Wish.com man's winter coat

I ordered a man's winter coat size XL and received a Large.They told me that if it didn't fit they would help me return it for a full refund.Its been almost 30days now.I told them that I think there waiting for it to run out.So I will be stuck with a coat that doesn't fit me.They said they need a picture of the coat.I tried to send the picture.But it wouldn't download, I tried everything.And I told them that all I wanted was the address to return the coat.And they refused to give it to me.Please Help ASAP.

Wish.com refund

I ordered several products from wish.com and it said that my order was confirmed and then immediately after said that my order could not be processed then it said my order was refunded yet I still not have received my refund on my card. I am very upset and need my refund back immediately seems how it already says it refunded it. I am not impressed.

I have ordered 1 Feb through wish.com website 5 6 products but not yet received and passed 45 days.

Its fake / fraud site, my money is stuck in this website kindly look into this matter and refund my refund from them.

Wish.com I ordered a heavy duty battery for my bow fang ham radio

My name is Gilbert Stevenson I live at 1114 brentnell Ave in Columbus Ohio. 43219 ph-[protected] I ordered the battery pack for my handheld baofeng it's the long heavy duty battery pack never received it they got their money I never got a package I called the postal services they said it was delivered I have a very big mailbox that he could put it inside of I got everything else in order from you guys accept my battery pack I've been trying to get in contact with you guys the traces thing I like to get my money back or something can you help me with this please I'm in need of this big battery pack for my handheld Gilbert Stevenson

Wish.com lack of believable information or any information as to whereabouts of goods

Order placed 27th February 2018=5a94458c587ca9d7ce2da995, many of these goods are stated to have arrived in Australia. Delivery is by Australia Post which delivers parcels from anywhere in australia to anywhere in Australia within a week. One item has been sitting somewhere since 5th and it is now 15th = it is 9 days late. The suppliers are paying as little as 25c postage and are not paying for australia post tracking and will therefore not be informed as it arrives at a new location.
2 items from a previous order have not yet arrived and one of them has no tracking information at all!
My questions are no longer being registered on the customer service system.
One item for instance= Scarf CNAEL3164202220395 has no information at all and appears to still be at the source location. This item was previously refunded as it did not arrive and it looks like it is about to happen again.
Likewise BZ021881113CN and [protected] have no information. Several items appear not to have left the original location.
The 1800 number is disconnected.

Wish.com unsure website

This web. Site is not secure, can't contact anyone on phone. placed an order was going to wrong address, I know i added the Right address. Now my credit card information is going to someone else's address, I did call my credit company they reassured me that I Will not be responsible for the order, and wish did reply thought email that order was cancelled but am still worried that my credit information Will go to wrong address! This is not a safe site when u can't contact anyone by phone! What can u advise me to do! Thank you!

Wish.com returning my money after unauthorized charges to paypal

Well one day I decided to have a look at my activities as through the Christmas holidays we all can tend to splurge but there is a situation an issue if you will that I noticed a wish transaction, hmm I thought but began investigating what this was for. I scroll down to see a steep charge having been made, So I presume it must be a mistake certainly it can be resolved, I then look and see my wish charge has no tax fees applied nor any shipping fees charged then I proceeded to look into the matter more finding that really the geek.com is who the charge went to even though when I went to geek.com and attempted to "sign in with my Google gmail, my PayPal email name and I find There to be no account with geek under my email that was charged.
So who's what's and who ms begin to take up space in my head as to what the heck is going on,?
So, I begin my attempts to touch base with someone at wish.com to resolve and move on, I did receive email from wish asking for copy of my bank statement and of course i'm not comfortable with giving my banking info out I decline that request and then let it be know I will send a screen shot of paypal transaction made. So I sent screen shots and I havent heard from them since, what the heck just give me back my money and look for how this happen, ok.. Wish.com... Imagine if they didnt charge you tax or shipping?!?!?!?!?!? You wish, I wish I would get my money back, this is not even cool.. *wishful thinking uncool?!* charging with no authorization from a card holder or someone's bank or paypal account is not ok. I want my money back!

Wish.com payment taken, goods not received

I ordered two items, the money was taken from my bank but I have not received the items. here is my tracking No. 5a96edf72a2abb7140301228

I would like a refund please. I have not heard a word from Wish.com. I ordered these items during the week of the 5 - 9th March.

I have emailed the address they provided. Nothing. I put a message on Facebook. Nothing. I have laid a complaint. Nothing. I don't know what else to do.

I am a Pensioner. I can't really spare the money. I ordered these as a gift for my daughter.

Wish.com wish support

Support is the words. Wish is a great site, but the people working as support, which is outsourced, are simply awful and careless. I hope none of you gets to experience it regarding a package tracking issue. The packages are rarely tracked as Wish allows the stores to decide the kind of shipment and the tracking number is not of the parcel itself, but of the container it's being shipped, that belongs to the local shipping company. After it starts being handled by the next shipping company, the parcel is lost forever.

Wish.com scam

Yet again a SCAM repport about your "site". I ordered a huge eyeshadow palette, costing 24 dollars, and I got eyeshadow aplicators 10 eyeshadow aplicators to be exact. There was no "eyeshadow aplicators" in the description of the product. I am very dissapointed. Another thing is I tried finding an email, a phone number or some form of contact to you, but your "website" was crashing constantly. I will try my hardest to find customer service and contact someone from your group and complain. Your website is a total scam, many many friends of mine have made the huge mistake of ordering from you and have gotten complete and utter [censor]. Stop deceiving and lying to people. Check your reports and stop scamming. Someone will sue you if you continue doing this.

Wish.com items never received

Hi, I bought some items for my cats on wish, payed, but never got an confirmation. I payed €11, 95, and never received the goods.
I also could not find anything in my ordering history.
Bought and received many nice things from wish in the past, no problems, except this last order.
Please help!
Tried woth Klarna, but they could not help me.

Wish.com bought a jersey never got it

They keep changing there story on line it was never sent no tracking number and tracking number they tried to send in txt was fake. They say they looked into it. Like I said no tracking number nothing so what did they look into really. So they send me a link that is useless. Wish will rip you off anyway they can it is not a good company at all and a huge scam. There shipping is mickey mouse bs. Do not trust wish at all they are sending cheap crap and knock off items. They will rip you off

Wish.com where's my refund?

I ordered two items from the wish website I just checked on them and it says they were not available so they refunded me the money. Well I checked my account and wish took my money and NEVER refunded my money! How do I get my money back if I am not receiving the items why should wish be able to keep my money? I ordered this item in the beginning of February it is now March 12, 2018 and still no item and no REFUND!

Wish.com website issues

For the last 2 months, I have sent emails I tried to call but you do not answer your phones all I got was a recording to go on Wish.com to contact you which I had already done several times. To present date I have not received any responses back from you regarding the fact I had to delete your app because it would not load on my iPad. When I tried to reinstall it it will not allow me to put in my payment information. I can only assume by your non-response that you don't care about your customers and you need to make your website user friendly. For over 2 months I have not been able to make any purchases and at this rate if I don't receive a response back from you all ASAP, then I will stop even trying but I will discourage my over 3, 000 friends on Facebook to shop on Wish. This does not reflect well upon your company!

Wish.com sold fake sd cards and refuse to refund. avoid like the plague!

I bought some 512gb memory cards from wish.com

They were completely fake. I did a flash memory test on them using a program called f3 which verifies capacity byte for byte. None of them were even close to 512gb, instead what resulted was mostly corrupted files! These crooks even refused to refund me. Never buy from them. I cannot believe they are supporting criminal activity and refuse to take action against such sellers. I suspect the feedback that is posted is mostly fake as well, they don't say anything much. A friend of mine was also cheated by the same seller. Buyer beware!

Wish.com my card was charged

I went to submit an order for several items the money immediatly was deducted from my card totaling over $60.00. Then i get a message from wish that my payment was declined even though they took out my money. There is no history of my order on my app. I requested a refund a month ago. I just keep getting emails thanking me for contcting them. I want my money back so i can delete this scam app and go back to amazon!

I ordered two wigs and waited two months...I got one darn track! about one inch long! no one called me back or responded to my emails about the misleading ads... my sister had the same problem. the customer service representatives are completely clueless and often repeat the same lines.. "I'm so sorry that happened to you and I will send your complaint to the right department...

I was over charged for my orders and would like to cancel them all please. I made a mistake and would like all my money back please. Im just upset that it had cost me all that money and i didnt realize it until after i checked my credit card. So if u could just refund me my money and cancel irsers id appreciate it very much. Wish.com blue bookbag

I received a blue book bag in the mail through wish I did not order it isn't anywhere in my wish purchases I will not pay for it and if I see it on my statement I will take action. I have no idea who it belongs to of course it comes from china it says handbag! It is the ugliest blue bookbag and it stinks I will wait to hear from you it better not have gone on my credit card thank you I will be waiting for your answer let me know what is the next step

Wish.com a refund

I ordered 2 mermaid tail blankets, I had to write them and ask why they hadn't shipped yet because I hadn't received any information on my order. Well I was told I would receive a refund because they were out of stock (no big deal) but they have stated numerous times that my refund has been processed when it has not. I even offered to send my bank information in, to show them I had not received my refund. If it were 5$ I would say oh it's no big deal but it's 14$ I have two small children. 14$ could buy my daughter 3 small packs of diapers. From here on out you've lost a customer, the service I received was disgusting. Not even trying to accommodate me or reach out to me, when I told them I had not received my refund. Even after suggesting mailing in my bank stubs. I checked 6 times with my bank and nothing. I used to recommend people shop on wish because it was affordable. After today I will never recommend anyone ever again and my husband and I will not be using it ever again.

Wish.com customer service & charged double for shipping

I ordered a 3d phone screen with built in speaker. Free just pay shipping $2 I went to the cart and tried to back out but it said I'll get a 5% discount if I continue to checkout. I clicked okay and it proceeded by automatically paying for the transaction but when I looked at the receipt they charged me double. I contacted support and they said sometimes they charge more for different colored items. I told them look at it I was charged $0 for the item so that's not the case. I went back and forth because they kept giving me the default answer without even looking into it. I finally sent them screen shots of me doing the transaction again but not finishing the purchase and it says $2 shipping. I received the item and it's not as described since it doesn't have a built in speaker like it claims. But now they won't respond.
Another item I ordered in January said I'd receive it by Feb 25th after the 25th it said I must wait till March 6th before I can contact support about it. On March 7 I contacted them and they said please wait another 42 days for shipment. If they bothered to even look at it it shows the last action on the tracking was shipment info received on Jan 14th. They never even shipped it and still want me to wait. I'm done ever using wish and will boycott then.
