Hello, I have 2 orders of several different products and paid with 2 transactions through PayPal - one on 29th May and 30th May . I wanted to track my order and it says I have no order history. But part of one of my orders has already arrived thankfully so I must have some order history to track the rest. Also I can't contact you through customer support as it keeps saying my email and passwords don't match - but I know they do.
Please help me. thank you

Hi there. I've been on my wish account and apparently there is a photo of someone else who is not me. I've tried to reset my password a few times but when I actually receive the link it has expired. If someone has hacked into my account I wish to have all my details deleted rite down to my credit card information. Please can someone at least look into this and get back to me.

Why wont my Wish App load on my Samsung S8 plus? You are asking for more information and there isn't any. My issue doesn't involve any of the sub-catogories above. It is a technical issue. The app goes to install and never stops trying to install. It just doesn't open. Both myself and my girlfriend have the same phone and same problem. Surely we are not the only ones with the Wish App problem.

Over a week ago I was trying to make a purchase and it was processing but when i tried to buy something else and I couldn't. My account is restricted and I contacted wish support and provided everything they asked for-including a photo of my credit card-but nothing has changed. I can't buy anything else and I can't get a refund. I've emailed them several times and barely any response. The only response was automated messages that didn't give me anything. They said they could not unblock my account at this time, But they refuse to tell me why my account was restricted in the first place. I'd like to speak with a representative please, who is actually a person and not a recording, thanks.

I ordered a summer top and I haven't received it yet. My order history is empty and I paid $4.00 for my shirt and$4.32 for shipping. They took the money off my card but say that I didn't place that order. The statement reference number is
06000536767B. I would like my order or my money back could you Please do something about this. I've called customer service and all it is, is a recording, I can't talk to anybody. ordered very little but my card was charged $388.62 still cant believe it the product is cheap no doubt I am just sick the shipping charges are unreal people don't order from this company are you will be sick too and it takes a while to get your order and none of it comes together each item has its own shipping charge but it is just unreal I still cant believe I owe this much when I paid so little for the merchandize I don't know what to say except do all you can to find out what your dealing with this company I wish I had

My name is Wendell Gibbs on 2/22/2017 I order a black pipe style light fixture. i waited 2 months . it took me another month to find some one to find out were it was. my address is 8701 w. evans road Bloomington In. 47403. they said in an email they shipped it to another address in some other state dont know why. this has been my shipping address for the last 3 yrs. they said i would receive a new one. that was back in the first of April. i dont have that email any longer because shortly after my pc got a viruse and crashed. please help me. Jewelry received so far is either copper or brass with silver plating. I want to cancel all orders as I can not sell something to a customer that is marked one thing and is not the real thing. We are a reputable company with a great reputation. I'm glad we tested the jewelry before putting it in our cases. There are a lot of orders I placed & I will just refuse shipment on all. I think it is very wrong to advertise something that isn't true None of the jewelry I ordered said plated. There were pieces that were silver or gold filled which is a big difference that plated. Filled will not wear off plated will Very disappointed about false advertising

I ordered tattoo equipment for the first time from Wish.com, after my money was paid into their account they informed me there is some problems and they would refund the money. The waiting period was max 10 days for the refund. I gave them 20 days, they say I must approach my bank because they have paid. Common sense is that if the money was refunded, it would have landed into my bank account. Just want to warn about Wish.com, they will steal your money.

I really like buying things on wish but am tired of wish.com they keep deducting my money $29.90, $63.36, $27.00, $20.00 and $3.00 twice and I have never buy goods worth of $30 before even till now. Will you stop deducting my money or do I have delect my account from and stop buying things on wish. Now Am scared of buying things there now even to login it a problem

I did not place this order but found in my JUNK mail that somebody named Lancy Hwu placed it, and I have no idea who he/she is, but it is all over the internet that he/she has done this before. Do not process this order thru PayPal. Should this happen, I will dispute it and it will be charged back to your company. My email for paypal is di.[protected]@hotmail.com. That is probably all the information this Lancy Hwu has.

Today June 13, 217 I went to purchase this item on the mobile site and it was said to be free just pay the shipping. Then when I got to my cart it said $3.00 plus shipping. I just want the item for the free rate because I was under that impression from when I opened the screen to selecting the color of the produce. Is it anyway to fix the problem so that I can purchase this item?

SEND discount codes and then do not ofer the field to enter them so you are scammed out of a lot of money since shipping is almost as much as the item: once shipping is added, you can get the items at a brick and morter store for the same price, folks. BEWARE! Yes, you get what you pay for...ELSEWHERE! Order arrives opne piece at a time as well so make sure it is somethign you don't need or want as it can takes months to receive as well. No way to contact a person as phone redirects you to web and web gets you automated responses mostly.

On the 1st of June 2017 I submitted an order to Wish via their mobile app, the order was to the value of $135.05. I paid using my PayPal account and the money was taken from my bank account on the same day. Upon completion of my order it said I would receive a confirmation email to my email address however I have not received any correspondence from Wish what so ever. When I try to look at my order through the mobile app there is no record of it at all. I have tried to raise a complaint directly to Wish however it asks me to select the order I want to complain about but then states I have not made any orders.
I have never received an order number, all I have is a screen shot of the page saying I would receive a confirmation email and my bank statement showing the payment to Wish. The email address my order way placed under is; [protected]@hotmail.com
My desired resolution is some kind of confirmation from Wish as to my order, an invoice and tracking information. If I cannot get this I would like a full refund. I fear I may have fallen victim to an online scam on their behalf.

I had ordered this item on June 4th and they said it would be here on June 13th and now I found out that my money has been refunded and they are saying its sold out. I want to know why it said one thing and now something totally different . If there is something similar to the one I ordered then can I get that. I am a loyal customer to wish. Please help me

I now have about a 100 email + "customer service" exchange going on where they have offered me nothing more than automated responses to the one and only inquiry I have presented to them with. Even though I have presented them with photographic proof of the promo I am trying to use.
They continually send me the same 5 automated messages dismissing me away. I only began writing them in the first place because I was invited to use the app via a friend with a discount promo code. I tried to use this on check out and the system gave me an error stating, "this can only be used on your first purchase". I have never made any purchases, so the fact that I cannot use the code is invalid. I merely asked they provide me a discount code that works. I still get nothing but automated responses. They clearly care nothing about customer support or assisting in any way.

This begs the question as to why they even have it. Additionally, the sales are questionable at best as people constantly review items and mention that the sizing charts don't work, they get the wrong items, the wrong sizes, items are delivered damaged, the quality is complete trash, and/or not like the items shown in the photos for the items being sold.
