Today June 13, 217 I went to purchase this item on the mobile site and it was said to be free just pay the shipping. Then when I got to my cart it said $3.00 plus shipping. I just want the item for the free rate because I was under that impression from when I opened the screen to selecting the color of the produce. Is it anyway to fix the problem so that I can purchase this item?
orders unable to use offered discount codes so shipping is outrageous, not receiving order
SEND discount codes and then do not ofer the field to enter them so you are scammed out of a lot of money since shipping is almost as much as the item: once shipping is added, you can get the items at a brick and morter store for the same price, folks. BEWARE! Yes, you get what you pay for...ELSEWHERE! Order arrives opne piece at a time as well so make sure it is somethign you don't need or want as it can takes months to receive as well. No way to contact a person as phone redirects you to web and web gets you automated responses mostly.
STAY AWAY from this company unless you want to be ripped off on shipping charges. The items are cheap, granted, but by the time they charge you shipping, you'd be better off going to a brick and mortar store or another website that has fair practices.
For example, if you purchase $100 in products, plan to pay $80-100 in shipping charges. When they send you a discount or promo code for reduced cost in shipping, they will process your order before you canreview it and enter thew promo code, and their phone app will not allow you to enter the code in the cart, so either way, you get an order processed without being able to review it for accuracy (as most other sites do) and they will not respond to concerns.
They will continually send you canned responses "Promo codes can save you money! Enter them in the cart!" when you have already wasted your time explainign that NO, you CANNOT enter the codes, so you will just be ripped off.
On wish i ordered some things on mistake i refunded them but i didnt get my money back i have waited two months now but they havent gaven me my money back!

order made, payment taken from account however now my order doesn't exist.
On the 1st of June 2017 I submitted an order to Wish via their mobile app, the order was to the value of $135.05. I paid using my PayPal account and the money was taken from my bank account on the same day. Upon completion of my order it said I would receive a confirmation email to my email address however I have not received any correspondence from Wish what so ever. When I try to look at my order through the mobile app there is no record of it at all. I have tried to raise a complaint directly to Wish however it asks me to select the order I want to complain about but then states I have not made any orders.
I have never received an order number, all I have is a screen shot of the page saying I would receive a confirmation email and my bank statement showing the payment to Wish. The email address my order way placed under is; [protected]@hotmail.com
My desired resolution is some kind of confirmation from Wish as to my order, an invoice and tracking information. If I cannot get this I would like a full refund. I fear I may have fallen victim to an online scam on their behalf.

I had ordered this item on June 4th and they said it would be here on June 13th and now I found out that my money has been refunded and they are saying its sold out. I want to know why it said one thing and now something totally different . If there is something similar to the one I ordered then can I get that. I am a loyal customer to wish. Please help me
clothing and electronics purchase / promo code invalid - worst customer service ever
I now have about a 100 email + "customer service" exchange going on where they have offered me nothing more than automated responses to the one and only inquiry I have presented to them with. Even though I have presented them with photographic proof of the promo I am trying to use.
They continually send me the same 5 automated messages dismissing me away. I only began writing them in the first place because I was invited to use the app via a friend with a discount promo code. I tried to use this on check out and the system gave me an error stating, "this can only be used on your first purchase". I have never made any purchases, so the fact that I cannot use the code is invalid. I merely asked they provide me a discount code that works. I still get nothing but automated responses. They clearly care nothing about customer support or assisting in any way.
This begs the question as to why they even have it. Additionally, the sales are questionable at best as people constantly review items and mention that the sizing charts don't work, they get the wrong items, the wrong sizes, items are delivered damaged, the quality is complete trash, and/or not like the items shown in the photos for the items being sold.
I am complaining about a smart watch I ordered almost 2 months ago
Between may, 18th and may, 23rd I ordered a smart watch from wish and to this do it still has not come in. I am honestly get upset because I have been waiting for more the expected wait time. Dear Sir, my Ex girl friend used my debit card on two different purchases for the amount of 142.23 dollars and 94.00 dollars and that was close purchases means 142 dollars and some cents ! On June 07, 2017, I made a purchase for ten items, I paid $130.75 for my order. Well jine 09, 2017 comes an I receive confirmation that all my items had been cancelled and refunded . So I check to see if the money is back on my card so I can retry my purchase and ita not there...I went and emailed customer support...they ignore the fact that ive STILL not yet received my money back, but keep telling me I can replace my order. So I'm complaining today about this ridiculous out rage of cancelling my order but not giving me my money back. I would like an actual response as to where my money or my order is since I have nkt received the money I expect I've been sent my items! Please respond and thank you for your time.

Why do you guys check off the higher shipping amount? I almost had to pay an overdraft fee on my bank account. I had looked and the shipping said $2 but you guys checked off the higher shipping which I didn't see till I ordered. I had to cancel but not before you guys tried to put it through my bank account. I ordered 16 items over 2 months ago and I can't even see them in my order history I was told they were shipping but still nothing it's past the window to find anything out I wasn't able to find tracking numbers. Did not receive an item that I paid for, or a refund.
I ordered a smart watch from wish a few months ago.. over a month after the item was scheduled to arrive I sent a message to support letting them know that I never received it. I asked for them to resend. They said they would. Then the next day they said they would not and that they would refund the money as per my request. First of all, I never requested a refund. Secondly, I had recently changed banks and they would only refund the money to the card used. That card no longer exists.
They sent their apologies. That's it. I got completely ripped off. "F" wish.com. They're a terrible company, with terrible customer service and standards. I would recommend that no one does business with them

I was having problems submitting my purchase 6/8/18 I was trying to purchase one smart watch when I submitted the payment it said it didn't go through so I kept trying and my bank infromed me that I purchased 8 watches and I only wanted to order just one can u please send the one watch and please put the money back on my credit card please sorry for the mistake

The products are generally what is stated and cheaper than a few other sites, but BEWARE. 1. You have to wait FOREVER & often packages arrive late, damaged or just get lost. 2. I have used them more than a few times, & 5 out of 11 products ordered were damaged or broken. I did receive partal credit or refunds on a few items after hours of back n forth with their very limited Email Support. The others I actually had to send back for a refund. Overseas shipping from the u.s. to China was way greater than the entire cost of your order, so you're stuck just throwing the item away. 3. Their New Customer /friend referral codes are fraudulent marketing - they don't work & are not honored. All 7 of my friends & Family were unable to use the upto 50% off Refferal Coupon. I felt so bad for talking up Wish, I even found other valid codes (online) & they failed too. "Support" was NO HELP. The introductory coupon is only good for your 1st purchase, but any Codes entered are cached to your Account & once the fail there is noway to fix it according to their Support team". Even the "discount" code I got after spending over $100 only applied to one item under $20. 20% of $20 is $4 NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. Their "Customer Support" is client (in-app message based) & frustrating at best. 80% of the time, I or my perps just canned responses. If your looking for cheap products from China, willing to wait 30-90 days, & gamble with your time and $$ Wish is the place for you. A few of their merchants offer expedited shipping & while it is expensive and you may get your item sooner, all the above still applies. Use Tophatter, Overstock, Zulily or just plane Amazon & save your sanity & ensure product quality!

This is not a complaint: I just need help
I have been a wish customer for more than a year and never encountered any problems purchasing. My last purchase was approx a year ago.
I started shopping again, and now encountering problems. First problem was, wish is asking the statement from my checking account showing statements of my purchase, then the picture of my credit card. This quite intrusive. So I use PayPal instead, this becomes problem number 2 because it says I have to contact the fraud protection via mail. This is the purpose of my email.
Is there anyway purchasing makes it easier?
can you approve my purchase using PayPal, so I don't have to send any pictures of my statement or credit card?
