Wish.com / late products and products that have not arrived at all.
I am writing to complain about numerous orders that I am still yet to receive, I have tried to contact the team on so many occasions about not receiving my order and still nothing has been done, I have paid in full for all of the items that I have ordered and they were expected to be delivered 4/5 month ago, I also went on to proceed my other orders and have also paid in full for those and still 2 months on I haven't received that order either, it is becoming a regular thing and I am paying for goods with orders over £100 and still not receiving any, so I am now waiting on two lots of orders which come well over £250, I am paying for items That I have not yet had delivered I am writing this complaint as a last resort as I am not happy that I have tried to contact the team to report this and discuss my missing/late arrival of items. I will have no other option to report it and take my complaint further If I do not hear from you about me receiving my items or a refund in the next 14 days, you have left me no other options as I have contacted you so many times about this matter and I have got no further, you are very quick at taking my money but take ridiculous amount of time at sending me my products!
