Wish.com black bag tracking #[protected] delv on may 10

i have been trying to send a e email all week and it wont go because my phone will not let me upload a pic and you should have a cust service number for people to talk to i should not be working on this everday for a week my promblem is the small black leather bag i got i just went to use it last week and there is a slit in the handle its a small bag im afraid to use the bag i dont want to put anything in it and it get worse im very upset i had to go to this point to my msg to someone please advise and contact so i know some one got this

Wish.com I have been trying all day to cancel an order but am not getting a response.

I placed this order earlier today and when I did not get an email confirming, I checked back and the shipping was outrageous. Have been trying all day to cancel order:

Please don't send this order...
It will be returned unopened.
Your website is also difficult to work with, it doesn't have a submit button, it only lists one item at a time, you don't get complete list of order before sending. I will not be making any future orders and will not recommend to friends or anyone. Ty

I'm trying to cancel an order that was accidentally placed. I went to my order history, selected an item from the order and selected customer support, Wish's support assistant popped up asking if I needed help with the order. I selected yes, and then cancel my item. The assistant replied that it would redirect me to a page where I could cancel my order. I was never redirected, but there was a box that said go to order details. All this does is start the entire process over...getting nowhere. No order cancelled! HELP!

I have been trying all of last night and this morning to cancel my order from #5c0cc4e4a077ef71b8291f4c I made a mistake and want to cancel the entire thing and get my money back from my purchase. Its been within the 8 hour time limit. I keep being rerouted to my order to click a "cancel order" prompt but there is none. My order just says "under review" then I get a notification stating there was an issue with my payment to contact customer service and then I get rerouted again to the order with no cancel button. I'm very angry after being a customer for a while and not having this problem before. I want to cancel and get my mothers $289.00 back ASAP. Or I will sue you. After this I'm never using this app again.

Wish.com clothes and a broken doll bathroom set.

I have some clothes and a broken bathroom doll set that I'm trying to return. I have no way to print out the return address label that they sent me and the email disappeared from my email account. Can you please send me these labels through the mail. They are ready to return I just need the return labels. If you respond I can give you my address. I need 3 labels in order to return them all.

Hi, my named is Rebecca Georges. You said you sent me the free postage label to return this product through my email which I did not receive it yet. It is defective product. So, I am writing to to tell you I never received the free postage label through my email. Can you tell why I not seeing yet. You said went email which not there at all. Please check again it not there, so I can I return with that label that I request because it is defective product. It doesn't work at all. So, please give my full refund on this product/Which I am trying to send back, but I still did not received the free postage label in my email yet. Please let me know as soon as you can.

Wish.com never received the product I purchased and no response from seller when attempting to contact them

I bought a pair of ugg boots online from Wish for $105 on 12/3/2017 . After waiting 6 weeks I tried to contact Wish, 5 emails later, no reply.I then sent a message on Facebook, no reply, I posted a message on there Facebook wall and no reply. I tried contacting them on customer support but as my item did not show up on purchase history I could not go ahead with my enquiry.I submitted a PayPal dispute 2 weeks ago and still have not heard anything. It has now been 2 months since I purchased the boots.

Wish.com two order that were refunded

I placed two orders back in Dec 22 of 2016.
I asked for a refund still nothing. I opened a case with Paypal, and wish ask me to close it so they my refund my monies..Still nothing May 12/2017 . I can't make any orders.
I need this to be solved already.
my refund orders are ..one Ring size 7 Tracked # yt16358900059 never got!,
Order Bag belt returned the same day it arrived...Track #[protected]..
Very disappointed..Because I revise no Answers..

I am very discouraged right now. All the orders i placed last nov/Dec. were refunded and I still have not got all of it and it is May.
Well I thought I would try you again in March and it is worse. I did not even get am email from you that they where shipped. Nothing now I cant even find the order to be reimbursed. Not good business. I was promised better service this time. Please Please sent me an email with the last order please. The money was taken out immediately out of my account..

Wish.com about my stuff being refunded without my permission

I am really pissed with the wish app. don't have horrible customer service. they never reply yo your emails... i had bought about 20 things and they completely refunded me. without my permission... the wish app has very good prices but they just suck at doing there job. I had waited over a month for my things and they just took it all from me...not very good at that!

Wish.com refund for item not received

January 7 2017 ordered 15 kitchen cupboard handles from Home powered by Wish

Jan 9 2017 received email from Home.com that the items would be shipped between Jan 9 and Jan 12 2017

Feb 13 2017 received an email from Home.com stating that my order may arrive a bit late did I still want them.

Please note that when they emailed me on Feb. 13th it was already past their 30 day refund policy.

Feb 14 2017 I emailed back stating that I still want the item and don't mind waiting a bit longer as I really wanted the item.

Mar 21 2017 I emailed Home.com and told them that I had not yet received my order.

Apr 21 2017 I emailed them again and told them that I never received the item and would like to cancel it and get a refund.

Apr 22 2017 they emailed me back apologizing that I never received it when it should have arrived on Feb 8 2017. Note this contradicts what they stated on Feb 13th.

Apr 22 there were numerous emails back and forth between us. I stated that I understand that they have a 30 day return policy but how can I return something that I never received. They just kept replying...reference our 30 day refund/return policy.

May 9 and 10th the same thing. They said that they hope to be able to provide a much better experience on my next purchase.

Their statement on the bottom of each email is... We have your Back! You never have to worry when you shop on Home. Well I think they have given me reason to worry as I am out $90 without ever receiving my purchase.

I paid $30 for the item and $60 shipping charged to my credit card.

Wish.com credit card fraud done by wish.com

on 29th april, 2017 my credit card debited with rs.20, 000 which didn't used by me. next day when i checked with bank regard this fraud i came to know the company name from which online transaction done is wish.com
this transaction is not knowing by me.this is done by fraudster.
please try to find that person who has done this online transaction and refund my money back

I have had to reset my phone and install wish app again, i have items ordered awhile ago, but cannot track items because no history, I have signed in with email and Facebook as well. I have emails regarding my orders but when I open them, I get error message 404, what is that, my bank account shows I have paid for the items, but just can't get any information, the app help feature is no help at all

Wish.com women pu leather tote shoulder bag

On 26 March 2017 I order 5 tote bags and cancelled one, the white one. The total was $27.50. This amount cleared my bank on the 28th of March 2017. I get noticed from Wish that my items were processed and then shipped. I have ordered more items After these totes and have received some of them, a month later. My issue is Wish is refusing to send me my totes that are and have been paid for back in March. All I'm getting is to verify my account information which is nonsense seeing ive ordered many items After ordering the totes and have received them. I ordered a bedset and some watches which the company wish refunded and said they thought it was fraudulent. I never cancelled those items. Your company did. Now, they are holding onto the totes I paid for and I either want my totes or the money refunded back to me wish charged me and received. I sent them copies of my bank statement showing the total amount and date the items cleared my bank and every email they send me is asking for my full bank card info and a picture ID. They don't need a picture ID as I don't furnish one when I signed up for the account and they have my bank info as I've ordered from them several times. This is getting crazy and I've requested wish to call me or someone from their legal team so I can resolve this issue. I will not submit my bank info thru an email seeing wish seems to think some fraudulent items were ordered against my account and there wasn't. If some can answer the customer service line that will be awesome.

Wish.com nail polish

Ordered a couple of nail colors from a store on your site. I've received over six of them with duplicate colors coming in. I've let the seller know to cease and desist from charging my credit card for something I didn't order. I've never had any other problems with this app or purchases. I really don't want to do it but I may have to notify my bank to stop payment to anything concerning wish or cute. Can you help?

Women's fashion new metallic mirror nail polish was the name of the item.
I had ordered a couple of them previously and received them no problem yet this time I ordered a couple and have received duplicate colors that I didn't want. I don't want to allow them to charge me multiple times for these items.

Yes I told my mom about whis and that I saw that she get a 50% off for her chicken coop. She was going to purchase it with wish.com. And was very serious however the referral process, of giving her the code after she's made an account is not working and it's really making y'all look bad. How can I fix this?

Wish.com unable to cancel my order that was mistakenly placed by my daughter

The WISH APP is not that safe. It automatically deducts your debit account without even popping a message to warn you. My daughter went to checkout and suddenly, it just said ORDERS successfully checked out, wherein I had so many ITEMS in the cart that I was still deciding on what to purchase and let go. NOW I feel so upset that I can't talk to any customer service representative because the CONTACT NUMBER they have on their website which is [protected] is just a Voice prompt, and when you send them an email - [protected]@wish.com you won't get any help because its automated. I can no longer log in to the app and their website because it's not accepting my password anymore and when I clicked forgot password so they can send it to my email, I didn't receive any email from them and you can't even message them on their Facebook Page because it's also automated. I am so disappointment if they take that money out :( just so wrong :( I really need help on how to get my money back. Please, if you know how I can contact someone from wish.com or how I can get my money back please email me [protected]@gmail.com

Actually, you can cancel it and get a refund. All you have to do is go to that order and ask for a refund on all the items that you want a refund on. It is upsetting because you have to do each item individually but they will issue a refund. :)

Yes, unfortunately, I no longer had access to the wish app and website. After exchanging so many emails with the automated, I was able to get hold of someone who replied they'll refund within 14 days. I do hope they'll refund my account. We'll wait and see. Thanks

This box came and it was used opened and it does not work when i contacted them they say it been over 30 days and they can not refund my money. This company is nothing but lairs and criminals and I want to know why they are allowed to rip off the american people with nothing happing to them. Wish.com customer service concerning orders not received

I have attempted contact with company many times concerning a number of orders I have not received Their site says I have confirmed delivery but that is a lie. Emails I have received from them tell me not to worry about it and give it a few more days. This company states they have good customer service but that is not true they are only interested in taking your money

Apart from paying wish I also had to pay customs duty

Based on the service so far I am stuck with a product that is of no good to me

When I go into the system using the same e-mail address I used to order the dress, I get denied access. I finally managed to log i using a desktop view and see that it says there is no order under my e-mail address. I am therefore unable to inquire as all means of contact on the website require you to click on the order in question. I have no order to click on, I tried calling but I am in South Africa, the number does not go through. What can I do, please help. I still want the order but if it's missing I will opt for a refund.

I have been ordering from Wish.com for a long time and I never had an issue with them until March of this year. The first was I had two charges for them that I had not ordered anything. There was no orders showing for that date either, after a week or two of back and forth, I contacted credit card company and filed against them. Getting my money returned. I still had orders with them and since then I am not receiving all the things I paid for and their website says I confirmed delivery. They are not getting back to me and there is no way to contact them.
When you call they San Francisco office all you get is a pre-recorded message

Wish, mama, and cute are all the same website/"business" and they are all fraudulent scammers!

Another fraudulent, scam-of-a-"business" out of where else? China.
They have no customer protection laws as there are in the united states, especially for people on the other side of the world.
This site is the epitome of false advertisement, scamming, and fraud.
If they were out of the united states, the government and better business bureau would have them shut down before they know what the hell hit 'em.
Everything I have purchased has been broken, fake, dirty, torn, cheap, and the "customer service" (If you can even call it that) bold-face lies to it's customers about everything from the way the usps operates, to when people will get their orders if they ever get their orders. Still waiting on three items ordered a year ago, folks.
