First time user, attempted to put in card details for payment, came up with something went wrong etc, payment error, tried another card same thing. How can I purchase anything if it keeps saying the same thing and contact wish.com/payment. Can someone please tell me how to resolve this? Email is josarg2011@yahoo.co.uk

I tried to put my credit card info in and its not allowing me to I also have sandals I never received also you all take way to long to send my products I need them s certain day please contact me as soon as possible to resolve these issues I love wish but it need a little upgrading .

I tried paying for a watch but it's telling that I have issues with my user account, meanwhile I did the purchase for the first time it was successful .

Hello, the problem is that we haven't even ordered something and we also don't have a wish account but we got a message that we have orderd something and that there are taken money from the bank account. I hope I've explained the problem right and I am expecting an answer from you and I hope we will solve the problem. Thank you !

I ordered a bottle of purfume from this site wish.com wish I didn't now money was taken from my bank but when I go in to my account on app and go to recent orders it says I haven't made an order! So why has it taken money from my account and no email or call or anything from them Do not order from them people I can't even call them or email them

Got a notification that I had a balance left on a split payment order, so I transferred money over to the debit card I usually pay wish.com orders with & it won't accept that card or any card for that matter. So what is going on with wish.com bcuz from the look of things it's getting a lot of the same reviews fro other clients.

Wishes order Tracking is a joke how can they sale products online and have a such terrible time tacking orders and thats even if your order shows up on time or at all. People would order from them more often if they would fix these problems

So can I please get a refund .

I finally could take a picture of the product I want refunded.
The item is poor quality it says leather. Its leather like an the the bright red velvet under the shoe lace is to bright. That's what makes it look cheap.

Wish blocked my acct. Due to many refunds. But when u order something that's not right u deserve a refund! Correct? I spend alot of money on wish, 2000.00 in 2 months. And they block my acct.

It's saying I have a user account issue and I can't use my debit card to order anything thing else and I've been a loyal customer for years using this same payment method, as well as all the same information on file and this is the first time I've had this problem please help because this is where I do my shopping, thank you

wish I wish that you can find or return my laptop that I ordered I did not ask them return it I went to UPS trying to retrieve it and it was sent back to you can you notify the company of UPS or whoever and return my laptop thank you

I tried to purchase some items on so called 'special offer' just to know that i have not been successful. They money which was already deducted from my card supposed to be fully refunded in my card. But they did not refund the ful amount and no matter how many times i emailed them or raise the issue in the app they would totally ignore it.

First, my debit MasterCard has been used to make various online payments, but when I wanted to checkout with my card, it didn't go through, while it popped up a message saying " There was a problem processing your card. Please contact your card provide or try another card"
Please is it that, Wish doesn't accept debit cards or what?

Of all the items I purchased 90% was not granted. This was to be my Christmas shopping. The date is so close, I am so upset.
