Wish.com my shoes order

I place a order with wish on 12/7/ or 12/8/19 and I order two pair of shoes, at first I put block on my bank account, my bank cancelling out after a few minuters or couple days. That's ok at least you put a stop to it I was not so smart I really wanted this beautiful pair of Snow Boots, In the middle of Nov and I still haven't received them as of yet I bought them with a beautiful really long jack that would have looked great together. I have made several complaints and still not getting anywhere and you can believe that I will make sure everyone I know and who they know I will tell one of them and you can bet they will loose a lot customer

Wish.com never received item

This company is no good. I paid for an item never received and won't refund my money. I am going on ALL possible social media outlets to warn everyone AGAINST EVER using this company. I purchased headgear for my son's tournament over 2 months in advance. Wish says they delivered it, so not their responsibility. I never received package and had to go last minute to a 3rd party to purchase headgear needed for competition. Wish maintains they fulfilled order but my local post office has no idea. I just wanted compensation for my $18 spent but realize the company doesn't care.

Wish.com mineral touch makeup primer

I ordered it on oct 3. You guys changed my delivery date twice. It was supposed to come by nov 9 and then nov 12. Then there was a message saying that the postal strike was causing severe delays in pkg delivery and I was asked if I would wait and I said yes. Well I still have not received the item but now i'm being told that it's too late for a refund. So you guys got my money and I get nothing in return? I also never received the free gift that I ordered in sept. If you guys don't fix this I will never use wish again and I will post it all over fb that you take people's money but don't send the items. I have ordered quite a few things and would like to order more but not if you guys aren't willing to fix this issue. It's not right that I got nothing for my money

Wish.com clothing I have purchased

Clothing is not standard size even thou I ordered a larger size.
It is not quality products and am very disappointed with the clothes
I ordered. at this point I would not order from here again. There is
no return paperwork to even send it back. I should know, if its too
good to be true, it usually a con.

Wish.com no response or remedy on order

I ordered a jacket, which was too small. I have contacted through chat 3 times. I want the same jacket in the largest size, since there is so much difference in Asian sizes and US sizes. I need the same jacket in the largest size available, same color. I have submitted photos with each contact. Please send this remedy, so I can wear it now.

Wish.com never got what I ordered

I never got what I ordered. Spent 45.0 and was told I would not get a refund unless I buy more items!

Wish.com products ordered not processed

I ordered crystals and florite stones. I filled my order properly and was directed to checkout to fill my email address and provided a copy of my bank statement. What company wants a bank statement with a wish purchase on the bank statement. I am a newcomer to wish. If I can't purchase in the first place why are you demanding a bank statement? Furthermore, I would not provide wish with a bank statement. That is personal information which should never be asked in the first place.in this instance, you lost a potential customer.

You send me a email saying I am special so I can order these shoes I have been looking at for 11.00 and when I go to order them they are 18.00 plus 10.00 for shipping why bother to lie and send me the email if you do not honor what you say? Wish.com unauthorized checking account charges...

On jan.5th or 6th 2019, my husband and I were on the wish website. We were looking at a floor mat/rug, but was a bit pricey so decided not to get it at this time. Before closing the webpage, we went to 'my account' and that's when we seen our 'billing info' was still there from a previous order made. I deleted everything then went to close the website but accidentally hit something that confirmed an order [ the mat we just looked at ]. I instantly cancelled it and received a message confirming the cancellation. Now, can you please tell me why our checking account shows that $108.00 dollars was taken out on jan. 7th 2019 by "wish"? And also, how was it taken out when all my info was deleted? I, nor my husband made any purchase in that amount from you. Please do the right thing and return our $108.00 dollars.

Wish.com service delivery

I ordered brushes in November 2018 and the had to be delivered on December 18, i also bought and electronic nail drill and some nail art with had to be delivered by 7 January 2019... it's the 14th of January and I havent received any of my items, even the ones that had to be delivered in December. No tracking info available I've had enough. I've been patient enough.

Wish.com y old account was blocked and unavailable for use with refunded wish cash

I had wish refunded a couple orders in December for month delivery or alternatively I delivery and received wish cash refund of approx 70 Dollars toy old account. Then immediately after trying to apply my wish cash to a ordermy account was locked up and I had toale a new one like it said I had to and in doing so I lost l refunded wish cash balance and have tried to contact support several times and had no luck in resolving this issue I have with my lost refunded money. I wMt other back immediately and asap simce this is a really big inconveinoce for me losing all that refunds that your company messed me over on. When will I receive results I am getting very aggiatated with this hassle of ur company.. pls fix imediately and asap thanks

Wish.com proof under my username on wish site. I give permission to the authorities to go on.

I figured I was patient enough. The last thing I wanted to do was this. I dont have bank account and like I said before I only have a global cash debet work card so I kindly ask you to please let me shop my $142.59 on your site also I was never refunded $138.00 back on to my global cash debet card. The wish web site also don't provide address May you please refund me? Thank you good day.

How can wish.com Peter szulczewski the CEO Rob people? He is someone with no financial problems taking from low income providers. I was trying to spend all I had left on my family. This hurts.

Wish.com mail order. payment rejection

You won't fix the problem to my account so I can pay my order. After reading the other comments I guess this is a regular day of business. If this isn't resolved in two days I'm going to cancel my $300 order and look for another company to buy from. I will block you so you won't be able to send me anymore advertisements. I will definitely not recommend to everyone that they buy from you. Your return policy is supposed to be easy but in no way have I been able to get ahold of anyone to help with that either. You have no phone numbers to contact anyone.

Wish.com dash cams

I ordered two Dash cams from wish.com on September 18. I also ordered another one on October 13. There was rotating postal strike in Canada shortly after that. Wish kept stalling me off saying wait a little longer, wait a little longer due to disruptions in the Postal Service. Finally on January 13 I got tired of waiting. The two Dash cams I ordered on September 18 they have just now told me that my window for a refund has elapsed. This was not my fault. As far as I'm concerned they should not have kept putting me off until the refund period was over.I am not pleased with the way this was handled and will not order anything from Wish again after my final orders arrive.

Wish.com smartphone

I ordered a smartphone from Wish, I ordered it December 5 2018, and was supposed to be delivered by January 6, here it is January 12 and its still hasnt came in and no updated tracking after it leaves China, i want my phone or a Refund, and my mail does not run on Sunday, i will not order anything else from Wish. Small things are shipped fast, but larger thinger things are so slow.

Wish.com two (2) separate orders for men's underwear (boxer shorts), both ordered in 3x large size, both arrived in waist 28 size (extra small)!

What do I need to do to get the proper size shipped to me ? Why has the same thing happened twice ? Do your shippers/suppliers
even READ the order size prior to shipping ?

What will you do to make this right ? Who are the suppliers/shippers ? Do you have any control over what gets shipped ?
When will you get back to me ? What can I expect from Wish to correct this ?

Wish.com non delivery of products and refund

The products hardly get delivered on time . The transportation charges are way higher than the product cost. On mon delivery of the items, the company though claims to issue full refund, only the product cost is refunded.
We do not get any response to the e -mails addressed to the customer care . It is a bogus site where they make profit by charging high transportation cost and do not deliver the products. On non delivery they do not refund the cost.
Pl donot deal with these fraud company

Wish.com I haven't received any emails or nothing about my complaints about this phone

A pro 4 + 32 black size 6 in phone total cost for 71 plus dollars this phone I had plugged in phone all the instructions to the T. It was plugged in for at least 5 days and did not work all it did was blink when it was plugged in never turned on it is done nothing I need to talk to somebody or at least have a email from somebody explaining to me what I must do to get this phone replaced or my money back in my bank I cannot afford $71 and have no product that works so I'm asking why can I not get some kind of an answer from this company wish dot-com I was told it would be delivered in 3 to 5 days it took over two months to receive this phone and when I received it it just did not work I have got all the parts and pieces in its box and I would like to know what I can do to get this situation resolved before I take further steps against your company that is not who I am all I want is my money back or a phone that works I can send this phone back I just hope that we can resolve this without legal issues I guess I'm just asking for away to take care of this you say you stand behind all your products guaranteed satisfaction and this is something that I have not received at this point in time so I just asked that somebody calls me Texas me emails me so that we can resolve this situation I don't want to have to go any further than your company and me but if I have to I sure will so please call me at [protected] or email me [protected]@gmail.com this is my last request for you people to get ahold of me somehow thank you

Wish.com forgot my password

I've tried my wish account all night I've never logged out and here I am logged out and can't remember my password so I press I forgot my password and it send me the link to change password well it didn't work I ordered a lot from them and now I can't get back in I have orders there I'm supposed to get now I can't see what's going on.this is really upsetting I'm a good customer so I don't comprehend why they logged me out and I can't get back in.this is really rediculous.
