I ordered items on December 1 and now I cannot see Myorder history and all you saying that I did not order anything yet you guys took it off of my credit card I ordered three items I ordered three necklaces at what you do you buy really doing anything toy sexy black toy with them on December 1 you guys take money off my card and I cannot see my order history anymore and saying that I never ordered anything about the got to my card so I need to answer as to where is my Orders

We called with an order and the lady had an attitude was very rude and hung up the phone we called back and finished our order when we received it it was after an hour and they wouldn't give us a receipt and they didn't bring us our full order we have never had this problem before but frankly not sure we want to ever deal with this again

I tried purchasing a book and it told me to contact billing support. I updated my card information and then emailed them. It's been over a week since I emailed them asking them to fix my account so I can purchase a book for a wedding in August! I still haven't received anything back from them! I would like the problem solved please

Wish.com order cost

I placed an order with you earlier today, 12-11-17, and did not have an opportunity to review or see the cost of order. When I went to my bank account I saw a charge of 80 some dollars. This price is not acceptable and I would like to review the order or cancel. Before this order was placed I had submitted another order but this order displayed the cost of my order to review before the order was placed. When I placed my second order I did not have an option to review the order. In addition, I was not shown the cost for the order. I did not have an option to edit my second order. Could you please expedite a refund for this order.I enjoy browsing your website and will continue to be a good customer in the future. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

Wish.com herb grinder

I had ordered an herb grinder which specifically said 3 inches. The one that was sent to me is not even 2 in. It's very very small I am not happy I paid extra for quick shipping and it's the wrong size. It's supposed to be a Christmas gift that's why I paid extra to ship earlier. I tried to contact you through my app and I was not able to. Please do something about this to make me happy with my order. I order a lot from you guys and receiving this wrong order just before Christmas really disappoints me I want the right size that's all I'm asking so please send me the correct size I believe it's owed to me. thank you

I ordered two woman's queen hoodies and two mens king hoodies all of it was way way to small I want a refund on my total order I played with a credit card I want a total refund ASAP thank you I received a king & queens hoodie in the black & red and only received one in black & white my total order was $69 with shipping I want a refund and I want my money back on my card ASAP the sizes are way to small and I do not like it

Wish.com 2 diving knives and a necklace

On November 30 I made an order off my account and I was supposed to receive them the following Wednesday and it has been 2 weeks and I have still not received them yet and the money was taken off my card. The outcome I would like is to receive my order or a refund of my 45 dollars back. Thank you for your time. The Account Name is Jessica Sizemore and the order total was of 45.00 and the orders was made in the mornings, I have previously ordered off this account before and when the order was made I was able to watch until when they were delivered and I received them at the expected times. Wish.com my whole order

I have placed 3 orders and have started getting the first 2. I have been trying to place my 3rd order wish and every time I do it sends me to contact support and will not let me place the 3rd order. All 3 orders are on the same card. They said I needed to make a copy of my bank statement I will not send that because that is not how I paid for it. I paid with a cc. I made a copy and sent that. Said I would have a response within 3 days from a rep. That was in nov. haven't heard a word. I will be checking my cc closely. If I do not hear a response within 24 hours I will turn Wish over to the better business bureau. It is 10 pm central time now. This is bad business and will not be tolerated. There is nothing wrong with my cc or the first 2 orders went through.

Wish.com whole order

I place an order on Dec 6th for my teenage kids for Xmas paid for with a visa vanilla gift card not only did u guys cancel the whole order saying there was a problem with payment but u took $194. Of my Christmas money for my kids and not back on the card so not only did u get my hopes up that I would be able to get these cool things for my kids for Christmas that they don't be getting and would have taken past Xmas to get by the way which is not cool either but u took my money so I can't go to a nother store and do my shopping I wish I had never used ur am I'm so I'm happy what am I going to do

Wish.com my paypal has been hacked

My name is C, R Snelling, address Flat 8-St Margarets, St Valerie Rd Bournemouth UK BH2 6PE. Someone has hacked into my paypal account and placed 2 orders for good in excess of £300. I did not order these goods and have no idea of the delivery address. Can I cancel these orders and get a refund .
Please reply as soon as possible because the money has already been taken from my bank account

My name Is irene Cruz,
I ordered three things on wish my last package hasn't came. I ordered it in the middle of October it's now December and I still haven't received anything!? Please let me know where my package is at because the wish app is not up to date. Inhabe been trying to contact you people for a couple weeks now and I still have no response. You guys basically took my money and if that is the case I will not shop with you guys anymore and will leave a review thank you!

Wish.com case for kindle fire

Simple: the case has the cutouts (for buttons, charger) incorrectly placed; the cutouts on the back are correct but the ones on the end are incorrect. The ones on the end would match if the Kindle was facing the case but then the Kindle would be pretty useless. I need to know how to return the item (although honestly it's worthless) for a total refund of $6.25.

Hello my name is Steve Brookins, I am trying to reach you about my credit card being used on your site, without my consent or knowledge. Please contact me asap. [protected]@gmail.com or by phone [protected]. Thanks steve. ok ill be long winded if you desire. I have a debit card at Commerce Bank in Columbia No. I have 4 unauthorized charges on it. 1 on 11/16. 2 on 11/4 and 1 more on 11/7. I was told to call you by there fraud dept. To get these charges reversed. Also where the deliveries were made so we could prosecute.

Wish.com micro needling system, derma stamp electric pen zjchao, product number: uo8622 o7wjm18800

MISSING PARTS.
I can't find this item in my wish cart history since I have ordered my derma pen a long time ago, therefore I have no tracking number or order number, that is my reason for writing on the complaint registration form and not on the Customer support >missing parts and items.
My derma pen came without a needle cartridge...I did receive the dermapen and cables

I have received my package a week ago, and I only opened it today, December 8th and was very disappointed to find my derma pen without the needle cartridge.

Wish.com I would like to complain about delivery

I just received notice from the post office that several of my packages have arrived and I am shocked that I will have to pay an additional R24 Per package to get them from the post office. It is all just Not worth it if i still have additional charges after paying for shipping. Had somebody told me that in the first place I would have NEVER bought the stuff especially not the amount of stuff that i bought. As it stands i need to pay the post office R192 to collect 8 packages and I have about that many packages which have not arrived as yet.

I went to buy a couple of items on wish.com. I clicked on pay now. All of a sudden my total went from $30.00 up to $421.00. When i realised i cancelled the order straight away. I have attached a copy of the order summary. It happened on the 7th December 2017. They gave me a refund. I have copies of the rest of the order if you need that let me know please

Wish.com clothes i've ordered for christmas gift I have not received them

I ordered over $300 exact $374 I believe worth of items from wish I have not received them and I tried changing the sizes to the items which were a daily clothing, I did receive the baby clothing but I have not received the adult clothing and I'm looking on wish and it says that it has been delivered November 18th which has not been delivered. When I first ordered it said that my last order would be delivered by December 8th I have not received any of the orders... Can someone please contact Christmas is in 2 weeks and I have nothing to give out to my family that I've already paid for .

I have ordered from wish several times and never had a problem I made a big purchase of $374 or more and I have not received my adult clothing I tried changing the sizes because I didn't recognize that the sizes were not us sizes I ordered them try to change them never received any of the items can someone please contact me about this it is very important I tried to order these items for Christmas now it's 2 weeks away and I still have nothing for my family can someone please contact me

You are false advertizing your phones. what you say and show is different in price than what you advertise. This is illegal, in the entire usa. Should you care to avoid a law suit I suggest you rectify this and give me the phone as advertised or i shall file a claim with attorney general and a class action law suit.

Wish.com money taken out of my account without my permission

It were money taken out of my account and I cancel the order and it were taken out 2 times. It were $ 46 and some change. I don't be like the fact it were taken out of my account without my permission. I would like for my money be put back in my account please. So please let me know. Thank you Melinda Frazier. When the money were taken out of my account it over draft and the bank want to take a lot out of my account.

Please I am complaining about the recent transaction by wish happened on 04 December 2017.
Kindly note that on 04 Dec 2017 at 22:46, I have order through wish apps on my mobile phone the following item: 13x4 Lace front Closure Malaysian deep Wave Closure Human Hair Lace Closure Hair Bleached Knots 7A Lace Top Closure. Just after payment of 60 euros to Wish through WORLDPAY LIMITED, I have noticed that there was no confirmation of the order in my email but the money was deducted from my account. Since then, I have not receive anything from wish. Please not that no client number was forwarded to me.
