Wish.com a phone charger

It has been all most a month thying to get all the parts I got 1 of 3 and all I get is the same thing (send us a photo of your card one time last 4 covered one time the first 12 covered and my ID I have sent this 3 times and you keep asking for it The card I used had to be canceled do to fraud activity I am thinking wish is the source of my card number getting out.
there are many items I would have got if wish could get things right as fast as GEEK If this is not made right I will tell every one I can not to by from wish using face book twitter and in person I have got many to by from geek and they are happy that could have been wish as well.

One PISSED OFF CUSTOMER

Wish.com customer service

I've been trying to get a Latias plushie but everytime I try and get it it either says there's something wrong with my billing address or they can't process my card and so I tried calling the number for customer service and all it gives me is a recording saying to email them and stuff and I've tried doing that before but it never worked and I just want my Latias I've been trying to get the Latias for awhile and still haven't gotten it

Wish.com I got charged twice and it showed as denied at the app

When I was trying to buy a dress it showed as denied and then I saw that it was charged twice in my card!
I'm trying to cancel the order at the app but it doesn't allow me. And I can't not even send a message in the app because it always says it is missing some information.
I just want to cancel this order and have my refund!
I've attached the pictures of my credit art statement that shows the 2 charges and the order confirmation that shows now at the app, but it only shows one order!

Wish.com items ordered too small

I would like to know if I may change some items I received that were too small?
I have about 5 tunics and a dress that I thought I purchased with the correct size but when they arrived it was more than obvious they were too small. I like what I purchased and would just like to exchange all them for a larger size.
What is the process?

Wish.com orders not filled/orders that have been paid for that haven't been received

Hi there,
I want to post a formal complaint about WISH.com
Should be more like WISH.CON...
I had ordered a few things that I was ok with...I understand that these products are "cheap"...but I did not realize that many of the items for sale were "knock-offs"...as they use photos of products that arent theirs and copy them...THAT IS CALLED FRAUD.
As they do not have the rights to copy=COPY RIGHTS to any of their products.
So to continue, I had ordered a few things and one of them came. Which was the "clip on camera", I thought, hey this would be great and I can do hands free filming for my Youtube channel...it came, the instructions made no sense...as if they were translated from Japanese or Chinese into english..anyways very poorly done.
The product said to plug it in to my computer...so I did, in hopes that the computer would identify it and I would have an idea of how it works through the "wizard"...nothing but lights flickering.
I contacted WISH and they lead me on, told me to be kind in my emails...I said regardless of how much I spent...this product sucks and that I was considering a Lawyer...and they said they knew the product didnt work? WHAT, they knew...so why is this product on their web site then?
I felt like such an idiot...and then I comprimised my email...as I sent pics this way...since there is no way for me to send pics any other way...they make it as difficult as possible to resolve anything.
I got passed down the line to yet another ummm, person.
I ended up cancelling my account and all of my other orders that I had placed just disappeared. I now had no way to track anything there after.
I called the 1800 number on their site and got a continuing cycle of recorded messages? What the Hell kind of business is this?
How are they allowed to take peoples money and not (literaly) deliver customer service? Who are they? What are they supporting? How is this criminal activity still being able to go on?
So I did receive one item, and much to my non-suprise, it looked nothing like what I ordered...but I have not received 5 things that I have paid for through PAYPAL...NOT HAPPY AT ALL...

Please learn from my mistakes and dont get taken for a ride...THIS WISH SITE IS FRAUDULENT AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN...How any others have been ripped and jipped by these swindlers? Too many to count...If anyone out there who has been scammed by them( of thousands)...perhaps we could get together and do something about it...this has to be stopped...One way or another...

Wish.com shorts for women

I ordered shorts 8 pairs on Mar 24 never received they say in transit still at warehouse dated Mar 24 now they say I'm passed 30 days so no refund why they were never even shipped I want my money back or items reshipped or shipped to begin with store is sunny outdoor factory code is BUBBE0102639947YQ the company never shipped my order now I'm out money and shorts and wish says I'm passed 30 days so no refund will be given. How does that seem fair when the company never even bothered to ship my items?

Wish.com ball dress - says it's refunded for no particular reason.

I ordered two dresses that were refunded for no particular reason, and my money was not refunded- it was two dresses that I need in time for an event on Saturday 29th July that cost $60 for both of them. I am quite disappointed in Wish now as I always used to buy things that arrived early and were the exact right product, and these were two items that I do need very soon. I have sent in pictures of screenshots of my bank balance and items ordered, and there is no way to further contact you.

I didn't ask for a refund I just want what I bought, and I spent over a hundred dollars. Wish.com bmc fm1 full face mask

Helo:

I bought a cpap mask from wish and just after the one month it broke.

I sent in a defective concern and was told I could have a refund or replacement as I hasd sent photos and showed the problem.

I chose refund and someone different came back and said its over 30 days sso no refund.

This is a life saving piece of equipment for some people like me.

This also happened to us just after christmas when we were sent an email asking if we would wait longer for 2 or 33 missing shipments and the would come and after we had enough and did not receive the product told them to refund and again they hid behind the 30 rule after they had asked us to wait.

This is not proper.

Wish.com no confirmation of order received

Hello

Yesterday 21/06/2017 11.06am) I placed an order for two rings and a watch. The money was debited off off my Bank account immediately( R148.97) but I have not received a mail confirming my order and now I have no record of this. What do I do? my Email is [protected]@jeeves.co.za. I have placed previous orders and I have always received confirmation. It appears nowhere on my history.

Please advise urgently.

Wish.com 87 miles off course

I ordered a dress and waited for months for it to arrive. When I finally got fed up with waiting, I attempted to contact Customer Support. The email strain essentially told me that because I waited too long, I would not be able to replace or receive the item I paid for. They delivered my dress to an address 87 miles from the intended destination, then told me that they would not correct their mistake because I didn't tell them soon enough that they made said mistake. I have attempted to contact Customer Support by phone numerous times, but I never get a human, and no one ever gets back to me. I want this issue resolved.

Hi i have tried putting a complaint in to wish.Com about recieveing items that are different than their advert.Plus items sent were in chinese.All the items i have recieved are faulty and not work.I have asked wish for a free post label and a refund before i send their items back as i paid up front before i saw anything.But all wish keeps doing is wasting my time asking for pictures of items.I have sent them pictures three time of the all items and order numbers.But the only responce that i have had is they say they will refund me for two items and thats it.An example of wish is the word leather to every language in the world it is the produce of a cow.Not to wish it is pvc plastic and thats what you get from wish when you order leather goods.I have told them i will never purchase anything from again i have never met such liers in all my life.

Wish.com terrible service

So...I ordered two shirts that were sort of expensive and I waited a month for them and they didn't come...and then I contacted support and they said that something was wrong with their tracking system and that it would take a bout 30 more days to arrive...so I waited...again and still nothing came so that's two months. And then I cantavted again and they said that I needed to refund and I won't be getting my stuff...and to this day I have contacted them 7 times and still the same thing. Obviously they don't get that I want my stuff...the service people are definetley rude. I still don't have my stuff. Wish is fraudulent and has terrible value.

Wish.com all deliveries

This has been going on beginning May 2017, You on your own have decided to ship to my old work address. Mind you I was not working there at the time the order was placed and never input my old address only my home address. I alerted you to this error in May you began shipping my order that had 15+ items in it seperately and I have never received a thing.

Your company is the worst, you answer my complaints with "I need your order number and the customer service rep even gives their name big wowstill no way to open a real conversation that would lead to a solution.
NEWS FLASH you have no way of having the same person having a conversation with me to correct this problem which leads me to now know you have never had any intention of correcting YOUR ERROR!. Why dont you try doing business like a human and contact me, you know I have never received anything you have all the order numbers CORRECT THIS
I have given you my address 620 E Baseline Rd. Claremont Ca 91711 and my phone number [protected] but you insist sending me dead end e-mails that are nothing less than cruel. I have filed with the Better Business Bureau, you need to be stopped and held accountable like a realbusiness. The Wish corporation is a sham and a scam. I have placed a complaint everytime something was not delivered or delivered wrong and you refuse to correct the problem Refund all my money to my account or send me a check.

Wish.com not receiving all of my order.

I agree, they are nothing but fraudulent. Do not order from them. I made a $700 order through Geek.Com which goes through Wish.Com, after they lured me in with a free item that never did come. It was February 2017 and the items came very slowly being drop shipped from China. After two months I did get 3/4 of the items, plus some weird stuff that they did not even know why it was sent to me. My tablet computer came with a broken screen, I returned it to never see it again. I was agreeable with the credit card to pay them for what they sent me $400, but WISH.COM wanted the full $700 even though I never received all my merchandise. The credit card finally told me I have to pay them the other $300 or lose my good credit. What a bunch of total rip-off crooks they are. Now after waiting six months of having the credit card in dispute, I have to pay WISH.COM their other $300 and I never got the stuff. They are as crooked as a $3 bill.

Wish.com lost items

I have had the worst time trying to communicate with wish.com. Over the years I grew very fond of this site, but now I can not get them to read my messages. The just send the same automated response for different questions. It's like they don't care anymore and that makes me extremely angry. They send something about address Change when I tell them the post office has no record of this or any other item on this order

Wish.com poor quality, damaged item and incorrect sizes

I ordered 14 items on June 3 and have received 8 out of the 14 so far. Only 3 out the 8 items were fine which is less than a 50% (poor score). 2 shirts looking nothing like the picture and poor quality. Order 3 pair of shoes 2 right size one too small. Ordered eyeshadow that was damaged when I received it. The bracelet was too big, but looked okay. I have shopped online using Amazon, Justfab and Walmart and never had this issue. I'm truly disappointed. I was so excited when I placed my very first order and told friends and family about your site. My first order will also be my last order.
