Wish first time ordering

After registering with your company and completing my order I received a notification asking me to submit my bank statement showing past orders with your company and upload it in an email. How is this possible when I have just signed up with the company and placed a first order. Please let me know. Also, if this means my order is not coming, please be kind enough to let me know.

Wish payment issue

When I attempt to go to checkout and input my credit card information it says the site was having trouble processing my card. I waited a day before I tried again but the same thing came up so I was prompted to send an email to a representative and now everytime I try to go to checkout it says that they need to verify some information and prompts me to send an email to my personal email, which I have done various times already. I'm beginning to get frustrated here.

Wish gopro light

i did not received the item! i was told i will be refunded if i still did not received it on the estimated delivery! i attempted so many times vomminicating and to resolve this isue and i was promised that if i still dont receive it i will be refunded, but then when i sentvthem a message that i still did not receive it, they said i will not be refunded!i waited but until now, nothing! this is frustrating!

Wish payment issue

Hi I m a regular buyer from wish I had never any problems unfortunately my card get lost I cancelled my card and after few day when I got my new card try to update my account means add new card details but it's comes up with this message you have some payment issue go to the www.wish.com /payment issue issue resolved I m trying to add my new card but system does not let me please let me know how? I have not purchase this order below, Someone got a hold of my account. This is Fraud and I notified the Fraud company and the bank. This purchase was credit to my bank account today [protected] in the amount of $398.00 with no authorization. Please cancel this purchase and do not charge the amount above from my bank account. I recall this is Fraud and it is being Investigated as I open Fraud investigation today [protected]. Please cancel this purchase and Remove me from wish, com account and all my information remove as well. I do not want to have anything to do with wish.com.

Wish I did not recive my order art. Nr 59b50878f581d15af44cd36c winter autumn coat long slim outerwear wool women jacket for nok 175 kr.

i order this idom, and have not recived at pick up not to the closest post office, and i got this three bill from a creditor company Klarna hwo i talk to many times! i haven godt my order, you have sendt out bills for the tird time and the amount is just developing! can yoy please check whwre this idom is, becous ihavent got it! and i should not pay for somthing a haven recived ringht!? my nr [protected] - pleas lett me know what has happen and why i havent got my idom and KLarna i still sending me bills for something i never recived from your company "wish". Wish service

Just a horrible experince, i am writing behalf my of my family because they just being ignored, i am in absolute shocked they way they been treated, they gave up and did paid money but its just not fair at all, they purchased radio couple months ago from your addres from austria and this item was never reseived, and they been asked to pay money from klarna, from the begining they did refused to pay as they didnt reseived radio, they been calling and trying to explain that but no one was listening, asking to return the item if they dont want to pay it, but how they can return it if they havent reseived radio, in the end bill was coming up to 170 euros as a penelty from klarna, they were tired of fighting and they did paid, but its just absolutely ridiculous, i am just so angry that you are taking money from oldery people like that. I can provide email adresses that they been emailing to wish explaining that item hasnt been reseived, its against castumer right to take money if item its not reseived., i will go foward with this, i hope to hear from you soon.

Wish the whole set up

Have tried to put in a complaint and the screen went blank, so there is NO WAY of getting a complaint across. Firstly I ordered clothing and sleep wear as per sizing chart and description. What arrived had obviously shrunk and was not the quality promised. Embarrassing photos ensued and I wanted to return items. No, you just get a refund. Stuck with useless garments but local Charity Store wins. Purchase random items that never arrive, you keep waiting and by the time you have remembered they haven't arrived ( because shipping is snail mail ) you have exceeded their time frame for refunds. The best one wa the shoes I bought with only one shoe arriving! ) Toys, the children are small in comparison to the toys that arrives. They are cheap and small. You have paid a lot for toys you wouldn't even look twice at in a bargain store. Once again, u get a refund, and the charity store wins. Garden items...what could go wrong there? Solar ground lights 12 in a pack...yea! Bargain as the photos show twelve on the ground..nope..one arrives...12 LED LIGHTS IN ONE GROUND LIGHT! Two pack Flickering Solar Torches, umm do I buy one piece or two as asked...but it clearly states TWO in ONE PACK. ok. Buy one piece and only ONE arrives...this merry go round went on for months. I have finally purchased elsewhere because the torches died and i am FED UP with WISH by now. But, I have still paid for items that haven't yet arrived by said date. So I go to the site ( yesterday ) to lodge a complaint, with their charming " assistant " who gives you two options, shut up or request a refund, only to find my account has been " flagged " for excessive refunds! If they didn't have such a black and white policy, shut up or refund..if they had truthful vendors...if they let you return said items...I wouldn't be bloody " flagged ". Yes, it's a whole virtual store of con men selling false and faulty items. There is NO comeback. There is no customer feedback ( that they want, or are willing to listen to, because there is no option ) and that figure that what they have refunded me and what I have lost in waiting time and money kind of balances out. But now I've been " flagged " the scales have been tipped to their side with no recourse for name to defend myself. And I'm really upset about being considered " flagged " as I believe in fair trade. And WISH is not fair at all. All lollies and candy as far as the eye can see, but...you WILL eventually pay the price when your teeth rot. Never again will I purchase from that site, and I will be warning others ...still chuckling over the one shoe...even the charity store didn't win that time!

Wish not being able to buy the item I want

Every time when I tried to submit my payment, this message will appeared.
Before this, I received a message asking me to send my photo ID and photo of my debit card. I have sent it several times but did not receive any response.message appeared Lately, the abovementioned -"There is something wrong with your user account. Please visit https://www.wish.com/payment-issue to resolve this."
Please let me know what is going on with WISH.

Wish faucet delivery - I did not order

No account number available to me.
I am scheduled to receive a faucet that I DID NOT ORDER. The charge to my capital one card is $67.00. I want this charge removed from my credit card. I have notified Capital One and they are going to work on it. If they get to satisfaction from you I will then report it to the consumer affairs division for the state of Florida. I did review the faucet over a month ago. I did not want it at that time and I do not want it now. I will attempt to send the item back with the delivery man today. I do not think that I will be here when it is delivered so I probably am going to have a battle on my hands with you. My phone numbers are: [protected] or [protected] so you can call me to discuss.

Wish my app

this is the 5th email my account was closed i have wish credits over 22 dollars you dont call dont email me back, call me cheryl lamunyon is the name on my account they made me get another account but i van still use my same credit card, [protected]@cox.net your customer phone number dosent work. i order 100dollars every 2 weeks now i cant .. please help me

Wish product and customer service

I ordered 40Pcs Car Data Cord Tie Cable Mount Wires Fixed Clips Self-adhesive on the 22nd September 2018... My order hasn't still arrived so I contacted wish and there reply was... (Your account has been flagged for excessive refunds. Shoppers who abuse our generous refund and return policy negatively impact the entire platform and all other shoppers. We routinely audit accounts to ensure the best shopping experience for everyone. Once your account is determined to be back in good standing, you will be able to contact customer support and / or request refunds again. In the meantime, you will still be allowed to make purchases and we look forward to continuing to serve your shopping needs.) I was shocked very upset when I got this message.. There has been afew times my goods haven't arrived, But this reply from customer service is unprofessional... The tracking to this item still says it's in China.? Tracking number UM982398802CN

If this complaint isn't handled in the proper way I will take this further..

Wish product never received.

I placed a total of 9 orders on Apr 7, 2018. Till Nov 8, 2018, there's only 1 item that i have received. The others never arrived and their status was not updated. I have attached photos showing the latest delivery status. When the item was not delivered by the estimated date, i've used the app to send a late delivery notification. However, there was no response. There was no new tries to re-send my goods. There was no refund. Nothing.

My desirable resolution : either send me the goods, or refund them.

Wish actual delivery of goods

I'm pretty bummed and disappointed. I ordered a whole slew of things back in July/August and received all of them and LOVED 90% of them. THEN, for no apparent reason, all of a sudden I'm having issues with every single order I place. I will get one out of five or so items that I order. I have so much Wish Cash to spend but I'm not sure I dare to at this point because I keep requesting refunds when I do spend it because I never receive my items. I just want the things I order, that's it. I don't want a refund, just the stuff I ordered. :-( Just very, very sad right now because I ordered a bunch of stuff for my wedding and it's not shown up. Please, Wish, help fix this. I'm as loyal as they come, but this is getting a little out of hand.

Wish payment not received

Never purchase anything from this website. It's a scam of a company that won't give you a refund for an item if you've had 2 refunds on your account already. I ordered 3 different pairs of shoes from Wish.com and I didn't receive any of them. They refunded me for 2 of them and said they won't refund me for the 3rd shoe because my "account has been flagged for excessive refunds" and that in order for me to be able to get refunds again I need to get in "good standing" with the company. It was a joke. I literally haven't received the 3rd shoe and Wish isn't refunding me for it. Unbelievable. I'll never purchase from Wish.com again and am telling everyone I know about it.

Wish non payment of refund

I have been trying to get a refund for merchandise I didn't receive as far back as September to no avail. All I am getting are customer service phone numbers that have NO ONE you can talk to and text that keep sending me back and forth to the same ones that give absolutely no way to communicate with. Can do PLEASE PLEASE help me. I am at my wits end here. I have tried at least 12 texts and 4 phone calls! I am 67yrs old and live on Social Security. I CAN'T afford to just have them keep my money PLEASE HELP!

I have the same issue..no cant get through to talk to anyone..I have my orders ..way to small..looks like a kids size..I have tried 8 times to explain why and Pictures of the items they dont fit .and want my Money back...it always tells me to write above the line..what Line..? I have taken Pictures as well..and no one to talk too..to explan .anything..I keep getting like a robot questions and answers the same thing over and over I want my Refund back to my Card..
Please someone HELP!.I cant get number to send them back or where to..?

Wish orders not received.

Would like to say, firstly, that it is terribly inconvenient that customers are unable to call and speak to a person about their concerns. If I'd ever thought it'd been so hard to receive items, I wouldn't have listened to friends and family, and viewed the Wish site, and placed an order. That said! I placed an order around the end of middle/end of August of 2018. The order was of 5 items, of which only 1 has arrived, items werewolves to arrive the first or second week of October. Since then, a second order was processed, accidentally, I tried many times that eve to cancel the order (your way) it didn't work, and only enough, items are coming, yet, still Not the ones from the first order. Would really like a person to help. OH, and my 4 missing items. Thanx

Wish unauthorized charges to my credit card

I was charged for an item that I didn't buy and then the purchase was cancelled. All this without my knowledge. Then I got a message telling me about it after it happened. When I check, my bank account was charged for $47 and now it's credited as Wish Cash! And to make matters worse, my Wish account was blocked! I want a full refund of my money. What can I do?

Wish stolen information

A order for 385.00 was place on my account 11/05/2018. this was an unauthorized purchased. I want my money returned immediately to my checking account. The bank has been notified about this thief. I will no longer buy from Wish and I will make sure non of my friends or co-worked purchase anything else from you because you do not have a way to talk to a human. (poor customer service.) This is my second email did not get a response from the first one 72 hours in response is unacceptable when you have someone stealing money out of your account. will be calling the BBB.

Wish unauthorised credit card charges

My credit card was charged with:
- AU$ 41.98 on 28th October 2018
- AU$ 42.74 on 30th October 2018

Plus international transaction fees for each (AU$1.26 and AU$1.51, respectively)

I have never or am not aware of any purchases on WISH.COM.

I need the money to be refunded to my credit card and these are fraudulent charges.

Appreciate your assistance.

On 1/2/20 for $15.49, On 1/22/20 for $6.66, On 1/24/20 for $6.66, and on 2/8/20 for $9.60, Now I have No Idea what these charges are for. I would like an Email to inform me for what I am being charged for. If they are legitimate charges Fine. But if I do not receive and Email. I will Contact the BBB and my Bank to stop all Payments from you.
