Wish.com wig, dress, makeup

I placed an order for several items which costed me over $60
It has been 2 months and I still haven't received anyone of them
I finally asked for a refund
The refunded me only the for three of the items, not other two and I paid $32 for a wig and they refunded me $1.97 I don't know where is the rest of the money
And in total, I got $2.57 back from over $60 of order
Do not buy anything from this website because you will not get the items and they will not refund and there is no live representative to talk to

Wish.com wig ordered

I'm waiting to receive my wig that I ordered. I like ur products but will not order anything else until I receive my wig. I got my necklace but not my wig that I want very badly. If not return our money to our credit card. I made my order at least 3 weeks ago. I was supposed to receive my order in 7 to 10 days but haven't. I want my order shipped ASAP. It's a wig for Rosa Sartin. I'm beginning to wonder if I'm going to get it or is this one of those scammers that's out there. I have paid u all n want my wig ASAP please. Just send me my wig. Wish.com my entire order from last week..

My order has not arrived yet so how long does it usually take to ship to california.. I order some jewelry and clothes under my name cyntheil neal...3752 rolison road redwood city cali.94063... This is my first time ordering from your company and its not looking very good on your behalf to not have recievef a phonecall or anything.. It seems very non professional.. Wish.com eyebrow stamps

Yesterday Monday I received my eyebrows stamps I actually use them last night.. then again this morning .. the powder from the stamp it wipes completely off .. supposed to be sweat proof and waterproof that's not the case ...I am not happy with the product at all .. on TV and on Facebook show you how it works with the water on the face and people that sweat it supposed to stay on for three months.. it's a load of lies ok not a very very happy coustomer at all .. would like to know what you're going to do about this because you can't sell things on Wish and they don't do what people say they do false advertisemeant

Wish.com customer support

I have not been able to get in touch with support for Wish.com via Facebook. This is very annoying since I live in Australia and cannot make international calls. It's expensive. Furthermore trying to contact support requires you to log in to your account which is even more annoying since the nature of my need to get into contact with the Wish.com Team is because my account does not exist for some reason. I cannot log into my account, cannot reset my password since my email doesn't exist all of a sudden and was on Level 7. This is ridiculous. I need help because when I opened my phone app on my phone, I was logged out and couldn't access my account anymore since it apparently does not exist!

Wish.com the wish app is not secure!

This is not the first time I havn't gotten my packages ... I have recorded about 500 dollars I've have spent on packages that have never came ... I am about to stop using wish ... I love this app i've spent about $2400 here on this app ... And 40% have not been delivered ... I am a very patient women .. But I work hard for my money ... If something isn't done I won't be using wish anymore ... And I will make sure to tell all my friends and on every social media account I have been proudly advertising the wish app on will definitely be informed to not order anything if you want to get what you pay for

An intelligent person would check out a website's reviews PRIOR to spending any money on that site. That is what I am doing now. Perhaps you should do the same, especially since you have not gotten 100% of what you ordered.

Wish.com jumpsuit

Hi, I've ordered and paid for a jumpsuit that does not fit. I've been trying to get a refund but the jumpsuit is no where to be found in my order history. I've tried to go through other products to explain my situation and get a refund, but no one seems to understand that the jumpsuit I'm trying to get refunded for is nowhere to be found in my order history. So I have no idea how to get my money back.

I charge some clothes from wish on my debit card about three months ago in March of this year they finally sent me an email saying they were sorry and my money was be put back on my debit card now I cannot get in touch with them to find out where is my money I kept a copy of all my emails so now I am going to get an attorney

Wish.com clothes

I ordered items on 20 May (order number 592099d6d37a71dfd6bbe424).

I was told that my account was blocked and I need to send a picture of my credit card and I did. On 24 May I was informed that I was being refunded as per my request. I never requested a refund. On 26 May have not received my money yet, but I still want the order to go ahead. If someone can assist me in this matter, as this is my first time with Wish and this is the service I get

Wish.com xiaomi note 3 (paid 2220$ for it including delivery charges)

Hello consumers / buyers,

Wish.com is the world's worst website interms of their customer outreach, they dont have dedicated email id to complain & resolution.

Paid 220$ for xiaomi note3.

They gav eme wrong rm tracking no (Rm703717647cn).

Complaint lodged to website wish.com says that it delievered to right person me at bangalore location (India).

Online web complaint at indian post said that another person me & chinna who received article from china & us, both of them tracking no same?

How can 2 different person can have same tracking no when its unique for all the individuals when we see?

Who is liable for this wrong quoting of rm no?

Now wish.com have blocked my email id & login details saying that they can't cancel my order.

Paid 220$ in feb 2017, not recd money or refund or correct rm track no till date from wish.com?

This is to whom it may concern My name is Allen and I place several orders last month and I haven't received any of my packages one of my packages was sent back to sender I been writing to support wish letting them know that I have not received any of my packages and I also wroth them saying that one of my packages was sent back to sender still no response back from support wish customer services idk wat else to do.

Wish.com items never received

My items were ordered april 28th, 2017. I waited until two days ago (May 21) until I decided to check the tracking information so see when my items would arrive. To my surprise, it said that my items were already delivered on may 12th, 2017. I contacted wish and told them of my problem. They pretty much told me to contact the postal service and they'd issue me a reimbursement or do an investigation. I did that and usps told me that they could not find my packages and that they were not liable because wish shipped them 1st class and not priority mail so there was no insurance on them. I told wish about this and they basically shrugged me off, apologizing for the mix up and thanking me for my understanding but not sending me new items or issuing me a refund. I've contacted them back again requesting a refund which they haven't responded to yet. I've also put in a dispute claim on paypal. This is very upsetting and their customer service is terrible. This is a horrible company and they will not be receiving my business anymore.

Wish.com I have a few thing complaining about

Yes hi i have bought some items from wish app that says i have received items that i am waiting on but i have not received tgem at all first off a home vidio game console classic tracking number is lx323301109cn the second item is 12v 20000mah multi function car jumper portable pack i dont have the tracking number as it wont letme open up the file but the order number is 58e3a709423e131bbab98788. Then there is another one. Black 12v 20000mah multi function car jumper portable pack with case order number is 58dccbdfb6ce8f2d3b1daa90. Then there is a gem weight scale balance 200g0.01g tracking number is [protected]. Now all these items i have paid cash for and they say on there information that i have gotten them but i havnt please help me... and i have one more issue to solve i bought 2 samsung gallaxy phone cases one blue one for the s7 samsung gallaxy it was perfect but i got a pink s5 samsung galaxy case as well but it is too big it dont fit it the camerra in the back of it dont even match now i have the tracking numbers not order number it wont let me open it up. Yes hi i am gary now i have bought and paid for a fair few items off of you since i discoverd use on facebook. You could say i have been like your number one customer..lol...now i have paid for a few items and it says on the tracking of them that i have received them. These items are 2 portable jump starters packs one with case. And a vidio game console that has 401 games on it. A set of jewlery scails and a mittsubishie key case cover silicone. And i allso orderd 2 samsung gallaxy phone casess one blue n one pink the blue one for the samsung s7 was correct but the pink one i orderd for the samsung s5 was the wrong case. The case looks like its for a i phone s5 phone case. Can use please help me everything else i have orderd and gotten from wish has been awsome. But i just want my items i have paid for that says on my profile i have received. But i have not gotten please dont be ripping me off as i have been an awsome customer. Wish.com I'm complaining about an entire order

I'm a regular wish and home customer, but for some reason I can't make any purchases. I've always used the same credit card but won't allow me to make any purchases. I love buying things in wish and I placed orders before my vacation, but I can't seem to resile this issue. Please resolve this uncomfortable issue . Thank you

Wish.com I was kicked out for no reason!

I was a seller on www.wish.com and had a perfect time there selling my stuff until they kicked me out!
When I contacted Wish customer service and demanded some reasonable explanation, they said that someone reported me for scam activity. They said that they received a complaint from a person which claimed that I stole his money. What a nonsense! I never did anything like that!
I of course asked who was the guy who reported me and they said "sorry that's a confidential information". Well, no thanks Wish! With that attitude I hope you'll be out of business!

Wish.com account blocked

My account has been blocked for nearly 3 weeks. As per the request of Wish.com, I sent a photo of my credit card four times already but so far I've only received automated email responses and my account is still blocked. This is extremely frustrating and truly appalling customer service.
Please unblock my account ASAP.

I ordered three weeks I do not want them I've been back-and-forth over weeks them telling me that it's find that they'll refund me just to send them the picture of the wigs I've sent you pictures numerous times I would like my refund on this or I will have to resort to taking legal action my name is Maureen Urbani

I created a new account after they Blocked My account without telling me anything Else than its not possible for Them to Open up My account again after i sent Them a picture of My bank account. I then got Blocked on the new account after i bought for around 250 euro, so now i lost Those money, i have Even payed for products that i didnt recieve, or that was broken when it came. This cant be legal Can it?

I just created an account and placed a few things in my basket now trying to check out and I entered my credit card info and got a popup saying sorry we need a bit more information before proceeding? They want a copy of my bank statement that shows a Wish purchase on it. I JUST CREATED THE ACCOUNT!

Wish.com my order didn't arrive and I ordered in 2016

I do not recommend wish to nobody because I ordered like 4 things on wish that did not come yet and they would not contact me or give me my money back so if you want to order some I recommend you to shop on eBay or Amazon least you get to track your order and talk to a live agent whenever you want to because I ordered my stuff back in December and it's 2017 and I should have a tracking number by now that's was 5 months a go it's May 23 2017

Wish.com am complaining about a order mistake

I am a wish customer my last 4 of account num is on the web .my grandson accidentally press the order button on my phon i viewed those items but maybe never cleared the order .was a mistake i called the number just saying contact support so i did everything the support ask i pleaded to them to cancel the order on the 20th now support is telling me i suppose to cancelled 8 hrs after the order was placed i contacted min after the mistske was made my bank account is a negative i cant buy. Food or buy gas everything goes in my account. The numbers keeps going high my bank charges 3500 for overdraft i need a REFUND cancel my order since the 20th and no1 is listening i sent all info they kept asking for know is only my mortage info i have to send dont know what else to send.please help stressing

Someone is using my credit card they have maxed it out on wish products without my convent I want all the charges taken off my card if u check u will see I haven't ordered anything for some time I would like to know where the products r going and who is using it .I want this stopped now and all the charges off my card.I will b waiting for your reply I am 69 years old and cannot afford this and I won't b done this way someone needs to pay.Thank you Rebecca Farnsworth.
