Wish.com fraud

I ordered a number of items on wish that was free I paid the shipping and waited
Then wish says they did not recieved payment and cancelled the orders yet the money was paid to them

I have spend almost 1000 dollors on shipping and they have now taken money and cancelled orders
They are nothing but scammers
There the proof from my credit card that money was paid to them

Wish.com three ordered items not received

I ordered three items from your site.
Before the 30 days after delivery was expected I went on to your site and clicked that the items had not been delivered.
I got a message saying to bear with you, you are working on getting the items to me.
Now I go on the site again and I get the message that I am out of the window to get a refund.
This is not on. I do not want store credit to order more goods that will never arrive.
I formally request that you refund my money.

Wish.com merchant account

I am a merchant and experiencing hell and theft from WISH.

This week they added a new whopper.

1) $50 fee for auto cancelled orders by WISH. Imagine that ! You sell an item for a $1 profit. and if their algorithm cancels your order they collect $50 from you ! It costs there system nothing to cancel your order !
2) They charge fines for delivery of products that arrive after some date they choose regardless of valid tracking number we provide.
3) This on top of 15% commission fees.
And the list goes on. There is no customer service and you can't get in touch with anyone.
So many other complainers.
Real scam..

Wish.com double charged

I bought something on wish, then when I checked paypal I saw I'd been charged twice. I checked the wish app and sure enough, it said I bought the item twice. I definitely didn't. I'm not some old person or an idiot with computers, I've actually got a degree in computer science, so yeah... Wish refused a refund and so did paypal. Avoid both companies, they don't give a [censored] about customers whatsoever.

Wish.com buying a rating

There was an issue where my Google account was broken too and there was identity theft and had to make a bunch of fraudulent claims which I have sent in bank statements one was an ePay cartridges which is a child support card which I do not get a statement for so I can try to give him the best information that I can all Ford even pay for things that I did not get and they will not clear up my account

Wish.com order

I ordered 2 makeup brushes and 1 popsocket about 3 months ago, the delivery dates have passed a loongg time ago and when I go to check the where's my package it's outdated. Wish is fraud and stole 15 dollars and i still havent received anything . On top of that they won't let me have a refund. Horrible app. I HATE IT. So angry and frustrated! I have once bought the same brush and Ioved it that's why I ordered 2 more, never received them though. So annoying!

Wish.com order has been filled in duplicate and triplicate and charged to my credit card twice.

All order were received in duplicate and triplicate. When I try to get return instructions, I only get the run around and never get to speak to a person. My credit card has been charged twice and I disputed the charges this morning. The quality of the items ordered were such poor quality that I would have to order at least a 2X when I wear a medium. I have deleted my information and I will never order from this site again. I would like a full refund for all charges and for Wish to pay for the return shipping. This is fraud at the highest level. Rip off!

I ordered several items in a size XL rather than the usual size M that I usually wear. Each and every item has been at least two sizes too small and was very poor quality. I am seeking a full refund from Wish.com plus charges to return the undesirable items. I have never been so disgusted and disappointed with any business ever. I have tried contacted the company on numerous occasions and only get transferred from one department to another with no option to speak to a real person. This is nothing less than credit card fraud in the form of false representation.

Trying to purchase an item but keep receiving a msg saying I have user account and payment issues and to go to www wish payment issues to resolve this problem I did that but could not resolve anything I found that site to be confusing I have made previous purchases from wish without a problem from the same account can I get help to resolve this problem my email is [protected]@mail.com

Wish.com a jacket I bought and paid for but it was way, too small and a 1 000 piece gel pen set also pd for.

I have been doing business with this co. since mid March this year, I have spent a considerable amt. of money on their items. I am looking for my refund on a jacket that I ordered for $13.00 and a set of 1, 00 pieces of gel pens, which were ordered some time in late april. I have heard nothing about my jacket, just go to this web site and then go to this web site, I am being yanked all over the place from these people, I have gotten things I had never ordered and don't get things that I have ordered, please what can I do to resolve this mess, its just not fair, you never get to talk with a live person, its always go to this site or that site, I'me so sick of this crap, I have spent a lot of money for things from wish.com, but no more I am through, , they are not very nice people and half the time I don"t think that they understand English, what can I do to remedy this mess, I am so thru with wish.com, and I know ime not the only one either. Wish.com my refund please... sike you thought I was gonna say please? I am not that flexible

I cancelled so many items on august 23 and 20 but they still havent texted me saying that I go my refund. This is what they said

"me: I did not receive my refund.

Wish: we have checked our system and can confirm that the refund was processed on saturday, august 25, 2018. Sometimes, it can take up to 14 days to show up on your statement. If you don't see it, please contact your financial institution.

Wish: please note that if you cancelled your item, you may not see the initial charge and therefore, the refund in your statement.

Wish: this happens because the original payment wasn't deducted from your account since you cancelled the transaction within a few hours of placing the order.
If you're still unable to confirm by saturday, september 8, 2018, don't hesitate to reach out to us again."

How can I trust those words? I want to, I try to. But wish? Why do you make your costumes saffer? Arent you suppose to make thwm smile and happy talking about how great you are? Do you like money that much? Are you that broke?

Right now after reading this message, i'm pretty sure you'll want to disband me from your store! But guess what? I am grace lidji emmanuella (I am black and an iron head) and I declare war on this shop.

You (french)"hanackers" (english) you hackers! You thieves! You know good for nothing! You can disband me.

But I will create a new account what's up wish. Are you guys that low? Do u want us compainers to find where you really are? Where your location is? And what's your true names? Again I grace lidji emmanuella will find a way to make you pay! (even if it has to go to the civil case of course)

Wish has debited my checking account for $66.00 on 8/13/2018. I did not order anything. My Order History doesn't indicate any new orders either. Your immediate attention would be most appreciated. See

Wish.com my $66.91 that I spent for 2 wifi camera and wireless receiver.

I purchased 2 WiFi at home security cameras and the wireless receiver. The total was $66.91 and it is not what I got. Yes it was a camera box and when I opened it I was stunned and furious to find a disposable camera and a piece of paper that said instructions on the front and on the back said smile. I ordered it under the Gmail egosumgeneranti and no longer have that Gmail. My new Gmail is [protected]@gmail.com. I have a new Wish account with this new Gmail. My name is Michael A. Scriven and the order was shipped to 216 S. Kansas, Wichita Kansas, 67211. Please give me my money back, please. I still am at shock and disbelief that something like this would happen to me from you. I was a vert good customer. I am very disabled and bound to a wheelchair for the rest of my life after nearly dying in a car accident and am poor with a monthly income of only $769.00. Please credit my new Wish account the $66.91. You can find my new Wish account at Michael Scriven and [protected]@gmail.com. I will reorder the same things rather a different seller than the last. I still need security cameras for my house because of the recent crimes in my neighborhood. Thank you.

Wish.com withdrawal

I have a withdrawal in my Chase bank account from my debit card on 8/24/2018 for $202.35 from Wish.com and I have no idea why since I haven't ordered anything. How do I get my money refunded back? If someone could please contact me back that would be greatly appreciated. I cant find my account so I cant see if anything was purchased.

Wish.com my paypal was hacked

I downloaded an app called Wish, when I purchased a shirt I wanted to pay with PayPal and was prompted to put in my PayPal user name and password . A few days after my PayPal was hacked and money taken out of my bank account I only use for PayPal, two amounts to odd fake business names I never purchased from . I had to close my bank account, I wanted to close PayPal but I have to wait 80 days they said, PayPal was no help and wouldn't accept responsibility since the amounts taken out didn't read as PayPal but as fake business names . Wish or someone associated with Wish got into PayPal and took my bank account number and info .

Wish.com my order

I have at least 4 items I ordered and 3 months I have not received my product. I have spoke to your people 5 times and nothing. I was lied to the last time By John Davis case #WI17023865 His ID# is WI0471 out of Phil. Pa.
He told me my product would be delivered this past Wed. 8-22-18, I ask him if you cant deliver in 3 months how am I going to get my product in a week? He lied. You entire company is a lie and does questionable business at best

Wish.com gel pens order

I ordered the 140 Gel Pens 7/21/18 from Wish. What I received was a small bag of 20 refills, no casings. This is false advertisement. Even though we are ordering low-priced items, we wait forever. When we finally receive, it should be what we chose. Can you please have the 140 Gel pens sent to me. Also, I am still waiting for the Dragonfly necklace purchased at the same time. I will continue to order from Wish if I receive what I order!

Wish.com withdrew 562.65 said refunded but not

On Aug 17, 2018 I added items to Wish cart total 562.65. I then tapped on a button that i thought was going to allow me to review my order. Instead it placed the order. It said right then your money will be refunded on the 17th of aug. It has not. I have left numerous messages with customer support and the Peter Z. the CEO. He has yet to respond and customer Support from Mary said she was glad to hear my money was refunded. I sent her back an email saying i had not received any money.

i cancelled some of my items then they said they'll refund me on my account. i went back and look on my wish account and waited for whatsoever message that said you where refunded by wish, but No! they all say thesame things when you cancel an item the say the same damn message check it out this is what they say"Hi Grace, I'm Wish's support assistant!
Your refund was processed on Saturday, August 25, 2018. The credit should appear on your Credit Card account by Saturday, September 8, 2018.

Wish.com clothing/shoes

I have been attempting to return 2 pairs of shoes for over 2 weeks now. Wish has not sent return labels as promised. The site is bogus and has set up a site making it impossible to return items and have money refunded to your credit card. Just now i tried to get customer support and was unable. So i decided to see what would happen if i clicked on "browse"the site came up immediately. Ijust want to return my things and get my credit. Card REFUNDED. THIS SITE IS A RIP OFF AND A SCAM.
