I have been trying to get a refund for merchandise I didn't receive as far back as September to no avail. All I am getting are customer service phone numbers that have NO ONE you can talk to and text that keep sending me back and forth to the same ones that give absolutely no way to communicate with. Can do PLEASE PLEASE help me. I am at my wits end here. I have tried at least 12 texts and 4 phone calls! I am 67yrs old and live on Social Security. I CAN'T afford to just have them keep my money PLEASE HELP!

Would like to say, firstly, that it is terribly inconvenient that customers are unable to call and speak to a person about their concerns. If I'd ever thought it'd been so hard to receive items, I wouldn't have listened to friends and family, and viewed the Wish site, and placed an order. That said! I placed an order around the end of middle/end of August of 2018. The order was of 5 items, of which only 1 has arrived, items werewolves to arrive the first or second week of October. Since then, a second order was processed, accidentally, I tried many times that eve to cancel the order (your way) it didn't work, and only enough, items are coming, yet, still Not the ones from the first order. Would really like a person to help. OH, and my 4 missing items. Thanx

I was charged for an item that I didn't buy and then the purchase was cancelled. All this without my knowledge. Then I got a message telling me about it after it happened. When I check, my bank account was charged for $47 and now it's credited as Wish Cash! And to make matters worse, my Wish account was blocked! I want a full refund of my money. What can I do?

A order for 385.00 was place on my account 11/05/2018. this was an unauthorized purchased. I want my money returned immediately to my checking account. The bank has been notified about this thief. I will no longer buy from Wish and I will make sure non of my friends or co-worked purchase anything else from you because you do not have a way to talk to a human. (poor customer service.) This is my second email did not get a response from the first one 72 hours in response is unacceptable when you have someone stealing money out of your account. will be calling the BBB.

My credit card was charged with:
- AU$ 41.98 on 28th October 2018
- AU$ 42.74 on 30th October 2018

Plus international transaction fees for each (AU$1.26 and AU$1.51, respectively)

I have never or am not aware of any purchases on WISH.COM.

I need the money to be refunded to my credit card and these are fraudulent charges.

I received a package I thought was my diet patches and slimming cream... it was a kids toy...4 little airplanes. Lol, How do I return to you and also I ordered my weight products back in Sept. as these products are fantastic could you possibly let me know an approximant arrival date. Thank you Lynn MacDonald I love the weight products and cant believe how easy they are to use. I am sure other people have used them and are amazed at the results. I'm keeping them my little secret for now before I tell my friends.

I ordered several items on August 28 of this year. I received only two items. I did not receive the earrings backs and the bathtub alphabets. I paid $9.45 via PayPal. Please respond ASAP as it is way too long to wait for this to be delivered to me.

I not receive item at all.I turn to support in 30 days which I have after last arival date.I only get answear that my acount has red flag.I try to contact them more times and every time I get same answear.They dont want to hear that I didnt receive the item.I the suport section dont have any option that buyer can chose what he like.Also they like to say that I am responsible for this.Also they dont have option for garantie in product.What can I do now?Go to any court?Ales.

My credit card has been charged with two orders that are not mine. The date for the first one was 10/12 and the reference number was : 5542950MDLS958S74, and the amount charged was $20.70. The date for the second one was 10/16, and the reference number was: 5542950MHLY7L35RY. The amount charged was $1.90. I have not ordered anything from your company. I purchased a Tactical Mini Red Dot Laser sight in September or October (can not find my order form for the exact date but I am still looking) and it came a lot sooner than I expected which was great, however when I opened the package the laser sight was inside and that was all. I went back and checked the advertisement on the web site and it did not say that it would not come with a battery. There is no battery, operation instructions on sighting the laser, no information on what size or type of battery to use. If you can get the information on the battery type and the sighting in instructions and send them to me I would appreciate very much otherwise I purchased something I cannot use.

I order some easy peel and stick items for walls and floors. One of five items arrived. Prior to this I had made several orders, some came some didn't, some were point on and some were not. With the easy peel the one item I ordered was the wrong color. I was informed that I reached my limit on returns. I couldn't and still can't get in touch with a person there. To get in good graces with them I'd have to purchase more items without complaint. This is insane. I'm being faulted for items never sent. And now they are basically keeping my money for more items that didn't come. I'm so angry

Please return my back, i know its look small value but it related with trust issue if the management team couldn't solve the return issue how they want to develop their own business. i believed this is not the first time issue and many all around the world facing the same thing but the point is how your management team managed this kind of issues and improve their systems as well to be more flexible to their customers. You need to stop the process of the sales to these bad people, and refund her money back to her.

I have waited 6 months from ordering on the Wish app ... how long do you expect people to wait for things they already paid for?! This is also not the first order I've placed, I am still waiting for 3 other items although it was cheap. Tracking#: RW081679047CN and LAOJQ0002519748YQ. This is not acceptable according to consumer rights I should be able to know where my parcel is and when I can expect to get it. At this stage, the website says 25 July, which was 3 months ago!

Their website sucks! I tried to use the app to state that my item doesn't fit. It says they want to help me fix the issue so I need to contact a support agent. Then it just takes me right back to the beginning of the support assistant and the same questions. The whole thing is just a big scam!

Unfortunately they don't have my item in my size so I want to return it. But cannot figure out a way to do that.

Also sometimes it says it can't help me until I download a copy of my bank statement! Are they [censored]ing nuts. Why would I download my bank statement to them

This is a big joke. I want my money back and I guess I eat the cost of the return shipping. I do not want wish credit! I never want to buy from them again! And I will be reporting your site to wherever I need to, to make sure no one what ever buys from you again

I have seen advertised on Facebook a 360 degree camera for $1 So have proceeded to click the link to buy it to only find out on there actual page its £57 I have images saved of the false advertisement and the actual item on there page disgusted that it's not the price they said a clear attempt of false advertisement I will be passing this to trading standards later today
