Wish.com belt

5ACDE231D7EC7F6A84EF8EC9, belt is too small, and buckle is missing the adjustment piece, that makes it hold onto the belt itself. I have ordered from the manufacturer of the belt befor and got a superior product, however this product is so substandard that I will not be ordering from them in the future unless this is resolved to my satisfaction. I have placed a number of orders throug the wish app to see how I likely I will be to order products in the future. As it is, I have a number of products in my cart and I am hesitant to order anything, as everything I have ordered so far has been disappointing to say the least.

Wish.com checkout process

Im really pissed off with the payment process in the Wish application. I have entered my credit card details for billing and proceeded to checkout but then every time it says ‘oops something is wrong'. Besides $3 have been cut from my discover credit card, without any purchase being successful.! Could you please help me with the issue.! Either let my money be refunded or get me the items purchased.

Wish.com fraud pricing

It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to leave Wish.com. I have been a faithful customer for years and for the most part, I have enjoyed the site. However, It seems every Item is misleading and deceptive. This pricing fraud makes Wish look bad and unrepitable. There are numerous examples of the price fraud. The prices advertised is always much less then the purchase price. I will submit a few photos. Please fix this issue so I can trust Wish again.

Wish.com dresses

Hi I ordered multiple products from wish but only few got delivered.. Nearly 11 products are still pending.. I didnt receive even an email on this.. Its being 2 months I didnt get my products.. Dont know whats wrong with your website.. Even money was alredy paid for all these products.. But I didnt even received the shipment details or anything else.. Provide lease let me know

Wish.com overcharged by $50

I just realised I was charged way over the amount for my recent order on the 8th of May. My order came to $90.75 originally, and you guys charged me $140.75. This is a MAJOR difference of $50. I'm guessing it was some sort of mistake but if it could be rectified I would really appreciate it a refund for that $50 I was overcharged. Thanks. Wish.com my order

I have ordered 3 pairs of sandals off of wish but only one has came but they all say they have been delivered to or in my mailbox but I did not receive it it's not in my mailbox & I don't know if anyone took it but I know I didn't receive it it says it has been delivered & I was wondering can I get my money back or can you resend the shoes because i have not received my order & I paid for it & l feel like nothings being done about it & I spent my money but didn't get what I paid for

Wish.com I didn't make a transaction

Hello. I was checking my debit account this morning and I see y'all have a pending transaction for my card and I never ordered anything from you guya nor did i give anyone permission to use my account. I havnet used wish in a very long time and don't understand the issue. But I didn't authorize this at all.I would really like for whatever that whom ever order to be cancelled

Wish.com I ordered and updated with wish. 3 boxes of several make up products

I placed an order for several different items to which have been paid for and taken out of my checking account. I received it all but 3 make up boxes with at least 50 different make up necessities in each Box. The order was placed April 7 of 2018. On the App wish on my phone i was asked if i had received these products around May 1, 2018 and still have not received them. I have already paid for them and every time i go to my order history they say i have none. Maybe not from home computer and not my phone that could be why. But when I do it is the same question from them, have you received this product . And the answer is no. I received everything but those 3 boxes which was for mother's day. If they don't have that product they need not put it on their site.

Wish.com very late shipment

I'm supposed to receive my Katana Sword by 21/5/18 & till now I still waiting for it more than a month. Can I request for a refund of $160 cuz no point for me keep on waiting. As well get the refund & get another samurai sword from other online supplier . Please revert back to me soonest possible

I still have other orders which still outstanding for about 1 month. Kindly assist me to check. In the app u from the customer support can't ask the question which I wanted so personally I feel that it deficit the purpose.

I have not purchased items from Wish since last year. My last order was all the slime etc. was money taken out of my account or could you please explain what's happened. I noticed my account is under Lauren. Why is that?
I was sent an email saying I had to log in again and add my bank statements, and I wasn't able to login until I submitted them. Has my account been compromised? I had a person living with me and her name was Lauren Hindes, does that name register at all to my account? Please contact me to let me know.

Wish.com cancelled order.

I did not approve the last two orders made on your site. I placed them in the cart for later, but the site processed the order without my approval. I never slide the button from the left side to the right side for final approval. I attempted to cancel the order but I was unable to through your app like you claim. So, I attempted to call to no avail. I have no choice but to put a stop payment on the order, cancel my account, a file this complaint. If you cannot address this problem immediately and correct it I will never use your app or site again.

Wish.com medieval gown!

Ordered medieval dress in green and that is the only thing that your people got right! This gown had been ordered in medium size, I wear a size small but ordered medium to make sure it would be long enough! Your people did not pay attention to size or garment. I was sent a size large! Not only is this to big through the body, it is 6 inches to short, this was also trimmed in black lace! Ido not wear lace!

This is supposed to be a fall or winter gown, the one that was sent is for the height of summer...
Therefore you owe me the dress that I originally ordered!

Wish.com online shopping app cute home and geek / payment issues

I have been using your shopping apps cute wish home and geek for a couple of years now and this is the first time I had any problems completing my orders but recently my orders aren't going through I now know that the bank accounts I use are not the reason it's your company that is declining my orders I have had four new bank cards this year and thought that may be part of the reason but I'd really like to correct the issue as I love using all the apps and would be lost with out them please help and reply ASAP thankyou for your time from Jennifer hosking

Wish.com my order

My order is not delivered even now. If my order was delivered why I didn't get any notification because I promised to receive a wattsup or a call when my order is being delivered. And now I cannot get a refund because order was delivered but not received. How do I track this orders when in in SOUTH AFRICA. Which courier is was used to deliver my order

Wish.com I tried to get help from your technicians and they kept hanging the phone up on me.

I called your company because I never received a shirt that I ordered on March 7th. Delivery date was April 17th. I checked the tracking and it was still in China. When I was having problems with my computer the technichan kept hanging up on me. I called back 6 times and he kept answering the phone and when I started to explain my problem about never receiving my item he kept hanging up on me. I've ordered from wish before and never had a problem like this. I either want my shirt or a refund to my credit card asap. This I will share with everybody on facebook if we can't resolve this and believe me I have alot of friends that shop on wish. This isn't a threat, just fact that I was treated so rudely!

This is to complain you that I have received some of the items which I ordered (with the order id - 5ae42e7be3f1c6752334a090) from your site but really sorry to say that I am really very disappointed with the items quality, colour and appearance. This was my first experience but it was really pathetic. I have also recommended your site to many of my friends but today I am actually regretting for doing so.

Wish.com my package is sent to the wrong address and your app is not allowing me to change the address to the correct one

Their app does not give me the options to change it to the correct address. They keep telling me to go online. The package was at the post office and since my I'd doesn't match the incorrect address the post office is not allowing me to get it.
I would greatly appreciate a prompt solution to this problem. Please send my package that I have paid for to my correct address because your app does not allow me to do this.

I am Suhana, I have placed an order of 612rs. And after payment it's showing that order will be delivered on 3rd July.. Y is this delay in delivery.. Kindly deliver with in this month or else please refund the amount. We doesn't have company details because we have done e shopping.. And procured 4 items.. We trusted this application and procured. Suggest you to provide best solution for this.
