I do all of my shopping online and have never ever had an experience like this. Their positive reviews can not be accurate. I ordered a product on July 12th, received a notice that it shipped July 16th with delivery range of July 23-Aug 3. Revised estimated ship date was Aug 9th - its Sept 6th and have not received package and only a computerized customer service which ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! Buyer beware if you order - and if you order and your product doesn't arrive on time, PLEASE SEEK A REFUND. They have a crazy refund window which isn't based on delivery but rather order date. After missing the delivery of the watch by almost 30 days, I called Customer Service - which is a audio message referring to the website, then sent multiple messages to Customer Service with no response and then logged in seeking a refund. The automated service indicated that the refund window closed on September 2nd and I could only get Wish Cash useable for their merchandise. I have no desire to order anything from Wish.com - I just want a cash refund. HORRIBLE DOESN'T DO THESE GUYS JUSTICE.

I hav order a clearing mop wit is not deliver to me till now... and aft 3 sept der is no update on the app about my parcel ... der is no C.O.D on app so I paid money online...one more order has place on my behalf... and decuted from my card by there own... wit out my permission... so I cancel ...still der is no refund of my money... from der wish app.

I recently received 3 items of clothing that were all sent separately. I have contacted you and requested refunds for all 3 items as they're not suitable. I've received emails telling me that refunds will be put through, but I need the address to send them back to you and I can't find an address anywhere on your website. I've tried to contact customer service, but it's an automated service and it doesn't give an option to type a request. This is completely ridiculous and frustrating me to the point where I'll never buy anything from Wish again. Can you please fix this!

I've made multiple orders on wish and have not received any of them. The first eta I received was 18 July 2018 which was changed to 25July 2018. But to date no delivery has been made. One of my order numbers is [protected] and one of the latest is ub150985668yp. I have attached the orders below of my orders. Please let me know what steps to take.

I order the 18 color starry sky shimmer glitter eye shadow palette sold by aimaqi. I waited almost a month to recieve the DGAFO palette and I was super excited when my package came in the mail.What I recieved was a small palette with only 5 colors. This is not what I ordered, I did not spend my money or wait all that time for this. I am extremely disappointed and I would like to be send the palette I ordered.

I returned numerous shipments unopened that I did not order. I don't know what was in the packages however Wish was paid through my checking account and I texted and talked to a sales representative of Wish
I asked that they refund my money to my bank account do to the fact that I returned their merchandise or they can send a check to my address. I haven't heard from them and I would like to have this resolved as soon as possible. This has cost me a number of bank fees because I couldn't pay for a unbelievable number of items at one time. I am on disability and I don't get enough to pay my bills. This has cost me over $300 that I never ever have in my account. I need my refund now! This has gone on too long.

The tablet arrived early. The screen was cracked and broken. Cannot access or swipe the touch screen due to the crack screen. Many cracks on the screen. Charged the tablet but it will not stay on. Unable to click on the apps and icons. It is useless. For a product that is supposed to be over $1000.00 dollars it is junk. Poor quality and poor workmanship. Very disappointed. This Wish company does not seem to be a very reputable company. Will not buy anything else from them. Thought I was getting a great deal for a good product. You get what you pay for. I will not make that mistake again.

Made one purchase on wish.com, then someone decided to use my credit card info to order McDonalds in Chicago, luckily MasterCard realized I was working in Northern Maine and blocked it and called me. Now I have never haad any issues before, I check card readers at ATMs and gas pumps before each use, and have an RFID resistant wallet. The only difference in my routine with my money was Wish.

I received the package today. It is a ring that I ordered for my granddaughter. When I got the package, there was a rip in the front of the package, but the ring was still there. The setting is crushed, the stone shattered. I would still like to get this ring if there is a way, I ordered rings for all of my five granddaughters. I don't even want to tell my little ten year old that she is the only one not getting her birthstone that she herself picked out. Please help with a resolution. Thank you.

Wish was purchased of amount $164.00 on may 3, 2018 and march 2 2018 amount I forgot it goes back to February 2, 2018i am homeless need my credit back I have nothing and im hungry and need to pay a bill. I think the blame as called old woman, until a very strange and scheming trend began appearing it keeps happening I know what I order and what I don't. On just six occasions of at least fifty orders I am definitely seeing items I order suddenly being re ordered the months later I'll look get it and scratch my head. Is this a regular practice for your business to re orders items and send them out because I shop almost daily. Items are often misrepresented in color beautiful or size you'll seriously show pictures of an item so far ction what sad actually ordered is flat out false which is illegal or at the very least shady! Ther amount of minus I didn't kidding for ther te ordered for items are just approaching 500 bucks is the shipping... his thay are the biggest shady deal you do but re ordering them putting me off until the date passes then saying oh eeek the date passed ri bad nothing though can do about it it is closed. Good happens shi often with items never every recieved you ask me to wait for some date when it doesn't arrive you say id to late now. I've considered hitting or at finding with an attorney who is up on the laws in ther bsod counties you deal with an cist of mailings scams flat out items that never show up are the mostly biggest country of China in flat out frauds misrepresentations and plain old lies about tnr product size color or desciption again China wins but this must recent practice that I can absolutely prove is that I am being made to believe ur id be offering the same thing over and over is such deception I am mad I looked at the consistency of this being done to me is weekly andis just stupid. All the above stated reasons that I dare say I suspected after a while sts note a may if fact. Do enough my own monitoring and researchit is a common thing being done to customers like me if a survey was taken off ther suspect actions eas taken by just 5000 customers like me who shop with consistancy with how long they tending customers and shut the so shopping your site believing we're are help less in holding someone accountable fot the millions of dollars yoh make getting these fake practices off ther companies you say youve got my back im going to find out. I bought two product's from wish for which they charged me in advance after that it took. 3 months but still they didn't deliver my products when asked for refund they said it will take next 14 weeks to deliver the product i suggest facebook not to take sponsorship to promote such kind of scam
They loot innocent people secondly i request all the people who do online shopping to be aware of the scam as I read in other complaints they are just collecting credit card or debit card datta

I ordered a number of items on wish that was free I paid the shipping and waited
Then wish says they did not recieved payment and cancelled the orders yet the money was paid to them

I have spend almost 1000 dollors on shipping and they have now taken money and cancelled orders
They are nothing but scammers
There the proof from my credit card that money was paid to them

I ordered three items from your site.
Before the 30 days after delivery was expected I went on to your site and clicked that the items had not been delivered.
I got a message saying to bear with you, you are working on getting the items to me.
Now I go on the site again and I get the message that I am out of the window to get a refund.
This is not on. I do not want store credit to order more goods that will never arrive.

I was to get my order on the 21 of August 2018 and i did not receive it and it is a Month now, I would like to know when i will receive my order.

I am a merchant and experiencing hell and theft from WISH.

This week they added a new whopper.

1) $50 fee for auto cancelled orders by WISH. Imagine that ! You sell an item for a $1 profit. and if their algorithm cancels your order they collect $50 from you ! It costs there system nothing to cancel your order !
2) They charge fines for delivery of products that arrive after some date they choose regardless of valid tracking number we provide.
3) This on top of 15% commission fees.
And the list goes on. There is no customer service and you can't get in touch with anyone.
So many other complainers.
Real scam..

I bought something on wish, then when I checked paypal I saw I'd been charged twice. I checked the wish app and sure enough, it said I bought the item twice. I definitely didn't. I'm not some old person or an idiot with computers, I've actually got a degree in computer science, so yeah... Wish refused a refund and so did paypal. Avoid both companies, they don't give a [censored] about customers whatsoever.

There was an issue where my Google account was broken too and there was identity theft and had to make a bunch of fraudulent claims which I have sent in bank statements one was an ePay cartridges which is a child support card which I do not get a statement for so I can try to give him the best information that I can all Ford even pay for things that I did not get and they will not clear up my account
