I placed an order 2 months ago. I did not received it within the estimated time. I did not want the refund, i wanted the order so i chose to wait another 2 weeks. After two weeks my order still not arrived and when i try to do a refund they stated i have had too many refunds BUT that i should keep ordering... WTH?
My last order (same order, of which they told me to reorder with the refund) was sent to another province NOT my fault ... the three orders before, came in.
This website is VERY hit and miss... They won't refund me, they won't contact the seller, they won't find my order yet they want me to spend more money and order more items...

I think if you spend less than $10 you get your stuff but, if spending more... Good luck...

Also, they keep sending me generic emails and not one of the emails have anything to do with my complaint or have any valid solutions

I have ordered clothing items in May 2018, I have complained numerous times and every time I logged a complaint, I got the same response that my orders were refunded to my Credit Card, I've checked my Credit Card Statements and nothing to date has been refunded. I just need the items to be re-instated and delivered to me. I've also attached my Credit Card Statement on numerous times for your consultants to confirm no refunds done to date but still nothing done.

Good day
Kindly find attached Credit Card Statements (May, June, July, August) and see that no refunds were done back onto my account.
No refunds done in all these 4 months.
Please do not do a refund as I still need all my stuff delivered to me.
I copied in all the orders I made in my previous email with reference numbers.
Please advice of the dates the refunds were done, per order as refund transactions do not reflect.
I however, do not need the refund but need the orders delivered to me.

Order ID (it starts with a 5 and you can find this on your order confirmation email)
Full name as it appears on your Wish profile
Last four digits of the credit card used to place the order AND the exact date and amount of the charge in US Dollars
If you used PayPal please provide the Unique Transaction ID which can be found on your PayPal statement
If you used Klarna please provide the Klarna reference/statement number, which can be found on your Klarna statement

on the 24th of september i believe it was, , i order four items that were never processed or shipped to me. there was x3 lead lights with a string and 10 photo holders (4x6) size on all. also there was a aqua type coloured speaker. if this issue is unable to be fixed in anyway possible or if i am unable to get the things i have payed for ($75 dollars worth) i would like a refund asap.

I have ordered several items off WISH and most of them are cheaply made. There are ads for 925 sterling silver jewelry that are not sterling silver but alloy, ads that state cotton and it's cheap synthetic, and many more. These ads are blatant fraud and false advertising. It does not matter if it is $1.00 or $100.00 if it is not what is advertised I deserve my money back. I did receive a few refunds and now I been banded from more refunds being accused of taking advantage of the refund policy. When the items I get are fakes it is WISH that is taking advantage of me. Out of about 15 items only 1 I got was worth it. I still have about 6 more yet to be delivered mostly sterling silver jewelry which I believe will also be fakes only good thing is most I did not pay more than $3.00 for.

So I ordered my survival bracelet on August 19, 2018 and it said that it was delivered August 30, 2018 but I never got it. I want a full refund and my bracelet shiped by the end of this week. It has been over a month since I ordered it. It better be here by October 19, 2018. When i went to go check on where it was they said that it was lost in shipping. This makes me sick. The bracelet was for my twin sisters 16th birthday. I want it now.

I have been trying to get a refund for some charges on my debit card that I didn't order. I have notifications on my phone when my debit card gets charged. So I went online to their website and cancelled any orders. I emailed customer service right away and they said a refund would be out in a couple of days. After one week I still haven't received it. So I called my bank and disputed the charges. And emailed back customer service they said that they would expedite the refund. Its been almost a month now and I still haven't received a refund or any order. So they have basically stolen $98 out of my bank without my permission and won't return it. They should be out of business doing crime's like this.

I have 5 outstanding items that should have been delivered a month ago. When I try to request a refund, they say I must first purchase more items to get my account in good standing order. They directly accused me of abusing their refund system. I find this offensive as I am not a thief. If they check the tracking numbers, they should be able to see that I did not receive my purchases.
I logged a complaint on the 3rd of October 2018 (Your request ([protected]) at [protected]@wish.com, but they only respond with automatic generated emails. I am keeping the threat open until a person responds to me.
I've made additional 3 purchases, but still cannot request a refund.
They refuse to tell me how many items I must purchase to get my account in good standing.
I studied their terms and conditions as well an no where do they mention that your account can be frozen due to refunds requested.

Wish fines their merchants 20% of product prices if tracking does not show up in 7 days, They fail to realize that it can take up to 10 days for tracking to show up on some carriers. We would like to know what do you do with the FINE money, do you give it to customers or is this another revenue stream to defraud sellers. The fines are ludacris and put sellers at a loss. Wish should seriously get rid off the fine policy, this will be their demise as seller will get fed up. Sellers are being exploited and not treated fairly. Sellers should be given WISH fines, not the other way round, ungrateful bunch, who is the ones that feed you? the seller and buyer.

Some of these fines are like, really are you serious.

So we would like to know what has wish done with Fine Money they collected, must be in the millions. where is that Money, what did you with it. Did you give it to the buyers or did you keep to increase your profit margins.

I ordered 40 dollars worth of stuff and still haven't recieved none of it I want my refund and I have emailed from the app plenty of times if I don't get a respond or refund I'm suing because y'all just took $40 from me and I haven't seen no product including the phone case I bought I ordered from the website on September 21 and sent a complaint a week afterwards and no response..the next week I I emailed again no response y'all have to do better with y'all service I don't recommend anyone to order from here I ordered a total of like 6 things and haven't seen anything I will be contacting someone above y'all and inform them of your poor service
