Between may, 18th and may, 23rd I ordered a smart watch from wish and to this do it still has not come in. I am honestly get upset because I have been waiting for more the expected wait time. This should not be happening like this I will not be ordering from you guys no more and I would like for my smart watch to come in. The tracking number is 9400110895343013339961

I made an order and it was confirmed. Later it was declined. payment of 200 plus dollars made but i have not been reimbursed...

I'm complaining about my cellphone that I order from your in April and it's not worth my money that I payed for it so I done asked for my Refund back on my card ending in 4424 so here it is June and still have not received it back up there . Dear Sir, my Ex girl friend used my debit card on two different purchases for the amount of 142.23 dollars and 94.00 dollars and that was close purchases means 142 dollars and some cents ! Using my mater card and the last 4 digits are 0164, the card already been blocked and the money already been returned to me and I already had a police report, it is a FRAUD against my card and account and believe she put her email as [protected]@GMAIL.COM !

On June 07, 2017, I made a purchase for ten items, I paid $130.75 for my order. Well jine 09, 2017 comes an I receive confirmation that all my items had been cancelled and refunded . So I check to see if the money is back on my card so I can retry my purchase and ita not there...I went and emailed customer support...they ignore the fact that ive STILL not yet received my money back, but keep telling me I can replace my order. So I'm complaining today about this ridiculous out rage of cancelling my order but not giving me my money back. I would like an actual response as to where my money or my order is since I have nkt received the money I expect I've been sent my items! Please respond and thank you for your time.

Why do you guys check off the higher shipping amount? I almost had to pay an overdraft fee on my bank account. I had looked and the shipping said $2 but you guys checked off the higher shipping which I didn't see till I ordered. I had to cancel but not before you guys tried to put it through my bank account. I ordered a smart watch from wish a few months ago.. over a month after the item was scheduled to arrive I sent a message to support letting them know that I never received it. I asked for them to resend. They said they would. Then the next day they said they would not and that they would refund the money as per my request. First of all, I never requested a refund. Secondly, I had recently changed banks and they would only refund the money to the card used. That card no longer exists.
They sent their apologies. That's it. I got completely ripped off. "F" wish.com. They're a terrible company, with terrible customer service and standards. I would recommend that no one does business with them

I was having problems submitting my purchase 6/8/18 I was trying to purchase one smart watch when I submitted the payment it said it didn't go through so I kept trying and my bank infromed me that I purchased 8 watches and I only wanted to order just one can u please send the one watch and please put the money back on my credit card please sorry for the mistake

The products are generally what is stated and cheaper than a few other sites, but BEWARE. 1. You have to wait FOREVER & often packages arrive late, damaged or just get lost. 2. I have used them more than a few times, & 5 out of 11 products ordered were damaged or broken. I did receive partal credit or refunds on a few items after hours of back n forth with their very limited Email Support. The others I actually had to send back for a refund. Overseas shipping from the u.s. to China was way greater than the entire cost of your order, so you're stuck just throwing the item away. 3. Their New Customer /friend referral codes are fraudulent marketing - they don't work & are not honored. All 7 of my friends & Family were unable to use the upto 50% off Refferal Coupon. I felt so bad for talking up Wish, I even found other valid codes (online) & they failed too. "Support" was NO HELP. The introductory coupon is only good for your 1st purchase, but any Codes entered are cached to your Account & once the fail there is noway to fix it according to their Support team". Even the "discount" code I got after spending over $100 only applied to one item under $20. 20% of $20 is $4 NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. Their "Customer Support" is client (in-app message based) & frustrating at best. 80% of the time, I or my perps just canned responses. If your looking for cheap products from China, willing to wait 30-90 days, & gamble with your time and $$ Wish is the place for you. A few of their merchants offer expedited shipping & while it is expensive and you may get your item sooner, all the above still applies. Use Tophatter, Overstock, Zulily or just plane Amazon & save your sanity & ensure product quality!

This is not a complaint: I just need help
I have been a wish customer for more than a year and never encountered any problems purchasing. My last purchase was approx a year ago.
I started shopping again, and now encountering problems. First problem was, wish is asking the statement from my checking account showing statements of my purchase, then the picture of my credit card. This quite intrusive. So I use PayPal instead, this becomes problem number 2 because it says I have to contact the fraud protection via mail. This is the purpose of my email.
Is there anyway purchasing makes it easier?
can you approve my purchase using PayPal, so I don't have to send any pictures of my statement or credit card?

I am trying to place an order online at wish online store, when it comes to payment via paypal it redirects me to fraud detection. I cant seem to make a successful payment and everything of mine is in order. Please help resolve problem. My worry is they have access to my banking details, I am afraid they will debit money from my account because I have made so many attempts of purchasing online

on the 31st May i purchased a few items roughly 5-6 items and the purchase had been confirmed and is a statement on y bank account. i am signed in through facebook and i was never emailed any confirmation and now ive tried looking at my order history but all the purchases i made on that day are gone. i really dont know how else to put it expect that the item details (shipping, arrival etc.) are all missing and im not sure when my items are arriving or if they are even being sent over. Also none of the categories giving even relate to my issus

My boyfriend ordered me hidrocor celadon colored contact lenses "gray" and I never received them at all! I want my money wish and yous never help I also ordered a small derma roller and 60 pairs of eyelashes and never recieved them! Either refund or resend my items. It's not fair when I spend my money and do not even receive one package. So it would be greatly appreciated if you resend them please

At this time, could you please provide the following information regarding the charge you're seeing?

The last 4 digits of the credit or debit card charged
The Paypal or Klarna transaction ID (If Applicable)
The date of the purchase (the date on which the first charge appeared)
The exact charge amount and the currency
A screenshot of the charge as it appears in your statement (Please exclude any sensitive, identifying personal information)
Once I have more information, I can hopefully get this resolved for you. I'll look out for your reply but please let us know if you have any other questions.

I bought a virtual pet on wish on 06/05 and I paid with my card ( end 0482 ). The order was confirmed! So a few minutes later I try to buy another one for a friend and It doesnt go through. So wish blocks my account. So ok, I understand. For security issues blablabla. So they ask me to send ID, bank receipt. I do. They ask me to send a picture of my card. I do. Now they say that isnt the card i made the last purchase with. Might be, I tried a different one later but that one didnt work cause my account was already blocked. But as far as i am concerned I need to PROVE that this card IS MINE and so i do, i send all the pictures in the world. They keep answering like robots telling me i didnt. I have proof i did send everything you asked a billion times over and you are not unlocking it. As i ask why has it charged my card and been confirmed and the order is not moving and NO ONE ANSWERS ME. I WILL NOT ATTACH ANYTHING CAUSE U ALREADY HAVE MY [protected] E-MAILS.
So i expect an answer by tomorrow cause for god knows what reason u take a day to answer an email. Or i will take legal actions and i dont care that i am not located in the same county. You are playing with your custumers patience. Not a good thing to do.
