshoppingwish.com.

2 items ordered in October never received order number #1222. 6 items ordered in November only 2 items received. Payments made through paypal and submitted a formal complaint and never heard back. I finally received an email November 21 informing me that my October order was on the way and as of today's date December 9, 2018 I have not received.

2. Product that I ordered on related app Geek was not delivered and I'm not able to contact customer service there.

Here are the order numbers for 5 keyboards I ordered on I Home that were advertised wrong I thought they were tablets. There's no charge back I have sent you my bank statement and her pay pal statement as asked. The order ending in 02299 is shipping to our daughter Carissa Funk at 25254 W Clanton Ave Buckeye, AZ 85326 I used Heather Morales Funks Pay Pal on 11/27/2018. it was for a total of $126.90. I received Jumper I am waiting on the Glow stars and ring. I want a refund for the two key boards, there's no charge back. The next order ending in 376D5 was purchased on Ihome on 11/27/2018 three keyboards advertised wrong I thought they were tablets. They are to be shipped to our home for Heather Morales Funk 1402 S Espina St Apt #1 Las Cruces, NM 88001. Method we paid pay pal theres no charge back I have sent you both of our bank statements along with pay pal receipts. item total was 99.99 order total was $110.70. I have sent numerous emails to wish surrounding there false advertised keyboards that I thought were tablets I even made a complaint with pay pal because they wouldn't give me a refund. Now they say there's a charge back which there's not. I have sent my bank statement receipt all of it with no help it's almost 200 dollars.
I'm lost at what to do next.

Wish.com did not receive product

I have ordered several small items and each time they have been delivered to someone else. The items are many different types of things like tools, nail polish etc. and they have been sent to different wrong people with a wrong address on every on every one but not the same wrong address. Call to the company have gone unreturned. I am glad I have not ordered anything that was very expensive.

I have ordered several things from wish...I love the bargains but by the time I receive the order, if I even receive my order, I have forgotten all about what I ordered...I ordered nail polish 2 times now and have not received either...these were ordered in sept and oct. why would it take so long to receive these items...Now you are saying I cannot get a refund because it has been longer than 30 days...I t takes more than 30 days to get items from wish...I'm sorry to say that I will not be ordering from wish anymore as of now...you never know if you will get your items or not...

Wish.com refunds for faulty and mis-sold items

I have had a number of problem with wish items either being completely different from the description or simply not arriving. I have tried to contact customer services but apparently because I have had to complain about so many terrible items (how is this my fault!?) I am no longer aloud any refunds unless I buy more stuff which will no doubt turn out to be rubbish as 90% of the orders I have make have. I now have no way of makeing a return of the items and no way of getting a refund. I don't understand how this can be legal. If Wish made sure the products they sold were legitimate then I would have had no reason to have to ask for a refund. I'm disgusted with this latest issue and terrible service. They've basically stolen my money. I ordered a cashmere item in small, what has arrived is a poly cotton XL item and I'm not allowed to get a refund? I have paid for items that have arrived and being as ordered, if not I have raised a refund request. Now i am being punished for their terrible items and service and being told I have abused their refund system! Give me a break!
