I orered there rings a week after valintines day. I lost my phone i ordered them on bf i lost it i got an email daying ther eas a prob then a week later u said it was shipped. Ive wanted to order more from your site but its been since February when i ordered these rings they were valintines gifts forvmy girls. I got them one nd one for me so it could b something special. Can u plz get back to me. I understand shipping thru u guys taks a bit but months thats unacceptable so plz tell me where the are and if u plan on shipping them plz ive tried to b patient but my girls are excited and everytime i have to see their bummed look bc they have been waiting.

Wish laptop/cover

I purchased an item that was displayed as a laptop (wishful thinking for £2) but as soon as the payment went through the description changed to a keyboard cover. I've read this is false advertising and would like a refund. I've spoke to a few other people who made the same purchase and I've been informed that the seller has been removed from selling on wish so I couldn't speak directly to them.

Wish necklace that was sold by wish but never delivered

These guys are crooks and thieves, they take your money right away and charge you for it but they have no control over their suppliers to deliver and their 30 days refund policy is a none existence as they keep emailing you that the item is late until the 30 days time frame is over then they turn around and tell you that you have past the 30 days time frame to won't qualify for refund.

DONT SHOP ON WISH.com OR THEIR SISTER COMPANIES. Spread the words to your family and friends.

Wish everything

I paid 327.05 on March 26th, 2018 from my debit card. I will not use my card ever again with any of your bots...I will have to talk to a human...not a stupid BOT. come on and get real...I WANT MY MONEY BACK...MY CARD WAS CHARGED. I am in too much pain to keep fighting with a company like yours. I lost my job, and I need my money for my medications. Please do not treat your customers in this manner. I heard so MANY horror stories about WISH.COM. I should have known better. This company is not a good one, it sounded to good to be true. Please refund my money..You have my card number on file...My name is LAURA STANALAND...Pease give my money back. My account was charged. I spoke with my bank manager, and yes, my account was debited...I will not pay a BOT or anyone in that manner to try to fix this.Pease REFUND ME, , , , THANKS

Wish xiaomi laptops

I ordered 4 laptops over a month and a half ago. Never received them. Not only can you not call them, but they have a bot that answers their emails. After numerous emails back and forth, it was obvious they were'nt even reading my emails! The bot has nothing but scripted responses. They claim once and a while they have orders dissapear coming from China. Yeah right! My friend also orderd 2 and never got his either! You would thinka refund would be automatic, but hell no. Stay away from this fraudulent site!

Wish adds being sent to my mobile phone number.

I keep getting adds sent to my Australian mobile number. I did not sign up to wish or any partners. I am very upset with the Hassel it has been to me. I do not want to shop with the company and would like to get my number off the subscribers list to wish. What can u do to stop this. Please contact me. I don't believe Australia has a wish company I think the adds r some how from overseas.

Wish never got email confirmation

on 4/17 or 4/18 I made a small purchase and never recieved a conformation, email. it was for 5.90, and is on my bank statement. there is a number s308107544773303, did it not go thru, because im charged for it, im not sure what it was but it was only 1 or 2 items. it says that it was authorized on 4/17/18. Im just not sure why I never recieved an email about it. please let me know if it went thru or if not please refund me the 5.90 that I was charged for. Thank u kindly

Wish ordering

I have asked wish.com repeatedly to stop sending me items. my son ordered one thing on there and I get charged with 2 or 3 new items daily. I tried to call them, I want my card blocked and no wish.com purchases should be allowed on my card. it's all automated and then hangs up. file this claim and put a block on my credit card. I do not want anything ever again charged to my bank account. no more charges!

Wish item not received

I am at work right now I have been trying to reach Wish Support for several days and no response I ordered a pair of pants & a wallet I have yet to receive it has been at least 45 days I would like some one to contact me asap I am furious with this company & the cheap quality, , and not receiving items I will be contacting the BBB, if my orders do not show up by the time I get home today, and someone needs to contact me at [protected]

I have shoped on wish for a long time I never thought there was anything wrong I got very sick & needed surgery In all I have been sick 3yrs but still bought from wish .Desided to go threw every thing I had bought .To my surprise I found they cheated me out of 11 items They say they have your back but my repeated attemps to contact them were in vain they never reply to your texts.They say 2 items were recieved but I never got them .so Im going to file a complaint I payed for 11 items & I want them. be carefull watch what you buy from them .Im way beyond upset & I want my things owed to me.

Wish items never received causing a debt

In 2015 I ordered some items which were never received. It has just been brought to my attention that This has incurred a debt and late payment fee on Klarna which has now been passed to a debt collection agency. I've emailed wish 3 times to clear this up but no response. I would like this matter resolved ASAP and wish customer service is an absolute joke! I have enclosed a picture of the items which I'm being charged for but never received

Wish r11 max mobile phone

My partner bought a new Android R11 max smartphone and although it looks the part it is false advertising. I am usually quite happy with the products from wish especially for the price we pay I was and especially my stepson was devistated . Rather than go through legal channels and advertising the problem on social media I would like to give wish a chance to respond and refund or replacement for a phone that actually works and has enough internal storage to down load apps... If you want to be able to at least use the device if you still have 2g network coverage active in your country, as australia does not so the phone doesn't work, put an SD card into the device, go to settings, then to storage, change the default write disk option to SD card, then tap preferred install location & make sure it is also SD card, reboot the device and now you can install apps,

First of all go to Google play and download terminal emulator,

Now open and type into the terminal "su" without the quotes now type the following and press enter after each these are known spyware apps that need to be frozen immediately,

pm disable com.moblynx.marshmallowgame

Then press enter, and type
pm disable com.svox.pico

Then press enter, then type
pm disable com.andraad.Satvtods

now you should be alright however the launcher (home screen) is also made by an known spyware developer, so I'd suggest to change it looks horrible anyhow,

Download nova launcher from the play store and install it, go the nova settings and then to look and feel, change the icons to marshmallow, looks much better then home buttons select nova launcher as default always, now best wallpaper I've found is the bubbles live wallpaper located in settings, then display, then wallpapers,

After that you want to freeze and disable the stock launcher and only keep nova launcher, so back to the terminal app, type su,

Then type pm disable com.cooee.phenix and your phone will now be usable providing you have 2G network but also safe to use aswell as your details will be now safe pic below of end result and the report is still coming just been trying to make this thing functional

Hi everyone i am a mobile phone technician i have managed to get my hands on one of these R11 max devices, wish needs to take them down immediatly they all have the same corresponding imei and serial numbers also the FCC ID has not been approved and is fake it contains apple code ! on the device info can be found at this link

it also has no 3G or 4G network connectivity that is a lie it is a 2G so does not even work on any network in australia, as for storage it has been made to say 32Gb of storage upon hardware scan of the chip it is a nand hynix chip with only 500mb storage that includes the os installed to this which leaves 12kilobytes of system storage and 20mb of app storage, not to mention i have located and frozen apps including the launcher as they are made by a known spyware developer, something is also attaching itself to the password manager, i am currently compiling a report these are only some of the problems i will upload it in document form in a few days time with my full finding,

Pls check my 2nd comment below and you will have some use at least out of your R11 max providing you have 2G network coverage in your area as this device is not 3G as it has no 3G radios only 2G radios but with a 3G modem installed,

When using the terminal commands use only 1 space between each word except for the com.?.? These must have the . In them :) also disable this one also com.andraad.Satvtods

The nova launcher with bubbles wallpaper will look so much better than what it did see my below picture of the end result of what I have mentioned :)

my r11 max phone is also playing up, I can't download anything from play store . message says not enough memory despite plenty of storage internally and a 16 gig sd card.

The 32GB is a lie, it uses a 512mb Nand flash chip,

Go to the dialer, dial in ☆#☆#3646633#☆#☆, this is MTK engineering mode, swipe left twice to hardware, scroll down to memory and tap it, then tap Nand flash, you will see the true size of the chip, with the OS installed on top there is less than 30mb of storage for apps and downloads and only 12Kb of system storage for app updates, if you want to network unlock the device also, go back to the first screen and scroll to the bottom tap SIMME lock and permanent unlock them all for free,

Also the phone isn't MT6589 is an old 2g network MT6572 with a 3g modem installed, and the OS isnt 5.1 it's old 4.4.2 kitkat, to check

turn the phone off and hold these 2 buttons at the same time until the screen goes black and you see Chinese writing,

Volume down,

From the chinese options select the 2nd last option and you will see, to exit press volume up and then select the last Chinese option it will reboot,

ive order 50 dollars in merchandise and only received two items for the longest I keep writing them and no response wheres the rest of my order like my jack daniels shirt a dress and cant remember the rest I don't think is right to do this to us it was fast for them to take the freaking money but wheres the stuff never again I'm glad it was only 50 wont catch me again

Wish wrong / unordered item received

I received a Sprayer Tool addressed to me with the Wish logo, yet the store name doesn't match any current orders of mine. I have no idea why I received this and would like to sort this out as quickly as possible. I double checked and triple checked my orders and their store names and their countries of origin, but none of them match up and I dont know what to do.

Wish wrong item received

I ordered a 3mm gold plated herringbone 30" necklace. I received a 10mm necklace. I have tried every way on the web to get in touch with you. Nothing has worked. I want to return this item, but every time I select a reason, it comes up "you have no history. I have ordered from Wish for a long time now. But I give up. Wish wrong order sent

I am fed up sending you emails about a order that I was sent I ordered an ebook at a great deal but was sent a screen protector instead which I don't need I have had no reply from the numerous emails I sent to you would you please get this sorted out I've been in touch with klarna and they agree with me and extended the time for the payment so I can get this sorted out with you I have been a customer for years and spent thousands of pounds with you and so has my family and friends on my recommendation and are seriously thinking leaving you and shopping elsewhere please let me know your answer yours Mr l Martin

Wish fashion 13 inch fiber cosplay black and dark brown hair wigs short curly artificial r

I ordered the above item in Dark Brown but when it came it was clearly a golden brown colour
When I tried to report that on the site I was told I had to upload a photo
I cannot upload a photo I do not have a phone that takes pictures and uploads them but unless you do that you cannot submit a web site issue there is no way around it
I sent customer service an email and they told me to 'upload a photo' I explained 4 more times that I could not upload a photo as they kept telling me to do so
Finally they sad we can't help you then ! I found this a really bad way to conduct a site. I should be able to get in touch to sort an issue out and talk to people who care about their customers
When I sent a complaint I was told there is nothing they can do
How comes a company as big as yours has only one way of resolving issues? its ridiculous in this day and age
I also tried to phone but the message on you your phone line tells me I don't have enough credit to make the call even though there is £20 cr on my phone
I am absolutely appalled and left with an item I paid for but cannot use due to the description being wrong and n one bothered enough to look into it

Wish daily giveaway

Every night I login before the giveaway and stay on the page well before 9pm and it says items are available even after the closing time. Not once have I seen a claim button anywhere. Then poof all gone. Scam alert. This has happened every night for a week. I'm quick but it extends past the promised end time. If there is never even a claim button then how does it work?
