I have been trying to contact wish reguarding a unauthorized charge they took off my credit card and have not had any responses. I was told to submit the complaint through the app but my account was deliberately disabled so I have no way to get in contact with them. I also tried the contact them by phone but the numbers a automated system which direct you to use the app.I was told to file a complaint with the BBB by my banking institutions.

I have just ordered on June third six items I clicked my address because I obviously know which address is mine and it's all going to my brother in ny I will never see my items being sent there also I have ordered several things in the past which I have yet to receive or get a refund for and the contact number u give is total and complete crap we like to speak to real people not a machine telling us to go to the app

no way to contact you from india in emergencies then why doing your business in india? i have order so many stuff and the next day you are telling me that you guys are refunding it and stuff? what is wrong with you guys? i have ordered for my husbands birthday surprise and this is i am getting in return. why? tell me how should i contact you because its really urgent!

I am complaining about my 3 items I ordered for last month. I should have received 1 of my item yesterday but It didn't arrive. Today I should receive two of my items still it hasn't arrive. What is happening? I need my items this week. I keep checking my history orders still is till​asking me if I have received it. I keep replying No that I haven't​ received it. It still asking the same question each day. I Need My ITEMS Back Please!

This website is showing dozens of Ultimate Belly Band holsters using my brands images which are trademarked ComfortTac.com. Wish customer service is non-existent. I have emailed several times to have them remove my images off of their website. Their phone number is useless, no one answers. By using my images they are promoting my branded product and by doing this they are selling counterfeit. I have had 2 customers call me asking me the status of their order to find out they purchased from WISH. I have no relation to WISH, no one is authorized to sell my brand by myself.

Wish.com is a Faurd company

These people have taken out GBP80 and GBP 188 on 4th June 2017 without my knowledge.

Please take strict action against this fraud company.

There are many fraud cases done by wish.com

Please ask them to return back my money.

I have attached the screenshots of the transaction alert received through sms. Please find attached. I do not have any other details because I was not aware at all about this transaction.

We ordered a watch through my mom 's email etc a fair while ago and it has now been a month since estimated delivery date. She tried to log back on the website but now it's saying she never signed up, even though it continues to send promotional emails.
I also signed up but didn't order anything, and now its saying I never signed up either.
Although a friend of mine claims to.have gotten her order.
Very angry with all of this. Especially as if wish is a fraud they did have solo many nice things on offer...

From 1/8/16 to find missing items from wish.com. I have been all over this tablet by various sites no luck! On or around October 2016 I had to reset this tablet therefore some items went AWOL I've had no refund or any sign of sorting this mess out. It was just about Xmas which ended up miserable. Kids new what was going on so I borrowed money and each got some money. I went into deep depression really bad DR put me on medication, told husband to watch my weight.Stress followed now I am 51/2 stone &put I into Hospital .Won't go on any more about that! I was blocked from using wish. Wish asked me to send in proof of recent purchase with a card that was used or the bank statement and I sent in both and you said you couldn't remove the block.?
The only explanation they gave me was their system blocked me and they cannot remove it due to policy. What the heck.?

I purchase on wish like once a week and it's not one item, I purchase several items at a time.

I haven't done anything and I am extremely aggravated because now I have to go through extreme lengths to get into contact with y'all about items I haven't received and you keep giving me the run around. Unblock my account! This is ridiculous

Ive ordered a few things from there that haven't arrived when i tell them they claim the is still in transit i check for myself and it apears the items are still in china they havent been sent by wish at all i only got a partial refund for one item im still waiting on my other items to arrive that i was ment to receive last month i think wish shopping are ripping people of by scamming them for their money something needs to be done about them

25 May i order few products from WISH on total of 41 Euro. That amount has already been debit from my account and now i CAN'T acess to my orders to know where is it and the historic of orders is empty ! I'ts the first time i used this site WISH but sincerely i'm not happy so far. the items ordered were: sun glasses, dress, 2x jumpsuits and 3x female tops.

When I select a free item and choose color etc the shipping jumps up from what the original price is... It says 2.00 shipping and when u answer the questions such as color it jumps another dollar or so... Isn't that false advertising? For example I ordered locket baby angel caller pendant long necklace harmony chime ball mexico bola relaxing musical sound. And was charged $3.00 shipping as opposed to $2.00 shipping. It does not state anywhere that there is an additional charge of any kind for choosing a color size etc. Free is free and $2.00 shipping is $2.00 shipping. If a cost is going to jump up for any reason should that be reflected in the add?

It is coming later than it said it would I would appreciate something new for free that is coming faster please send me a brand new fidget spinner as mine has been delayed I need a. New one. I order 3 new elegant women sexy multicolor batwing sleeve party (Store: EDATEAM) last March 16, 2017. It says March 18 processing the order and in transit which left the store on March 21, 2017. And the estimated delivery is May 02, 2017. I send couple of complaints on wish but never heard something from them. And another item I order was new arrival fashion twisted hair band (store: BA) and all those items was never deliver until now. Sad to say that some store are not trusted and using WISH to collect money from customer.
