SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

Wish.comnever received the product I purchased and no response from seller when attempting to contact them

I bought a pair of ugg boots online from Wish for $105 on 12/3/2017 . After waiting 6 weeks I tried to contact Wish, 5 emails later, no reply.I then sent a message on Facebook, no reply, I posted a message on there Facebook wall and no reply.See Top 10 Worst Companies in San Francisco, CAI tried contacting them on customer support but as my item did not show up on purchase history I could not go ahead with my enquiry.I submitted a PayPal dispute 2 weeks ago and still have not heard anything. It has now been 2 months since I purchased the boots.
