I ordered a jacket accidently on the 2nd November and cancelled within two hours of ordering told them ir was a mistake and still have not received the refund I am due they keep saying the same thing and I haven't received my refund I will not be ordering again I have rung my bank and it clearly states the money being taken but not been put back in and I'm not happy at all I will not be recommending wish to anyone I want my refund and the fact that its 17See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in San Francisco, CA.85 is beyond the point I would like MY money back
