I have ordered multiple laptops and tablets, none of which I've received. The lastest; was ordered in May with the estimated delivery date pushed back three times. Finally you offered a refund but I 'd rather have the laptop. Why such awful customer service. Why can you not complete a simple transaction? Also, you have your support set up with inappropriate responses instead of allowing the customer to choose their response. No apology or explanation as to why I can't get what I ordered .

I have ordered 2 computers at separate times - the first one got "lost" in China and they were unable to track. The second one is marked as delivered on 6/13 - when I sent a message to their service department it was unanswered. I sent a second and a third and customer support messaged me to say that the computer was delivered to the wrong address.

It is beyond a coincidence that I don't have an issues receiving small items like makeup brushes, nail gems and phone cords, but to computers to my can't arrive (all items are being delivered to the same address).

I feel these are lame excuses and probably never shipped to begin with. I am very angry.

I purchased a octa core cell phone two wks ago...I received June 25...I took it to a straight talk store to have it set up... Which it is.. Except... When u turn it on it says no service... I've taken it to couple of repair shops and was told the phone is defective and could not read a sims card... The phone was bought in a pre paid gift card so refund is out of the question...I received an email from someone and I explained my situation but the person was very insisted on a refund and to send acct number...I emailed back and told them I would send back the defective phone as soon as I received a working one... Besides after receiving a phone that doesn't work I'm not going to trust anyone with that information

I have made a purchase and it's still hasn't gotten to me nor have I received anything about my stuff I need to get I. Contact with someone ASAP I order 18 pieces of merchandise missing and I need them to contact me ASAP ! I have a lot of things that I ordered and I didn't get anything I payed for it and the money was taking off my card for my things but I don't have anything and I have all sorts of things that some were gifts and couldn't even give away I need them

I ordered a package in feb 2017. I never received my package. I have been going back and forth with them on there support chats and have still not received my refund. They even show the item never departing from China. I have tried contacting them at the local headquarters and also received no resolution. I would just like my money back for what I paid for and they KNOW I didn't receive.

I have not received these items I have tried to contact them I cannot get it person they say they've been delivered and they have not they might have been delivered to somebody else but I have not received them in until I do I will not shop with them they're bad business their items come late things don't come and they say they do they say they got your back but they don't

I order this for vbs at our church and paid $55 shipping and started getting the items after our vbs still do not have what I ordered. I asked to stop shipment on june 13th and get robo messages. I called customer service left a voicemail and was never called back. I got text messages and answered them and still robotic (generic text over and over. I want a full refund of $98.80 back on my card ending 8598 I paid with. I refused two packages and sent them back and the last package I received doesn't have a return address it's foreign postal people can't scan it. Your shipping is outrageous and slow. I will return not accept any packages I get from you. So stop them and give me a refund like I asked june 13, 2018. You have been turned over to bbb also.

Request # [protected] for the amount of 477.50 needs to be canceled as it was and is a mistake. For some strange reason the WISH Company went in and imediately put the transaction through and it was a mistake. This is the third time I have tried to cancel and keep getting the run around. I have called the bank and placed a hold on my account and they need to hear from your company immediately so I can use my money. Why it went through so fast on your companys end is fishy also. I have contacted BBB and they are aware of it also. I have several friends that have ordered from your company several times but never again now. This is absurd. Why can I not go right back in and cancel the order immediately? This whole thing is fishy that's why I have involved everyone I can.Please take care of this immediately as I am a disabled single lady and I need access to MY money. I expect a quick reply. Thank you I hope.

I ordered in May $900 worth or assorted things. Alot of the things were womens clothes size 5 XL not one single thing fitted me...in fact they wouldn't even fit my friend who is a L. I'm really disgusted. The entire money I spent on these clothes was a complete waste of money and as I'm disabled and housebound and in desperate need of clothes I thought this would be the way to do. Now I just have a massive pile of useless unwearable clothes.
I'm trying to tell as many people as I can that Wish is just a ripoff...

I am so dissapointed of what happen to my order Ive been recieve an items many times which is wrong, yet I never complain anything. Before I was satisfied with some items I got but I get shock its like terrible experience or its like scam to me, what happened? I waited for so long almost 6 months ? I put over two thousand tward my wish cash so I could buy the kids stuff and when I hit the order now button it said they were sorry that they need a picture of my bank statement, now I'm not sure what's going on I've never linked a bank account to wish and never would I do not even have a bank account. Wish has over 2000 of my money frozen in wish app and I don't have any way of getting my money back or any way of buying anything.and yes I've sent wish alot of emails complaining about the problems and wish will not fix it or give any of my money to me.

My account was restricted and they refuse to fix it.. Can't place any orders.. Customer service refuses to to tell me why.. Can't talk to a live person to resolve it.. They keep sending me the same response that my account was restricted per user aggrement.. But dosent tell me anything.. I can't even delete my account info or add new info.. You can't change credit cards even if you use paypal.. So guess i'm going to shop someplace else or rather, a real company.. Because this one is obviously fake

I have purchased a doogee mix 5.5 inch amoled hd screen 4g unlocked smartphones android 7.0 mediatek helio p25 2.5ghz 3380mah battery 4gb ram+64gb rom 8mp+16mp dual cameras unlocked cell phone from the wish online company.
They have promised to deliver the stuff on or before 21 Jun 2018 or they will make a refund.
Unfortunately after 3-4 days of the purchase, I have noticed a comment saying the goods was delivered. Then I contacted the Wish customer support and they indicated it was just mistake and confirmed that a refund can be given if the goods fail to arrive before 21 June.
But I have not received the phone until now.
Now the 'customer support 'of Wish doe snot respond to my queries and keeping quiet about my
refund

All the Sterling silver is fake I have purchased over 70 pieces and had them tested they were all fake silver please have this online company stop advertising Sterling silver 925 when it is not. I have taken each and every piece of jewelry, eat rings, rings, brackets, anklets, necklaces, to be tested and nope they failed miserably. Please help to investigate this is not right what they are doing to people.

I have already 25 to 35 things from wish out of all of those things I have received three green blue and gray contact lenses when I have ordered rings earrings bracelets Nails close shoes and never got none of it then they tell me that they're sending me a refund to prepaid cards that I no longer have so I'm losing out both ways even though I would like to have my stuff and not the money back cuz that's why I ordered it cuz I wanted to stuff I'm losing out I told lots of people about wish and I'm regretting it they have no phone number to talk to somebody just a website that never answered you so anybody that has ordered from wish your plan started from wish I'll invite him to stop now

I ordered a sweater on wish and they sent me a completely sweater that I did not order. Twice they said it was the right item when it was clearly a completely different sweater. After sending over 50 emails and sending the item back I still have not received my money back. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I still not have talked to a real person.

I placed a couple of orders back in april 2018 and still haven't received my order. When I checked my order history, I was asked if I wanted to wait a little longer which I agreed to. But I got tired of waiting and went to customer support from my account only to see a message that "the refund window was closed". I have no idea what this "refund window" is but I should not have to pay for an order I never received. I still haven't received a response from customer support nor can I reach a live person to talk to.

Be careful in ordering rings or jewelry, you will get what they want you to have. The last thing I ordered I haven't seen yet and that was back in march smh... This company is a farce and they're laughing at us "dumb americans"! The commercials are misleading, they should have a skeleton at the door waiting then have it come alive when the doorbell rings. I mean exactly who do you call for this the better business bureau? It should be called 'you wish you could get this but we're a scam!'

I bought a inflatable castle pool and everything was awesome about it except the main part the bottom wouldn't stay up so wish sent me a label and I 1yr Yes to text back that i did not have the boxes it came in I was more than glad to send back so I couldn't talk to them on that order after they sent the label so I 1yr Yes calling also 1yr Yes texting them on other items I have bought. All they say is contact them on the product I wanted a refund from so I contacted the products owner and they said were it was low cost and had water in it they do not want product back either or my son is turning 2 July 11 and I ain't got a pool for the kids so please help
