Wish.com unable to use wish cash.

I bought 25 dollars worth of wish cash in order to receive my 5 dollar bonus. When I go to check out the app constantly asks for me to enter my card so I can't use my wish cash. I clearly have 30 dollars in wish cash that I cannot use. I even tried going on my personal computer to purchase my items with my wish cash and still no luck. I also tried contacting customer service but there is no one to talk to please resolve this issue.

Wish.com several items not received

Hello,

During summer I ordered several products at wish.com. Very fast many of them arrived even before the expected delivery date but since then nothing else was received!
I ordered most of them for my daughter's BD (27 Oct) but since July-August I didnt get them. Please check my orders and send asap the midsing items. Thank you in advance!

Wish.com misleading advertising

I would like to know why the products are advertised at a certain price but when you select the product the price increase .See example below, In this case the price changed to R175.00 but was adverised for R26.23.
I have placed an order and when I select”place order” it told me that some items cannot be shipped to my country but it did not indicate which products. On the catalogue it does'nt indicate which countries the stock can or can’t be shipped that the buyers will know beforehand.

Still no refund, I have submitted everything thy asked for tracking numbers, pictures of the product and pictures of the parcels after it has been received.I had to pay handing fee in my country for the parcels received, now I have to pay again to send the products back whereas it could have been cancelled when I did the cancellation before it was shipped.

I cancelled this Wish order they said they refunded me but I never received the money nor the goods.

I ordered a mobile phone and it said the Bluetooth headphone was a free gift so I clicked on white Bluetooth headset when I finally received my package a month late it was only the Bluetooth headset no mobile phone theselector pictures clearly say the phone is in the package can I do anything about it seen as it's false advertising

Wish.com daily giveaway

Hello for the past month, I been trying to win a free giveaway, but it will not let me choose until the give away is over. I get on there 20 mins before it start, not only that I refresh the app and it still does not work. I even try to refresh the the page I'm on, and it still does not work. Is this giveaway a scam or what. Cause I shop with you guys all the time so what's going on

No, it's not a scam. After a week of trying I won the daily prize. Instead of refreshing the page I click 'recently viewed', then click back on the daily prize and just keep going back and forth between those pages until the items are ready to be claimed. There are so many people trying at the same time that it makes it difficult to claim a prize but if you keep trying I'm sure you will eventually snag one. Also, there is no reason to get on the app 20 min early. I set my alarm for 9pm and start then. I think the time I won the prizes finally changed to claim at like 9:12, but it can be anytime between 9:00 and 9:15. This video helped me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JUcXXVzriKE

Wish.com daily free giveaway

I did the giveaway with boots and I come have screen shots to prove it and I cant place the free order to ship due to an invalid giveaway. Its very upsetting. I feel like this is a false advertisement. I haven't had any complaints and I really enjoy the app and shopping on wish but of your going to advertise make sure the company goes through with it.

I too live in Mountain Standard time and when playing Daily Giveaway, there are still items available but they all tell me no longer available. I can hit an item with in 20 seconds of start claiming and everything is gone! Discouraging when my kid can hit a prize almost 2 times a week! UGH!

Wish.com misstaken mail I guess

Hello,

I had a mail from you about pay pal receipt today (17.10.2017) at 16.07. It was about 124 dolars payment for Item #[protected] from paypal. But i have neither wish account nor pay pal account. Maybe one of your customers wrote a wrong mail adress. I just needed to inform you if you want to inform your customer.

Wish.com booty firm refund

My name is kristy robinson, 3145 richmond st. Philadelphia pa. I ordered the booty firm cream about 6 months ago. It does not show up in my order history as well. Since my 1st order i have recieved 5 more packages which I did NOT order. I also assume that money is being taking out of my account without my consent. I want a address to return these packages and a refund of my money. The product also is ineffective and i am very unhappy with your app. I used to order things quite often but now i no longer trust that my money will not be taken and more products sent.

From wish on 24th September
Yesterday i received that product and check all the component but some of them are not working and some are counterfeit
I tried to contact wish by many days but they blocked my account without any prior notification
Previously i ordered 20-22 item some of them didn't receive and i had tried to refund they blocked my account
So
I would like to request to wish please unblock my account or refund my all money
Here i mentioned all the details and attachments so kindly check that

Total no. Of 4 items didn't receive and 1 is counterfeit

Wish.com daily giveaway

I got the brush set daily giveaway but at checkout it says I can't place my order because I have an invalid daily giveaway in my cart. Why? I got excited but now I can't checkout and time is ticking. Can someone explain why it does this I really want a giveaway and havnt had any luck unroll now.
* I put a bunch of 1's to not give away my address but with my address put in it still does this .

Wish.com received two wrong size of shoes.

Hello there. My name is Maria. I would like to find out what happened with my previous order. I can't find anywhere. When I open my email I got error message 404 . What is this? Bank A/C shows I have paid the items. I also sent email that I never been contacted. From my first order from 17th September'17 I have received to different size of shoes.The name of shoes is 2017 New Women Casual Sport Shoes. I like those shoes, but I can't used them because one is too big. I have sent picture of those shoes with my question what to do next, but never got the answer. I would like to have refund of $23.00 and what should I do with those shoes? Please help. I can't contact Wish customer service anywhere. Best regards Maria Leszczynski

Wish.com unreceived goods and items being delivered I haven’t ordered

Hi, I have brought numerous goods from wish.com and recently there delivery has been extremely poor. The pictures bellow are just 2 of the items I haven’t received other items delivered are products I haven’t ordered. I have sent numerous requests informing wish.com they haven’t been delivered but I have had no response.I have purchased these items they have taken my money and I expect to have my goods delivered in a timely manner. Wish.com treadmill weslo machine

i Paid for Weslo 5.9 size which fit to 275 lbs and the machine I received 5.2 which fit for only 250 lbs. I want to return this wrong machine and they sent shipping label they prepaid for only for 70 lbs via USPS and they sent it to me via UPS first time. They machine weight 121 lbs which not allowed to carry it by usps . They did not want to return it even they sent the wrong size and box is old and opened. Well, I am not able to send it back to them via UPS because it’s too expensive and they don’t want to cover the carrier shipping even they know they sent wrong size machine and they don’t accept my offer to pay me the different to compromise the issue.

Wish.com exploding uni rome 5.5 2gb phone. wish refuse to replace.

I have sent ten messages via the Wish application and each individual has stated your outside the 30 day returns policy.
I however think that an "EXPLODING" UMI ROME 5.5 2GB PHONE that could have killed my family is definitely an exception to this rule. I would like an explanation why no one can see the seriousness of what has happened and could happen again.
The item is obviously dangerous and I should be compensated.

Wish.com clothing

Dear Sir or Madam

Hi my name is Shamim Rokadiya, I would like to make a complaint regarding your wish.com website, where I purchased my goods from.

Recently on 14th, 15th, and 16th of August 2017 I ordered these items which was a sport where fashion, Autumn and winter hoodies, pure color fleece, big yard sweatshirt, loose pullover woman warm coat.
Secondly I ordered woman ladies Autumn zip up hoodies cardigan Jacket long sleeve hoodies casual.
Finally I ordered New arrival women's fashion V neck roll up sleeves, blue floral printed high low hem blouse tops in small size

I received two of this regardlessly. I was not satisfied as they were too big, wide fit, and obviously the wrong size. this was a scam, you [censor]'s

However, I have sent these items back on the following day and requested a refund online which I have not yet received. I am still waiting for my money back immediately.

I am not happy and very disappointed with this wish.com website because I over spend my budget and on top of that I had to pay the shipping charge which is ridiculously stupid, therefore this went over my limit.
Unfortunately I ended up paying £5.oo in total.

This is a disgustingly amount of money for buying clothes. I am really upset and fuming.

Furthermore I want a refund for these items as I need it urgently by the end of the week or otherwise I will thale this matter further.

Wish.com locked out of my account

I cannot get my account to respond. I know I put in correct password, but it kept saying it would send me an email to change my password. I never receive the email to change my account password. Please unlock my account so I can place an order, which quite frankly, I'm a bit hesitant to do now. I don't want to sign up with socials! wow...

hola yo hice unos pedidos el 13 de julio y como no llegaron a la fecha indicada hice un reembolso y si me dieron mi reembolso y me dijieron que los pedidos que se fueron no los podian regresar que me los mandaban como un regalo por haberme quedado mal y hasta la fecha no han llegado yo quiero saber cuando exactamente me van a llegar se comprometieron estan quedando mal asi como quieren que los recomiende si quedan mal espero una respuesta satisfactoria y que sea cierto no he salido a ningun lado por esperar mis

Hello my name us jade an I have had some issues like this before with this site an never got my money back an again it is happening I have been charged for quite a few products that I wanted but have now seen they are not on my order history an I have not yet received them an I repeat the money has been taken already ? So were my products or my refund ?

I had the most worst first experience in ordering from wish the items were poorly made not what they look like in the pictures they show you I wrong color wrong size what I ordered then when I emailed them I'm trying to get a hold of them to refund my order it was ridiculous and difficult and after all of that I been trying to ask them on top of refunding my order if there's any possible way of showing loyalty and grateful to your loyal customers and giving me some sort of in-store credit and unable to figure out where to leave this message or get them to answer if they would give me an in-store credit on top of my refund like any regular retail store would do to not lose a customer poor customer service
