my order history

I ordered a bookbag and i was trying to track my order and my history has been erased so how can i track my order? it is due to be delivered on the 13th of January. today is the 13 of January. why has my order history been erased?
This is making very hard for me to want to do business with this company. I really like this site and wish to keep doing business with you. Please help me find my order. Thank you

A friend placed an order and they took her money and then deleted her account. She has repeatedly asked for a refund, which they refuse to address in their boilerplate emails. I would never order from this site.
