Wish.com delivery

I ordered some products on wish.com on 23rd may 2017 and its expected delivery date was 1st july 2017.I havn't received it yet and whenever i track my order status it shows delivered but i didn't got anything.I've also paid the money online.Please look into the matter where are our goods or whoever stolen it.Please make our product delivred or money back.

Wish.com customer service & my account

Well here we go i downloaded this app last year and I didnt know how to put my stuff in the cart so I was paying for it [protected]@ a time well they put a stop on my account & refunded my debit card so they sent a e mail that i needed to send a photo copy of my bank statement to them showing the refund to my card well as i tried & tried to explain my debit card is a prepaid so there is no monthly statement 2 send ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WILL HELP ME THIS IS BS I TRIED TO ORDER 200 WORTH OF STUFF THIS MORNING & I WAS DENIED AGAIN. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WILL HELP ME STRAIGHTEN THIS OUT NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 3 DAMN DAYS FOR ANYONE TO GET BACK TO ME VIA E MAIL WHY THE HELL DO THEY HAVE A 800 # IF U CANT TALK DIRECTLY TO SOMEONE I AM SO DISGUSTED

Inside the package was a pink balloon I have ordered hundreds of stuff from wish I don't even know what I should have received as it doesn't tell you on wish where the item is sold by.
On the envelope it says balloon it cost them 2$ To send it to me I'm in the UK.

I'm still waiting for the goods, is Wish is only a sham company that offers the goods only cashed and not shipped? Then nice greetings to the rip off !

Wish.com placed order then order was cancelled

I placed an order on July 2nd 2017 paid with a credit card entered all the information that was needed the website said everything was fine then on July 3rd I get messages that all my orders have been cancelled cuz there's an error with my account and my money has been refunded back to my credit card and they're asking for a copy of my bank statement that shows a recent order I have placed with you all I haven't placed a recent order other than the one that was cancelled so how would I have a bank statement showing an order that I have placed with you and as of July 4th my credit card has not been given credit back for the order that was cancelled I will be reporting your company to the Better Business Bureau

On July the 2nd I placed an order through your website I paid with my credit card everything was fine according to the website then on July 3rd I get a bunch of messages that tell me that I'm getting a refund on all my items because there's a problem with my account that I need to submit a bank statement showing that I have made a recent purchase with your website how can I show you that I've made a recent purchase if this was my first purchase and my bank account is private information if everything was fine when I submitted my information on the credit card then that should have been all that was needed now it is July 4th and I still don't have my credit showing on my credit card that I used I will be reporting your company to the Better Business Bureau

Wish.com haven't gotten my product

I put an order in on may, 27th and it said i should reseve my two rings by june, 18th i believe and then i got an email saying that it will be delayed and ill reseve it on july, 2nd which it is now july, 4th and still havent gotten my rings or even a email or nothing stating where it is. I have looked at the tracking and it stopped showing me where my package was back in may. I have bought other things from wish before it either got it on time or early so i dont understand whats going on with where my rings are!

Wish.com wish account

I can't get into my account, it logged me out and when I try and get back in it says that there is a problem or expired. I have items that I have ordered and need to see the progress on it. Can somebody please help me get back in there. I have tried logging in many ways and updating the app but doesn't seem to work. Is there anyone that I can speak to personally to help me get back in?

Wish.com unauthorized deduction from my bank account

I noticed a 105 dollar debit from my bank account...I made no such order...I ordered a few things they were ordered separately and taken off separately...then came the 105 deduction...shoes, bracelets...another watch ect...it looks like you took everything that I had recently looked at...charged me and sent it...I've already talked with my bank and cancelled my card...I believe you will hear from them. In the meantime what am I supposed to do...I don't want any of the unauthorized merchandise...and I'm not going to pay to have it sent back...this is ridiculous!

Wish.com non delivery of orders

I placed orders on this website and paid via my credit card. Now when I tried tracking my parcels, I receive "Error 404" message. Further on trying to contact Wish, you are directed to their website where you again receive "Error 404" messages.
They do not seem transparent and appear suspicious.
My orders amount to less than 10 US dollars, but I want consumers to be made aware of these guys and steer clear.

Wish.com my free gift and product not received

I am very upset and would like to know where and what happened to my free gift item that I received when I signed up with your company I haven't received anything and I am very very unhappy about it. I would like to have someone contact me asap and tell me where my item is and why I haven't received anything. If I don't receive it I will be discontinuing with your company and will be going elsewhere I want my money back for the item or have it sent asap please!

Wish.com face masks/seamless scarve

I ordered 7 face buffs/seamless masks friom Wish online on 8 May but have only received 2 mid June. When trying to track the other orders, it gives me Error 404 on each order. I live in South Africa so trying to contact Wish customer care is a bit pricey (phoning internationally) - is there any other route to follow and trace where my purchases could possibly be? Wish.com billing for incorrect products/ unauthorized billing

I was putting items in the cart I went to the cart page and items I didn't request, I only looked at, we're charged in my cart, items changed prices from the purchase page to the cart. I submitted messages to you regarding the erroirs, I did not authorize the purchases because I was waiting for a response from the emails I sent. Remove the charges of 79.80 from my checking account immediately. Once you have done that, please call me at [protected], so that we can correct the purchases and prices. Wish.com women's shoes

I am trying to order women's shoes, when I put in size and color and am ready to add to cart, it adds the wrong prices. I order from you often and this has never happened before. I am going to order 3 pair of shoes. They are the leather moccasin shoes with the little ties on the side. I have clicked on several different picture, none come up right.

Wish.com unauthorized credit card charges on my bank card.

My name is Karen Lindeman and my cell phone number is [protected]. You have been taking money out of my checking account since June 26, 2017, I have not heard of you nor have I ordered anything from you. I would like to speak to someone about this money coming out of my account. I don't know what was ordered, but I have the amounts that were taken out so I will give you the dates and amounts. June 26, 23017 there are nine on that day and they are as listed $60.00, $1.95, $16.00, $2.00, $2.95, $2.95, $2.95, $2.00, and $1.00. The next amount came out on June 28, 2017 and there were 3 amount and they are as followed$1.95, $1.95, and $3.00. The next amount was on June 30 and it was for $19.50. The last amount was for today July 3, 2017 and it was for $12.00. So please call me and let me know that I can get my money back from this place. Thank you very much. Karen Lindeman.

Wish.com order not received and disappeared from order history

Order ID is 5946d7bcd78f5fb9df342f3f my bank account was charged I have not received any items on my order. My order is no longer in my history. I have several email confirmations saying my items have shipped but when I click on tracking or contact support I get an error 404 message. I want my items or I want my money back this was $34.00 and 5 items. Do not make me get ugly. Someone needs to contact me.

I find this product very offensive. How could you support such a product? You may find this funny but may Christians shop this site, me included. It detours me from further purchasing from wish. If I have to I will have a petition started to remove these type of offensive n vulgarities. Shame on you n your business for supporting it. Is the money you make worth it?

Wish.com a refund for an item that didn't turn up

My shirt that I purchased for £13 plus £4 delivery.

It Did not turn up so I was offered a refund which I accepted.
Wish said £6 would be refunded, iv sent 5 txts to say it's not the right amount I just can't get a reply.
I am really disappointed as I have only just started shopping with WISH I don't want this to put me off further purcases
Although I get loads of offers through I would like a response to THIS please instead.
