Wish.com hot sale solar power gadget 4 pack.

Hi wish 13 January I ordered (Hot sale solar power gadget 4 pack )which is $16 each and i ordered 2 pack but i recieved only 2 lights it supposed to be 8 lights .where is my other six lights ?can you please send them or else my money will go in waste and this will be the last time and i will never reccomend my friends to buy from wish again.

I ordered two 14-inch laptops from the Geek app. for Christmas gifts, advertised to include Windows 10, but when it arrived Dec. 2017, there was no active license for the Windows OS. This means the computer cannot run anything.
So, using their contact customer support link, I sent a request for the product key. I received very quickly, within 24 hours, a response directing me to a link provided. This link is zip file that contains a video that is blank and a pdf file that is written in a language other than English.
I tried to reply to the email with the link and got redirected to start over through my order history as the only option is to ask a new question to which I received the same email with the same link to the same contents. I went through this loop at least a dozen times, I even tried to contact through my desktop computer only to be told I had to contact them through my app. I tried to call and only got an automated message directing me to the app and to use their provided contact us form, so I did in the off chance I got somewhere else...can you guess? This took me to the same link to the same bad information.
Now it has been more than their 30-day return period and they won't let me return the laptops.

Wish.com shoes several pair

I've been trying to email or speak to someone for over a week to try to find out how do I go about returning these pairs of shoes I ordered and am very unhappy with. All of the shoes are poorly made and don't look anything like the pictures I saw when I ordered them. It's very unprofessional that I can't speak to a person and that they have a phone number that is just a recording saying go to the website and the website is not helpful either.

I made an order on February 1, 2018 and it was paid in full . I am ordering from your company for the first time because I heard many good things about your products and your fast delivery. It is now February 10, 2018 and I have not received not even one of your items, why is it taking so long when the other states in the United States gets the items within a few days. I l live in Miami, Florida. I hope I will get a quick response on this, I am worried about my order . I was going to continue ordering from your company. Please let me know.

Carmen, firstly, this isn't the Wish website. This website has no affiliation with Wish. Secondly, you ordered from China. It typically takes 3 to 6 weeks to receive items from China. Third, they are in the midst of their Chinese New Year/Spring Festival. This is a major holiday for the Chinese people, and many businesses shut down for 2-3 weeks during the festival. If you have issues, you need to contact WISH directly either by calling them at the number on their website/app or email to support@wish.com

Yes! I bought a bedspread w/ pillow case $59.00. A car seat warmer and, car seats. It said, ' one thing and at time of check out - there's another price. Please send me through e-mail the items I purchased so that I can review them. [protected]@att.net you sent only one confirmation, that is for shipping. Wish.com 2 x moana costumes and necklaces

Items haven't arrive (it is february 10th!)

I stated more than 4 times that I didn't get the order, and it says there to contact the support within 30 days of expected arrival date. The "expected arrival date" was january 5th, and I wrote the support about a week later.
No reply, no items, no refund - nothing!

Very sad and very angry, will never shop with wish again!

Wish.com womens fashion sport sneaker

Earlyne Beasley [protected]@att.net I have ordered the above mentioned sneakers in size 9 in blue and khaki for $7.30 each. The site where you choose the items shows $6.00 for shipping. Which would be $13.30 each shoe. When I attempt to check out the price for both pairs have increased by another $12.00 which indicates double shipping charges. Please let me know how the charges are determined.

The shipping is PER ITEM ordered, not totaled. Also, this site isn't affiliated with Wish, so you're not going to get an answer from them.

Wish.com not receiving items

I've ordered numerous times and at least 10% of my items never came. "we've got your back" is their standard line when you don't receive items...right! when you contact support to advise them, you get the standard "we show it arrived at your location, please contact shipper for further information"

contact the shipper?!? I ordered AND PAID you! the shipper never answers.

Wish.com paying but product not being ordered

I ordered from wish 4 panel painting canvas pictures. The whole total was 21.00. on February 5, 2018 they took the 21.00 out of my bank account. but no order was made for me that I had even ordered them. I'd like the pictures but I have no problem wish refunding my money back into my account. this is the second time this happened. My daughter-in-law ordered these same pictures as a gift for me Hayley Twinn. the total price was 20.00 they took money out of her account and never ordered the pictures. I just thought maybe there was something going on with her account but I guess not cause same thing happen to me. I hope this matter can be resolved. thank you Brenda Dugan

Wish.com wish app in showing item is delivered, but I will not received this item.

I Purchased in wish.com website On 16/12/2017 Item Description is 2015 New Style fashion Design Polari.../ Store is Tony Big Company. so delivery schedules is all attached.
Once any item we purchased after Delivery before Customer call confirmation with received signed after that handwork Asher Ur Company Policy's.
Today means 07/03/2018 i facing problem, who is in wish company contact persons.

Wish.com I ordered a portable xtreme bluetooth speaker

I ordered & paid for a Portable Xtreme Bluetooth Speaker but what I received was a mini speaker. I have emailed you many times with no answer as yet, I am not happy at all. all I want is what I ordered but if that isn't going to happen then I would like a full refund. I will return the mini speaker in the package it came in,. I look forward to hearing from you...

Wish.com fraud

Hi i am Peter Whaanga of 168 Mokonui Road Whanganui, 4576 in New Zealand and am writing to say someone ordered stuff from your site using my debit credit card this person stole my card and has done four transactions all done on the 06.02.2018 last four numbers on my card are 3071. I am writing hoping to get my money back as i am an invalid i cannot afford to lose this money i have contacted my bank and they have cancelled my card so as to reissue me another one.these are the transactions and ammounts taken,

Wish.com the wish app has taken control of my google account and I am not able to remove control

About Novemebr I loaded the Wish app on my computer. I ahve bought nothing from them so decided to remove the app from my computer ---- only it will not allow me to do it. Seems it can override Google and stays put. There is no entry in the registry that I can see.

I would really like to know how to get rid of it!

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this useless app from my computer please.

Wish.com 2 bathing suits and a bathing suit bottom with light weight jacket

I ordered the shell bathing suit in small still never received, the blue and white leaf bathing suit in medium never received and there was a blue and white bathing suit with matching light weight jacket in medium also never received under John l Fulmer i want answers after spending $200.00 in one order what the problem is with these 3 items that you keep putting us off on these items received the other items i want a phone call asap to rectify this problem or i have no other choice to call the BBB with this problem. Wish.com my order

I've been shopping with wish for about 2 months and have spent over $75 and I have not received half of what I ordered when I go in to see my history I don't see my order but I've been charge on my bank card so I like to know where my order is and I will never ever shop on once again it's a rip off products online and not what you get when you get the item at home it's completely different or smaller

Wish.com multiple items ordered.

None of the ordered items has arrived, and it's been over a month since I ordered. I asked Wish to cancel order completely and refund my credit card, and this has yet to occur. I am furious that I've had to waste so much time communicating via email, all with zero results. Their customer service is non-existent. Of course, the charge for my order went through immediately even though nothing had been shipped.

Wish.com is a HUGE SCAM! PLEASE DON'T EVER CONSIDER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS DEPLORABLE "RETAILER."

Wish.com I ordered an item that was falsely not what it says it was even in picture

I ordered a tablet made sure in the pictures it is what it said, description said 12 Inc tablet plug in cord built in battery warranty card and instruction manual so I hit buy and payment started and I seen after that the order said tablet bag so I immediately messaged support and by the time she replied it said it was in shipping but had not yet left and they said oh I am sorry it's already in shipping so u will get refunded after u ship it back at ur cost. Now I have to pay shipping to send it to me when not necessary, and then I have to pay to ship it back when it finally shows up and that's so criminal when I have to pay shipping costs in the amount of the falsely advertised item. So I will have paid 15.00 for the item and 14.00 for shipping but in wishes mistakes and false advertising crimes I will only get 15.00 back now that is one hell of a scheme in Conning customers. It's the second time I have had to eat money and items from wishes dishonest sales and such. I am livid and willing to start screaming on YouTube and the media and better busisness bearu and labor industries...

I do not want wish getting away with this again and any longer

Wish.com products received differed from what was ordered

I purchased 5 items and so far have received 4. Of these, 1 was nothing like the product I ordered. It was 2 x 4000watt inverters and they won't even run a 750watt resistive heater. This should be no problem to a 4000watt inverter. I think what I received was 2 x 400 watt inverters. What a bloody ripoff! Advertised was a sound bar and subwoofer, all I got was a crappy soundbar. Ordered a bluetooth radio/speakers for my garage which looks nothing like the photos in their ads and despite the claim the sound was high quality, it is absolutely crap. I also ordered a phone case for my wife based on her model of phone. The case that arrived didn't fit the phone by any stretch of the imagination. I have been in contact with their customer service to seek a refund or preferably get the goods I wanted and after some communication that has since stopped completely. To be honest, I was dubious about them and took their promises and site reviews with a grain of salt but thought I would give them a go. My concerns have now been proven. I suspect that even the reviews they show on their websites are fake and mainly revolve around (people?) saying how quick their service was but there appears to be few genuine reviews that rave about the quality of goods. I also think that if you did happen to put a bad review like in my case, it never makes it onto their website. Like many others, delivery was great but was the least of my problems. Never again Wish! And I will also be sharing my concerns with my hundreds of friends on Facebook who will hopefully forward them on. I believe something has to be done about this company.

Wish false advertised and conned me not only out of not getting what picture and description was but then are making me pay shipping to receive what I did not want and then pay to ship it back to along the same amount of the price of the item I will never receive.

I want for them to be held accountable it's the second time they have made me eat my own money and products
