Hi, my name is Bongi, I had placed my orders on wish from the 25 August until late September in access of 10 items. The first order should have came by the 14th October but still i have not received a thing . The tracking tool shows that 6 of the 10 items have reached the destination country South Africa. Kindly advise what can be the issue for this huge delay in arrival of orders.
My delayed order tracking numbers are as follows: (1) YT1723809810301329, (2) [protected], (3) [protected], (4) [protected], (5) [protected].

not receiving an order
On Aug 21, 2017 I ordered a raised dog bed.
The Order invoice for this order is 599baeOc9506cfd292cb5798.
The Transaction order # 74N287180F6049601
I paid $29.95 for this and have not received it. I believe this was a raised dog bed. When I looked for the order on the WISH order history it says I have no orders but I have ordered a few things from this company.
I don't understand why this isn't recorded.

I ordered my 5 items of clothing on The Wish App at about 20:15pm on the 26/10/2017( yesterday) and when I pressed 'Confirm order' to pay for clothing the price was around £41:98. It went onto Nationwide verifying it and popped up with 'Something went wrong! Please try again' so I refreshed the page and the payment had gone down to £40.78 so pressed 'Confirm Order' and it went straight through. However when I looked at my online banking it shows that £82.76p has gone out of my account. So I have been charged twice. I have contacted the Wish support team via email 2 times and nothing has been remotely said apart from the total price, last 3 digits on the card and the date of purchase. I have provided all of the correct information but I get sent back through is a copy and paste of how to contact them... please help.

I purchased items on wish.com, I paid with paypal, My account says I do not have a purchase history, The purchase was taken off of my credit card, But still nothing, When I first made these purchases, my account stated that I would start recieving my items on Oct 24 2017, now I have no history, I think It really stinks that you can not get a customer service person on the phone, I see a lot of complaints but are any resolved by wish?

a recent order
Wish charged my card 5 times for one order and I want the money back for all transactions! I didn't want to be charged more then once for one order and I used wosh all the time and this is the FIRST time this has happened to me! I am not sure why I was charged 5 times for one transaction and that needs to be fixed immediately! I am very in happy that this happened to me and I hope this can be fixed as soon as possible!

I got my free gift from wish, but then not only did they charge me twice for shipping, they also put it on hold. Then they want me to email them and they have not responded at all. Nor does the companies phone number answers. All it tells me to do is go back to the application and submit a complaint with the email that wish provides. I am very upset and don't know how to get this fixed. Angry customer.

I've had a hold put on my account because they say, im not me, sent them back statement of all wish transactions for the month of Oct 20 2016, they went through on the 21 because my bank Chase paid and charged me a fee, I've been with Chase for years and I've had my email for years and they say it doesn't match . Also sent license with bank statement, I don't like sending my bank statement and license through email, it's not safe, so I told them I'm not sending anything else, I've ordered clothes, shoes, hats, shades, jewelry, etc. My ole old email is [protected]@yahoo.com

I am very disappointed in wish services. I have order more than 3 months ago and still did not received any of my packages. I even contact the post offices and they could not track these packages. I will not ever buy from wish again. Very disappointed.

problem with order history
What happen to my order history. I have ordered a couple things and they are not showing. Everything I bought has been deleted except the free Oder I got for signing up. I need to know where my order history is or has it been deleted all together. Please let me know something soon, thank you. Har blivit blockerad och vet inte varför, frågar flera gånger men får bara samma svar att ni inte kan ta bort blockeringen pga av er policy. Men förstår inte varför jag blivit blockerad.
