Wish ring missing

On 11-13-2017 I received a package that had a ring box but did not have the ring in it. As I have ordered several rings I do not know which ring it was suppose to be. The product came from LONGHUA DONGHUAN 1 LU ANTINHENG GONGYEQU. It has CHINA Writingand YWSZ([protected]) next number295232908 NEXT IS AA548141567YN Then it says UNTRACKED. Next no description of contents number ZSY51111061HOT(B07B010* 1 cover. KG=0.33. Senders signature&Data Signed 302011 then some China mark 7A China marks2 1028 CN22 then a number in a box in rt. corner 00-A. I a so have ordered other things months ago that I have not received and rings that were not the ones I ordered. I have ordered a lot of other things since in hopes I will receive them. Wish customer service ignoring my request and not helping.

Hello,
I been trying to reach wish customer for about 3 weeks now, but every time I get as it seems automatic generated response. My account got blocked by wish system and I can not access customer support. Few of my items came in damaged, wrong size and 2 of them came in the wrong color. I would like to get an refund or return items.
So far by getting no response from any real people I feel like wish wronged me by blocking my account after big purchase without my knowledge and now ignoring me. I just wanted to return few items and I received 0 help. Should I take legal actions or someone is going to help me with my wrong items ?

I paid for express shipping and I was supposed to get my orders today and now wish is saying I won't get my items until the 16th or 20th of this month and I keep getting ignored by them also when I just wanted to know where my packages when it says it will be here today and now saying wont get them until later on. If I was you I would take legal action please keep me updated and ill do the same for you thank you

Wish delivery service

Hi,

I was completely unaware that i need to pay (at the post office - releasing fee) for each and every product that i ordered. I was under the impression that it would be delivered to my residential address which i provided. Since I paid for shipment as well.

Please enlighten me on this situation. Would it be possible for the remainder of my deliveries to be delivered to my home address please.

Another question. I was wondering why my items are delivered one at a time and not all together.

Wish potty golf set

I ordered the potty golf set and I can't find it on track my package or my order. When I go to it, it says i have no order. Payment was taken where is my order? I have been trying to find out how to contact Wish for days it would be nice if you could actually contact someone or be able to contact someone through your app. Had heard a lot of good about Wish and this is what happens? If I don't hear from you i will advise every one to not order here.

You guys mailed my order to hinzerling dr in prosser, wa...thats not my address
My address is 782 n. 59th West Richland, Wa. 99353 if you do not get back with me I will cancel it on my credit card . i would very much like the items i recently ordered today but not if you are sending them to another town. I have not had any issues with you guys so far but this is a big one

Wish cancellation ignored — unauthorized credit card charges

On November 7th I cancelled five amounts----in the amounts of $27.30--$21.40----$21.30---$20.94---$8.00. You proceeded to ignore my request and took unauthorized credit card charges totaling $89.25 anyway.
I contacted my Bank of America of your unauthorized credit card charges.
I was informed to contact you of this situation, and request you return these unauthorized credit card charges immediately to my account ending in 8271.
I was informed to contact Bank of Americas claims department of this situation, if it isn't resolved with a refund being returned back to my account ending in 8271 in the total amount of $89.25.

Wish postage every time collection is at post office

Good day

Is it really necessary that we have to pay postage every time you collect a package at the post office?

Or is it the way the post office is making money out of wish orders.

My first order was delivered at my home address, but from thereon i have to fetch it at the post office every time.

I hope you can give me an solution, because there is a lot of people complaining about that.

In south africa goods were delivered or if to large for the letter box were collected at the local post office. The post office has now started raising import charges from R24.00 upwards to collect parces. The do not issue any receipt fot this charge so if buying for a business one cannot put these charges into their auditable account system without a valid receipt for this charge. Can someone offer a decent explanation as the receiver of revenue will not accept returns that are not correctly backed up by relevant paper work. I am also perturbedvto read that what is advertised as silver is wearing through to negate that the jewellery is silver as claimed.

Wish order sent out on november 1, 2017

My friend and I sent in orders on November 1, 2017 and still have not received any further updates since November 5, 2017. It just stalled at shipping order. We want and need to know the status of our orders. Our orders are already paid for and now we need what we ordered and want to know where it is. It is getting to the weather that we need our orders.

Wish the complaint is I ordered some clothing for a trip I was gone for 35 days

The items never arrived until I left now I request to return the clothing and boots cause I don't wish to own them because my trip is over.
Perhaps under consideration this could happen that I can return for a refund and also please take note I purchase a wind mill of sorts can you cancel this item—I keep trying and your site will not let me—please

Wish the 9:00 pm give away

I am absolutely pissed
I was on wish right as it hit 9 pm to claim the free prize thing, and when it reloaded, not even 30 seconds later, it said that everything was already taken, it has done this 6 different times and I am fed up! How the hell are we supposed to get a prize if they're all taken in the same [censor] second if this problem is not solved I will never shop from wish again

Wish no parcel, no tracing number, no order history

I ordered and payed for items on 3 August (payment went through)
When I wanted to see the tracing number my order history has been wiped.
I can not track the parcel without a tracking number.
I can not ask for refund without tracing number
If I open the email from wish that confirmed payment and shipping it closes immediately
I do not know how to resolve this issue
The items bought was for my sons birthday wish is today and now I dont have a present?

Wish clothing

I had purchased four bras and a dress and 400.00 worth of things they do not answer me if it not on my history page anymore. I spent slot of money there and I feel I'm being ripped off they do not let us know where items are coming from so we cannot do anything about returning the item if it comes from China. I had to donate a lot of things because of this problem. I feel we are being taken in by wish. This problem needs to be resolved so that we feel ok buying from them. I lost a lot of money through them. If it's no longer in our history then they do nothing, and keep the money. Looking forward to some response from you. Wish I am making a complaint about the giveaway

I would like to make a complaint about the deli give away the time on Galley giveaway says between 9 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. however when the daily giveaway pops up by the time you click on the link the giveaway has ended the way that this is done needs to be changed or critiqued you need to give people time to select the item versus telling them that they're going to get something for free and when they go to selected you tell them that there is no more it's almost as if you guys are trying to pull a prank on people I am a very committed customer to wish I buy things from this at almost every week so when I go to select a free item and everytime I try there is always the same message that the giveaway has ended that there are no more items and this is literally every day I do not feel like this is right and I am pretty sure I am not the first person to make a complaint about this particular giveaway that y'all have going on with this app I think you guys need to review the app and make some changes

Wish receiving packages that are not mine

I keep getting packages I have not ordered. I do not have a wish account nor have I placed any orders on wish, I keep sending them back but I keep getting packages. I don not have a credit or debit card to be placing orders in the first place I have tried to call but it tells me to go to the app which I do not have. Can you please fix this problem as soon as possible because I do not want to receive packages I didn't order/belong to me

Wish an order I did not finish, but was sent anyway

I started to make an order, but decided to cancel it. when I canceled one item, the whole order disappeared. I did not complete the order and now my bank account is overdrawn. It is still in China so you get it back. I just want my money back. The money was taken out of my account on Nov 7th. My phone number is [protected]. I have no receipts because none was sent to me. When I received an alert from my bank I checked my account and couldn't believe what I saw. I can not afford this. I am 77 and live on a very fixed income. I did receive messages, but I thought they were for a previous order that I placed. Please put my money back.

Wish can't get info to return an item

I ordered two pair of boots from Wish.com. But they sent me the boots, but in the wrong size. They listed a number to call, but it was animated. They told me to go to Wish.com support. I did what they instructed me to. But the email did not go through. So I tried their other support apps. But no results. I want to return the boots and get a refund. But don't have an address, to return the boots.

Wish pink bookshelves

It's so poor quality made. It shows totallly different in pictures. I cannot return it the return process is the worst. So disappointed from Wish. Never going to order anything and will recommend everyone not to waste your money. It's doesn't delivered what it shows on site. While placing order the estimated arrival is in week time and when place an order it's like 35 days away.
