Wish delivery

I have made 2 orders on some underwear and I can't seem to find any emails about them coming, I have tried to google the email address and it won't come up. Everytime I sign into wish.com and look at my orders, it's telling me that I haven't made an order! The money has come out of my bank and it's worrying. I would like to give them a good reading but I can't when I haven't heard anything about my delivery and I haven't received anything.

Wish missing package

My package said it was delivered on the 3rd of this month and I still haven't recieved it... They said they delivered it to a Parcel locker and that's not the address I put on my account... So either you guys can find my package or I want my money back... Guarantee you this I will make sure everyone will know how poor your delivery is .
Please delivery my stuff that I already paid for or I would take this up with a lawsuit some how.

Wish items ordered for 12-2016 for children @ church

This business should be shut down. I have written this business since 12-2-16.

& I'm still writing.All I wanted was to return all items I bought. The items are horrible.I can't get number to talk with someone. I just want them to
return my money to my credit card, & tell me where to return them to

When I made the order, I couldn't get any one to respond to me, I told them I was going to cancel my order, if I couldn't speak to someone.
They started sending packages 1 right after another.
I ask the lady Rose to just send me an address so I could
return the horrible items.
As of 1-6-17 I still don't have an answer.
I talked to my credit card company, they told me give them 1 more day,
then they will step in.
I pray No person is ever scammed like I was!

Wish receiving orders

About a year ago I had ordered a few items, the money was taken out of my account, but the packages were not received. I had tried a few different ways to contact wish to have my money refunded throughout the year, but have received no word. Also it is very hard to get ahold of customer support. The hotline is just a directory to the app, when I wish to speak with someone directly. There was another hotline said to be contact support, but I was forwarded directly to voicemail and the mailbox is full. Terrible customer service!

Wish order

I didn't even submit my order and you guys took 54 dollars out of my account all I want is my money back bc I'm a single mom with a part time job and you guys took my electric bill money. Wish women's jacket

My husband ordered a women's jacket last month and the money was taking out of are account and we have not received any emails or anything about. I would like to know where my jacket is. The jacket was 22 dollars and I really want the jacket. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com. This is not the first think I have order and I have not gotten it. Wish cannot get into website

I can't get into your website even though I have supplied you with all my correct information. wish cannot even find my email account. I'm trying to track undelivered package from a very long time ago and can't get into your website. The only way I got this far was from a previous email wish sent to me.

Wish false and deceptive advertising

I tried to make a purchase from wish.com only to find out that they engage in false advertising using the bait and hook technique.

They advertise an item for one price and when you select the item you want to buy. The price is raised by at least 100% regardless of the size, style or color of the item.

Then when you try to delete the item from the shopping cart, the system won't allow it. Regardless of how many times you press/click on the x.

Wish wish camera

I received a very cheap part, 15 peaces of nothing i can use. I ordered 15 cameras but never got it. They also disappeared from my wish account.
My money is gone did not get any camera. So never order by Wish please .

Wish refund

I asked for a found and have not received It after not receiveing the items I just want my refund back back To my card or send cash I go as far a the BBB no way to get a hold of you your phone number don't work I can have my lawyer to a take you to court I'm not very happy with your company I had got an email Stacy you refounded me I have not received it I deserve my money back asap

Wish shoes I didn't order

I signed up for wish.com and was offered a free pair of earrings for signing up. I paid one dollar for shipping. Next thing I know I have 62 dollars taken out of my account for shoes I didn't order. There's no way to get in touch with anyone to cancel orders or to get a refund. I was supposed to receive said shoes by January first. The website says to take a picture of the item for a refund and to send the item back. I have yet to receive these shoes, and still can't get my money back.

When an item says it's $4 and you go to bring it up it says $26 and that's regardless of the size there's several items that I've been trying to purchase but the price that it brings up is not the price that is said it is supposed to be therefore I can't order anything that I want to, nor can I find a way to get in touch with the company to let them know...

Wish my order said it was refunded, and I have yet to see the refund into my account.

I ordered my 3 items. Then I get a message from you saying that my items were returned due to an error on my account? Well you took that money out of my account, and now there is no way of contacting you without giving you a picture of my credit card? I am not doing that. I am asking that you either fix the issue and send me the items that I paid for, or you refund my money ASAP. I will take this court. I don't care if it was only 35.00. If you are not going to send me my items I paid for, that is theft. I expect an email or phone call. You have my information on my account, there is no reason that you should need my credit card sent to you. Especially since it went through. Refund my money. I have read almost all of these complaints, and for that many and to still be a running business it blows my mind. You should work on bettering your business and start with a customer service phone number that actually works. Moral of this complaint is that you need to refund my money since you are not sending my items.

I ordered an item on wish 3 days ago and it said confirm payment, later on i got this message popping saying i should take a picture of the bank statement of the item i purchased, it keeps popping up until now i got a message from wish telling me I'm having a refund wth! Why? Wish said i reported an unauthorized purchase which i didn't all i do was order and kept waiting and i did some surfing on wish for other items just to access them, so i dont really know whats going on with my account and why I'm being restricted thats what the mail the sent to me says that I'm being restricted ... Please give me a helpful idea on what to do and what this mean because their support team is not helping, there's no way on the contact support team you can state what really is the problem and on the mail it takes years before you get a reply

Wish clothing and pillow

I ordered clothing and 2 pillow elephants for my grandkids that I was told told would be here by the 23 Rd of December and I received one set of clothing for one grandchild and one elephant pillow for one grandchild..I have tried calling but your number doesn't go thru.. If I don't receive the rest of my order by the 3rd of January I want a full refund on everything! I will contact a lawyer if I have to and you will pay more than what you want!

Wish psp

I order in dec 5. N said I will receive jan1. But it saying it has not yet been shipped. Like really. Its also saying it takes 27 business days. When i've already waited that long. So I wanna complain to whoever in charge. Bc if I dont receive it by sunday. I want my money back. N this will b the last time I order stuff on here.. And I will also report it to sue your company.

Wish still waiting for my credit card to be credited

I ordered a transformer toy for my great grandson for Christmas, the order was placed Nov. 28. I had all the correct information on my order but your people somehow got my address wrong (anyhow that's what I was told) that the address I had provided was incorrect but if you check the order, the address was CORRECT. I was told that the money was refunded but so far it has NOT been credited to my acct.

This is the third or fourth complaint I have made so PLEASE do your part and refund my money...

Wish panda plush led light up toy

My name is Jonni Burton I have not yet heard back from a response I submitted in a item purchased through your website that was defective. I made the order in September and received it in October, and had made a complaint about of previously. I was reassured that the product would be replaced free of charge and not have to send defective one back and not cover shipping cost for new product. Wish electric shaker blender and funnels

On 11/26/16 I placed an order for three items which were the above two and stainless blending shaker balls that go inside shaker. I did receive the shaker balls but have yet to receive the other two items. I was told I would receive by 12/21/16 but have yet to receive. If I do not receive within a week I would like my refund for those items. I will NEVER order from wish.com again. My order # 5839f21a517f6c4cdbead9a5. We I check tracking number my order is actually coming from China. Really upset that I have not received all my items.

Wish blocked for suspicious activity? what about buying a nasa sweatshirt is suspicious?

Just... wow.

Order placed Dec. 20th. For a reason that no customer service rep was able to tell me--I was blocked due to suspicious activity, my order(s) cancelled and a refund promised, but has yet to come through. The 5-10 business days that I was told to wait, has already passed. I have spoken with my bank and no refund was issued according to their records! I requested a refund confirmation number from wish- nothing. Asked to speak with someone who could look up my account- nothing. Constantly getting a new sales rep responding to my e-mails and they are all telling general information that is very unhelpful.

What kind of company blocks buyers with NO notice, suspends their service & then won't issue a refund or let you speak with a supervisor/ management?

I can't believe that customer service of this level still exists.
